I dont usually shop at Hobby Lobby but I decided it would be a good place to train (Im a dog trainer) where we havent gone before. I love that no one approached us or bugged us while we were training but everyone was still very polite. Also came in looking for ideas for a project and think I got something. The store was pretty neat and clean and easy to navigate with plenty of room in the aisles for us to pass customers without being in their way. Overall a decent experience. My only complaint is that we were not greeted once or asked if we needed any assistance, we walked by several employees and no one acknowledged us.

Great resource for arts and craft. They carry a large selection of holiday and seasonal decor. Always enjoy just strolling through the store.

Well Its Hobby Lobby...whats not to love?!? I love coming here to get inspired in my creativity. Always find such great deals and new things. Love the clearance section! I just wish the employees were nicer. There are a few young cashiers who are always cheerful, but the ones in the departments dont seem to care very much. Just makes me sad. How can you work at Hobby Lobby and not be happy! That place is awesome!

I went in for assistance with a mat for a picture framing project. The Framing department was kind and cut my chosen mat. My project turned out better than imagined. THANK YOU!!

I LOVE HOBBY LOBBY! I have not had a bad experience there ever. Other then that I spend to much, cuz they have wonderful items and awesome people working there!!!

The seasonal offerings are always in stock and available before the season. Holiday planning and shopping is easier because of the advanced availability.

I always get more ideas and supplies than I mean to when I go here but it works out great because I stay ahead on my gift list.

I didnt buy anything but I must admit I think this is going to be my new favorite craft store Ive heard so much about it but where I was living before we didnt have one.The decor all the different things to start or resume art hobbies you wanted they have it Im very impressed I think from now on for most of my shopping for some of my art hobbies that Im getting back into I will definitely be going here only suggestion I would make.Its probably increase your selection of perler beads I love working with perler beads if that can be increased I will definitely be shopping for my perler beads here because theyre reasonably priced then other craft stores.Keep up the good work and I hope my suggestion was very helpful I like watching Peoples businesses take suggestions from folks like us because then they will be very rewarded for such changes.Look forward to another visit.

Thay had what we were looking for. Very clear in side and out. The staff will go out of there way to help you find what you need. Stop in . Try them out.

I love Hobby Lobby! My step-daughter asked me to do her flowers, so Hobby Lobby was my first stop. They had everything I needed. Her flowers turned out beautiful! (See photos)

Great selection for all Crafting needs. I love their yarn selection, although they have changed so that almost all their yarn is their store brand. So if you are looking for a specific yarn they probably dont have it, but may have something comparable. Also a great selection of jewelry making supplies. And home decor. And always fun holiday decorating and crafting selections!

Always clean. Organized and customers service is always awesome. People there always helpful to guide you or help you find anything, they had the sign i was looking for. Nice, simple and to the point.

Easily found what I was looking for, which was white color for casting resin, after asking an attendant who was very helpful and took me to the area. Disappointed to find when checking out that Hobby Lobby no longer honors the 40% off discount coupon. I may as well delete their app.

Store its self is fairly new so it is clean and easy to navigate. Sadly corporate decided to do away with online coupons making it a less desirable place for me to shop. Color choices inside the store bother me, it is a dingy yellow and it looks like a business that has been smoked in for many years even though it is a fairly new remodel.

I am new in town without a vehicle so i went online to find the art supplies i needed. o called hobby lobby and explained i have to know for sure that everything i need is in stock because im taking a taxi and dont want to have go to several places as it will get quite expensive. i never got the ladies name but she wrote down everything i needed so she could go find it. she had everything all ready to go when i made it in to the store. awesome customer service and all the other employees i made contact with were very nice and friendly also.

I love the merchandise in this store and confess they reign supreme in terms of selection, but I just cant get excited about retail associates and their lack of genuine engagement. I watched a store manager bark orders at subordinates moving Christmas inventory. His demeanor was harsh and his tone was condescending. Poor customer service almost always starts at the top, and I suspect this could explain the indifference of the staff. In the end, the best selection in town still loses to poor customer service, thus a decidedly lukewarm review on my part.

My favorite craft store in town right now. Its been hard for them to stay stocked because so many people are at home, with lots of time on their hands. The staff here has done thier very best to keep things on the shelves.

Id give a 5 star if it was open on Sundays. I get why it isnt but Sundays are the best day to hang out and do fun stuff like arts and crafts that you would buy from hobby lobby!

I like hobby lobby. I am hoping to buy another Spirograph this year. In 2018 there was a sale on December 24th for a yuuge discount. I can only hope to get another one.. Last one I let a thief use. And forgiveness what I am working on... I mean, take a 50 year old guys Spirograph that he bought himself for Christmas? It was a cheap item comparatively. /rant ova.I forgive you!

I walked in at 9:30 to shop. The girl behind the counter told me that until 10, it’s only open to seniors. I hadn’t seen a sign on my way in and hadn’t seen anything online, so I said they might want to put a sign up because I hadn’t known, and left the store. That was it. That was all. But the manager FOLLOWED ME OUTSIDE to yell after me that there WERE signs up (again, I saw none, so they must have been very well hidden because I did look) and that I shouldn’t “take it out on her employees.” Again, all I said was that they should put a sign up because I didn’t know that their hours were limited. No swearing. Nothing anyone would consider abusive, and in light of the situation, I think what I said was more than reasonable. But apparently, expecting an establishment to inform its customers that its hours are limited is unreasonable.I will not be back. I’m all for standing up for your employees, but not when the customer is only complaining because YOU dropped the ball.

Store was beautiful and clean but if the employees worked on a tip bases they might be a little nicer. Customer service is dead in this place.

I cant help but feel like each time I visit this store my opinion of it worsens. Went it looking for Halloween themed fabric, when i asked about it one employee gave me a dirty look and the other told me they no longer carry it; the only up side was that the young lady later gave me a suggestion on where to find the fabric I was looking for. Unfortunately thats not enough to convince me to return to Hobby Lobby.

I mainly come to get supplies and paint for model building. For the most part they have everything needed, and have a decent discount on paint brushes.

Didnt find what we were looking for, but found a replacement for a project I hadnt started for my wife.

I love Hobby Lobby. It is hard to go in and not walk out with more projects and ideas then what I went in there for. The employees are always helpful and friendly, and they have so many great gift ideas. I also appreciate how they are closed for the holidays and Sundays so their employees can have time for their families. This is my number one craft store!

Selection was top notch. Sales are always predictable. Would have recieved 5 stars but cashiers were talking very loudly to eachother even after clearly seeing our young child was sleeping and our only available path was to walk right by them.

There is a wide variety of home decor and craft items that are sold here. I enjoy the peaceful atmosphere as well. I find it difficult to just go in and get what I need and leave. I love to stay and browse. It is such a pleasant store.

Our visits to Hobby Lobby are always pretty pleasant. The staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable about products offered at the store. Pretty much the only reason we dont go more often is the prices. But when we do go we often find some great clearance items.I wish they offered a teachers discount like Michaels does!
