My 7-year-old boy and myself went in and were able to find all the wonderful things we needed. The thing I was most impressed with was that at the end of our shopping my little one started to have a fit. He is autistic so things can get loud and change quickly. the woman at the counter was so kind and helpful she just looked over at me smiling and said youre doing a great job Mom and told me she totally understood. Its so nice to have shopping where people are not only tolerant but understanding. This is not always the case. It was a wonderful experience and the sale was the cherry on top!

I was in yesterday looking to frame a print, kind of odd sized. The employee that helped me was outstanding, I wish I had her name. She was so helpful, she helped to find the right frame, assisted in figuring out if I should matte & which matting looked best. The way it looked on her computer is awesome & am excited to pick it up Monday.

I love Michaels. They have just about everything you need for any type of crafting you want to do. They have great coupons and deals for Michaels members.

Though they do not have as much as Hobby Lobby, they have a good selection of items for art, framing, scrapbooking, baking, jewelry making, floral arrangements, and seasonal decor. Also, fun items for kids and neat little craft making classes! This isnt the place to get footage of fabric although their yarn selection is really good. Staff is kind as well! Really the only con I consider is that they are small and do not carry as much as other locations but the selection they do have is good!

They didn’t have much inventory in the paint brush areas. 😩

A strange place.The staff dont seem to be too happy to be there. I feel their energy is very low.They do push themselves to be hospitable.They dont always have what I want.The store is small so they put a lot of stuff away to bring out seasonal things so dont go looking for your usual stuff during festive times.Im pleased we have a Michaels.Lots of competition with Joanns and the spacious Hobby Lobby near by.Well Im sure they have more business on Sundays with Hobby Lobby closed.They do carry beadlanding products.They dont run out of products as quickly as the Michaels stores in Colorado that I have been too.

Ok store. Sometimes its hard to find a salesperson to help you. They dont always have what you need. But their sales are always good. Clean atmosphere.

I do like this store, however the employees will ruin your experience. I was walking up to the registers, and I asked if it mattered who I go to since two employees were behind two registers. The younger one was respectful and said that her light was on so she’d help me. The older lady who’s name is Susan, said “duh!” After the other lady pointed out her light was on. I was taken back by that and it completely ruined my mood. I checked out, got to my car and noticed that my 40% off coupon didn’t take. I went back in to the same employee who checked me out and explained why I brought my purchase back in. As she was looking into it, Susan decided to put her two cents in again and with a bad attitude said, “well it doesn’t work on books.” So I decided to just return the book and find it cheaper online. The employee who helped me, I believe her name was Teresa, she was great. But that Susan lady needs to be more respectful to customers. I probably won’t return because of how she treated me.

Our visits are always nice here. Last visit the kids got balloons and they were talking about it all week. My only issue is I always spend WAY too much here.

They have some good deals

I like that they do not have a bunch of pre made items when I walk in. From my step to my last step there always something new to craft with. Clean, helpful staff, and variety of supplies and materials. Also love the coupons and app that offers ways to save every day. Framing has been professional and courteous in keeping artwork safe and displayed beautifully.

One of the smallest stores in the chain, but staff is superb. They are the friendliest, most helpful, and knowledgeable people. Love going here. Bigger selection would receive 5 Stars.

I love Michaels. They dont have many sales, only on seasonal items. Getting through their lines is pretty slow. I dont like the new lay out, and I think something is missing, even though I havent been able to figure out what it is.

I could just be because I love craft stores but Michaels usually has a good selection of supplies and fun extras. If you want fabric they only have a few quilting squares just fyi, but scrapbooking, beading, painting, cake decorating, drawing, wood, kids crafts, baskets, storage and more I can almost always find what I like. And I love their Halloween decorations selection.

I have never been to a Michaels before, but needed some things for decorating and Christmas and I was pretty impressed. They have some cool stuff and it doesnt cost an arm and a leg for it either.

Good place for picking up all your craft supplies. I always appreciate how friendly the staff are here. Im not crafty in any way so Im often lost when I go to a craft store but the staff here are extremely helpful and sincerely nice.

I came here to get a shopping list but I didn’t find one and the dark, narrow overstuffed aisles made me dizzy.

Almost always has what we are looking for. Seasonal selection is good as well.
