I poorly communicated that I needed the car back in one day. It was a 5 hr job and they put two guys on it and stayed past 5 pm. They answered my questions and phone calls and had good prices. Very nice people, highly reccomend!

They kept my van for 4 days and didnt call me the entire time.Then they failed to find any problems with the van at all did nothing and tried to charge 150 for time with no evidence they even looked at it.I felt I was delt with dishonestly and cheated out of money even though I have heard good things about this shop...Just be aware that anyone can take advantage of any situation if you let them.... Maybe get a quote on paper before dealing with the folks here...

I called this company to get a quote on a transmission service for my VW. What I was told over the phone by a mechanic that has been working on volkswagens for many years is that we dont do transmission services on volkswagens until there is something wrong with the transmission.What kind of answer is this? Im coming to your company to pay you to get work done that is recommended by the vehicles manufacturer at certain intervals for a reason. Why would I wait for something to break in order to fix it? Isnt that the point of preventative maintenance? To increase the life of you vehicle? Absolutely ridiculous.Would not recommend.

They provided excellent work and did absolutely everything they could to get us a fair price. They had a very generous military discount and went above and beyond to explain what work was needed and why- (on our GMC Sierra.) We recommend them to everyone now. Thanks guys!

Extremely competent!!! Took my sons 1999 Outback in to get the clutch replaced. They called me to let me know of a few issues they found with the slave and master cylinder and also a pretty major oil leak. They took the time to show me the old parts and discussed everything they did and why the did it. Very honest and trustworthy. Their price was more than $500 less than the dealership and AAMACO. Over a month later and the car runs great, no issues and no puddles of oil! Very satisfied. Thanks Lew Broyles!

I had heard about Mr. Broyles and Sons before I retired from the military. They have always had a great reputation. I found out first hand that they are good people. I was initially quoted 1875.00 dollars to get my truck fixed. After getting under the hood, they realized that they didnt need to do as much as initially thought. They could have easily done the work and charged me the 1875.00 (which is tough on me right now), and I wouldnt have known any different. But they called me, talked me through things that might need to be looked at soon, and told me what they replaced. I really appreciate them!

I have had them do small stuff like change a belt, and major stuff like replace an entire engine, and they are absolutely the best in town - for price, quality of work, and ability to trust that they are telling you the truth. The only reason I ever go anywhere else is because my warranty requires that I get my oil changed at my dealership - Lew Broyles gets my business for EVERYTHING else.
