I went in for a 40,000 mile service on my 2020 ProMaster. When they claimed it was done the guy helping me gave me more information on how to leave a good review for him than telling me anything about my van. As I tried to drive out of the parking lot my van started screaming and wouldn’t shift into drive. When I turned it off and back on the noise stopped, so I guess they didn’t believe me. When they checked under the hood I saw the coolant reservoir was way below the minimum line. They took it back to top off fluids and take it for a test drive to see if the noise returned - they topped off the coolant but tried to give it back to me without the test drive. I insisted on the test drive and not 5 minutes later I saw my van sailing into the garage and 6 or 7 mechanics walked over to figure out they hadn’t seated my air filter properly, resulting in a vacuum leak. I’d also asked about my over-cab running lights - they assured me no bulbs were out but the same two that were out when I went in are still out after the “service.” I checked my oil after leaving and it is filthy - I don’t think they even changed the oil. Avoid this service department. They are terrible.

Overall, had a great time purchasing a 2021 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk from them. For the sales person to the finance department they all really helped me out. Next, Jaizaiah was really nice and excellent salesperson and really tried his best to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted..

Decent options in vehicles if you have the money and credit. If not they will try to sell you pretty much anything you qualify for without putting any extra effort into helping make your decision. Might have just been the salesman I had but I was not very satisfied with my experience. Will say its probably better than any small used lot in town but wont be my first stop in the future.

So I had been looking for a gently used yet newer Subaru Forester for a while and Cowboy Dodge had been closest to book value on the models in town. I just wanted to look and see and test the one I had my eye on. Lexi helped me out that day as my original person got caught up with another customer prior to my arrival. She was awesome and really just let me set the pace. It was really funny because I didnt intend to drive away with it that day, but I did do my homework beforehand and knew what I was willing to pay. It was super easy and we struck a deal with a trade in on my car, a promise on down payment and the title for it the next day, as it was close to closing time, (keep your credit up, kids) and Im driving my 2018 Forester off the lot. I walk in with the title to my car and a check for the down payment the next day, and everything is cool and happy. I never felt pressured and was happy with the entire experience. The mileage is low enough that the Dealin Doug Deal will cover it for another almost 37,000 miles or 3 years on the power train. Im good with that. So far so good.

My truck broke down while pulling a boat into Cheyenne. Richard O. in the Service department helped me park the boat in their secured back lot for the evening. With time on my hands I spoke with Junior M. about the possibility of a new truck. He was easy to work with but I was still hoping I could just get the truck fixed the next day and keep rolling. First thing the next morning Richard shared the bad news about my transmission so the thought about driving something new down the road became more appealing. Junior was not yet to work since he had the late shift. Stacie B. was asked to step in and help. Both sales individuals were great to work with as well as those behind the big desk.Here is the bottom line - while I was in a bit of a pickle I never felt vulnerable and did not feel taken advantage of. I can recommend Cowboy Dodge. I would buy a truck from them again. Thank you.

All though “Express lane” does NOT require appointment I was offered 2hrs+ waiting or leave and make an appointment. Even the service advisors argued between them about how to answer my question “express lane doesn’t need appointment correct?” The one said yes, the other said no…I’m NOT gonna wait 2hrs+ for an oil change, so I tried to make an appointment and the first available is 1 month out!!! Yes, I said a month out!Brakes Plus did it in 18 minutes in and out and for less $$$.

Everybody working at this location was a huge help in purchasing my first vehicle. I was shown around the whole lot to make sure i knew all my options. Very rude to customers as I witnessed. Put personal information of another customer out loud for others to hear and it embarrassed them quite obviously. When I attempted to purchase a specific vehicle they put absolutely no effort into achieving a sale. I walked out. Honestly...the rating would be worse but they are the only Jeep dealership around the area.

Very Terrible sharks first of all. Second they are only interested in the people the want to buy their front of the line cars, and not interested in the people wanting to buy from their back lot. Was very interested in a Dodge Ram 2001. Called the guy and gave him my information told me he would give me a call. Been 5 months and no call back. Only care about the big spenders. If looking for a used vehicle go somewhere else to spend your 10k-25k. Not here

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk from Matthew Pollock. The price was good, and the process moved along quickly. The only thing which was overlooked was to scrape the dealer decal off the back window, but that can be done when we get our optional accessories installed.
