Hello, I been with Verizon for 3months and my phone and my husband phone been dropping calls. And our phone is not receiving calls. They changed our SIM card and that didn’t work. Today I went to the store my phone call was not getting to my husband and his calls wasn’t getting through to mines. Now he was out of town in a car accident that was really bad. I went to store thinking that my issues would be resolve. I had to wait an hour to get customer service. The young man was tried and wore out. He wanted to change our SIM cards again. Now I’m getting frustrated because that didn’t work and I told him that, but he still was determined to do it again. I told him let me speak to the manage. She suggested the same thing. I explain the same thing to her. I wanted to get my phone replace. She told me she had to do the SIM card first. I told her 3 months I did. Now can you see what I’m facing. I can be right by my phone and it’s not Ringing through, my husband phone is doing the same thing. Can I Please get some Help!!!!!!!!! Customer Service was not good. I am very Disappoint!!!!!!!!

I pay this company almost $400 a month. I have nothing but service issues out of my phone for the last 6 months. They suggested me to upgrade to 5g so therefore I did. Did not fix my issue, I ended up doing ny own research and fixing it myself. Now my phone isnt charging (brand new s21 ultra) it has debris in the charging port and I wanted to let the Experts clean it but they refuse to even try all they offer is to file an insurance claim that I will have to pay for even though the phone hasnt worked right since day 1. Cant wait for my contract to end so I can switch providers.

The worst customer service Ive ever had Ive been with the Verizon for 20 plus years and I never had such bad customer service like I experienced in that store. So I end up going to Best buy and got exactly what I wanted and still kept everything the same with Verizon and done it with them instead of doing it with Verizon which I pay and have since cell phones came out but they couldnt help me I had to go to Best buy very disappointed and Im happy with this store even makes me think it might be time for a change from Verizon!

I had such a lousy interaction with a sales rep here a few days ago. He did not seem interested in actually helping. He was condescending and failed to actually answer any of my questions while providing me canned responses. He assumed we understood all the inventory, that theres a chip shortage, what the pricing plans means when it comes to phones, etc. All stuff I think reps are supposed to ask you to find out what you actually need. His attitude made it necessary to get confrontational in order to just get info. By then I didnt trust any of the information he was giving. I probably wont visit this location again and will opt to go elsewhere.

The staff didnt care about our needs, only kept trying to sell us stuff. They didnt provide any paper estimate of my future bill before leaving, only used a calculator to spit ball costs. Costs came out $50 more a month than estimated. Told them I wanted to keep my discount of 22%, but was told 4 days later by billing thats impossible. They failed to even know that by switching to an unlimited plan, I lose my discount all together. Even though we expressed concerns from the moment we walked in about going over budget, the staff member didnt focus on the details and its costing us.The clerks were unorganized and understaffed with malfunctioning equipment.I was faulted by the billing staff for expecting the store to be able to provide an accurate billing estimate after purchasing their products.

I stopped to get a screen protector. I expected it would take less than 5 minutes to go in, get what I needed, pay and go on my way. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to stand in line outside in the cold wind because they wouldnt let anyone in until they were ready to help the next person. 3 separate customers came out about 5 minutes apart before they finally let the next in line in. Another 10 minutes passed before the next in line was allowed in. Finally, after about 30 minutes standing in line, my spot which was 3rd in line was allowed in. It took another 10+ minutes once in for the employee to get what I needed, gather a bunch of unnecessary information from me (phone number, name, etc.) and ring me up. I doubt Ill ever go to a Verizon store again to buy an accessory. Next time Ill order the exact same brand from Amazon, pay about 30% less, and have it delivered to my door in a day or two tops.

I went in today to upgrade 2 phones, the lady (blonde lady with a heavy accent) had no idea what the sales were, barely new about the 5G info we were asking was pretty much pushing us to buy online, ended up just giving a phone number to buy online to have it shipped to the store, or to the house, I dunno if verizon is sales based anymore but rushing your customers out the door just because you dont know about the phones is not very good business we are just going to head to another verizon store to do business.

I went to this Verizon store to buy a flip phone for my father-in-law to use in case of an emergency. He is handicapped and recently had a situation where his house phone did not work. Brian and Courtney were extremely helpful from the start. They were friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I got exactly what I wanted, and nothing that I didnt. They even found discounts that I didnt know I had and initiated them. Brian showed great expertise in training Courtney, a new employee. She will make an outstanding addition to the Verizon Team. Well Done to both of you!

We live in NC and have my 78 year mother in law on our plan who lives in Virginia and broke her phone. We called the Greenbriar store many times with no answer so we spoke to costumer service online who were VERY Helpful. Spent over 45 minutes on the phone purchasing a phone with instore pickup at the Greenbriar store and the customer service entered detailed notes that my mother in law would need help setting phone up and transferring her contacts because she would not know how to do it. My mother in law showed up and the store representative was rude and very short. REFUSED to help my mother in law. Handed her the phone in the box and told her 3 different stories with us on the phone with our mother in law. First was the machine was not working then it was the person who knows how to do it is not here and then it was we are too busy to do that We called Verizon Customer Service while my mother in law was still at the store and the store would not answer their own companys calls. They let all calls forward to the main Verizon number. The customer service person on the phone was very apologetic and said all the notes from the day before were very clear and the store would have seen the notes when they pulled up the order. I recommend going to another branch within the area. And we will be filing a complaint with Verizon Corporate. HORRIBLE SERVICE at this store. But we have always had good service with other stores and with customer service. This location should lose it franchise

Maybe not cookie cutter professional but the employees carry themselves well, make connections with the customers, and do their job as best they can. Unfortunately, if you have questions to ask about specific parts of your account/bill/etc, you will need to call into Verizon using their support number, as per Verizons company set-up. It is upsetting I cant go in to get all the info i need from a real face-to-face conversation.Overall, good store to visit for general help, getting set-up with Verizon, and looking for new devices.

This is for the Cedar Road, Grassfield Verizon Store.OMG! What a Rude employee! No one in the store and it still took him 5 minutes for him to come out. We explained what we needed and he then grilled us on why we purchased our phone at Best Buy. He asks for information and I answer and he starts talking to another person that just walked in so he has to ask me for the information again . What kind of service is this? No help what so ever and I wouldnt take it if he did. Rude!

Read the reviews about this particular location and came across multiple, very positive reviews for an employee named Derek. So I went in hoping I would get him. Coincidentally, I did get Derek...during our conversation, I yelled, Hey, youre Derek! when I noticed his name tag and explained to him about the reviews I read. I now have the honor to do a great review for a true American hero, Derek. Derek is not only the epitome of Customer Service, but is the paradigm of Customer Satisfaction!!! He maintained constant eye contact, always smiled and was more than happy to explain everything to me because I am clueless when it comes to computer stuff/phone stuff. I will be taking all my business with this Verizon Store location as long as Derek is there. A very positive experience and one to be remembered. A+++++, ..... Some people at this location barely know how to operate their own little tablet they carry around.. The lady with an accent that attended me tried to be slick when I wanted to preorder my iPhone XS and didnt want to let me use my device dollars. Then when I said Id go somewhere else it magically worked! AND for my down-payment, she wouldnt let me use multiple gift cards. Thats when I had enough and went to the Verizon store on Cedar Rd. THEYRE AMAZING! Never stepping foot in this Verizon store again.

I read some reviews about people having a bad experience with customer service so wanted to offer my own experience here. I actually had a very pleasant experience and the man who worked with me was very helpful. I originally was going to order online and didnt understand all the costs so I explained to him about why I came into the store. He was more than happy to go in the back and look for the extras I was wanting and ordered what I needed to be shipped to me that they didnt have in store. He showed me all the costs so I knew where the numbers were coming from and why and made the whole experience very easy and fast. Im actually very glad I went into the store and when I have experiences like this I prefer to go out of my way to return to these places if I have previously had a good experience usually expecting it will go just as well the next time. While I cant speak about anyone elses bad experience I can say that I had a very positive one and would definitely recommend this store. I cant say Ive actually had any bad experiences at Verizon stores but even still this one was one of the best. :)

Went in to get my 10yo a gizmo watch, the people behind me got service first....when I told the lady what I was looking for and asked if there was one one I could see first. She said no. Then she said I could ask another customer to see hers that she just purchased. I said I wasnt doing that...then the other associate said I should have done my research before coming in...obviously I did, however I like to see things in person prior to buying. Then they said they had a model, so I went and looked at it, however it didnt work...i was then given the silent treatment the rest of my visit...i pay a lot for Verizon, probably too much, it felt like cricket wireless in there...

I was in to get my daughter her first iPhone on Saturday, they did not have the one we wanted so we ordered it. We were told it will be here on Tuesday. I went online to check FedEx for the tracking info, only to find out it will not be here until tomorrow. I have now waited all day for this phone, but now am not able to be around tomorrow as I have plans. My child is very disappointed! You should not promise something if you can not deliver when you are told.

I wrote a review several years ago about the bad customer service at this store. I gave it three stars. I am now changing my review and bringing it down to one star, would rate it zero if I could. I went there just the other day to ask about an upgrade, instead of giving me the information that I needed, they told me to go on the my Verizon app and basically kicked me out of the store. all I wanted to do was find out how much my phones trade-in value would be and would like to know a few things about the phone I was thinking about upgrading to. both of the associates rushed me through the process, did not help me, told me to check the my Verizon app, and basically escorted me out of the store. I was not disrespectful orrud All I wanted was some basic information. They could not give that to me, or did not want to. Ive said it before, and I will say it again. I would not come here if it was not a corporate store.

They refuse to honor their deals and try to screw you into paying full price. Wasted an entire day trying to get then to honor their simple deal, absolutely unacceptable. Chose to upgrade and use their Black Friday trade-in deal for a new iPhone 11. We live in an apartment so we couldn’t do the signature verification for delivery to our mailroom, so we chose to pick up in-store. Placed order Thursday and got an update saying “Don’t go to the store yet, your order isn’t ready” then Friday got another email “Your order is here! Come pick it up! We’ll hold it for 3 days”. So we go in Sunday afternoon to find they cancelled the order because their “3 days” begin from when the order is placed (EVEN THOUGH THEY WERE CLOSED THURSDAY), and even though they stated on Friday that they’ll hold it for 3 days. Clerk even commented that “We were the first of many with this situation”, and had the audacity to try to sell us it at full price like nothing happened and was shocked when we said no. Went home to review the paperwork and receipts to see if I just missed something (didn’t see anything about the “3 days starts from the order placement, not when we tell you it’s in stock and we’re holding it for 3 days”) so we called the manager, who simply said it was stated somewhere and that was that, sorry not sorry. DO NOT waste your time here, go with someone else who actually values you as a customer.

So I dropped my phone to its horrible death Friday night. I was waiting for the iPhone 11 to come out and then upgrade my 7. I ended up at this Verizon Saturday to purchase another iPhone and pay a restock fee when the 11 was available. Marcus helped me tremendously and had the idea to get an Apple Watch and sync a new SIM card to a demo phone. Which he did but then later that night I realized I didn’t have iMessage to any contact not in my phone already (had not done a back up in like 5 years) I didn’t have an actual phone to add a contact too. Sunday morning the manager Anthony gave me a loaner iPhone 8 until Friday. And then took the time after they were closed to sync my watch and set up this iPhone for me. None of this had to take place and THIS Verizon came through. THANK YOUUUUUU for delivering amazing support and customer service.

Very unhappy with Verizon. I told my salesperson I didn’t want anything transferred, he refused to listen to me which has resulted in me spending a lot of time deleting old information and resetting passwords. Now I am locked out of my old apple account because I have no way to access it (which is why I didn’t want him to set it up with the old information). Now I’m going to have to reset my phone just to set it up correctly. He did not mention the prices of any of the accessories nor did he explain what my first payment was going to be. When I left the store that night my new phone wasn’t technically set up, he told me it would take a couple of hours before service would transfer to my new phone. Over 12 hours went by before I had to call customer service to get it fixed.

I appreciated the help about my busted phone but I was sold a Hum for my husbands vehicle and was told the unit was free and they had a special where there was no activation either. Turns out that was a lie!! I had to call customer service and beg them to fix this after what Id been told in the store. The jerk that said he would take car bombs of it gar given me his card to contact him with any issues. He answered me 2 days later after I text AND called trying to teach him on his cell phone. He said it was fixed. No s***.

The customer service initially was ok. I came in needing a replacement phone, and Camille did help me find a phone. But she insisted i set the phone up myself at home instead of in the store. I spent hours trying to figure out why my phone kept getting an error activation message. My old phone was turned off and everything. Luckily one of my friends worked at Best Buy and helped me out. He pulled out the sim card from my old phone and put it in my new one. Then my phone worked! Camille didnt tell me that all I would have to do is swap out the new sim with the old one, so I wasted 4 hours of my time with the instructions she gave me.

I went into the store yesterday to buy a new Samsung S8. There were 5 employees working and only 1 other customer. One employee was assisting the other customer when I walked in. The other 4 were huddled by a tv that was playing a football game and ignored me when I walked in. After a few minutes I approached one and he put me on the tablet and said I would be next (normally they greet you at the door and check you in to be on the list to get helped). After 20 more minutes of being ignored while 4 employees were joking around and watching the game I left and went next door to Best Buy. Got great customer service from them right away and they had a Verizon rep that could do everything the Verizon store could do. From now on I’ll stick with Best Buy.

She took it in the back to put it only to return it with the entire left edge not adhering to the screen. I would be ok with a few bubbles Which there are, but the ENTIRE LEFT EDGE. You are first greeted by a guy standing outside who takes your name. You go inside and wait around for someone to help you with wireless, which never happens. While waiting, you probably will have several people try to sell you FIOS service....but they cant help you with wireless...theyre just FIOS people. This is not a full service Verizon store; its just a retailer. Wait time was excessive, and the price they quoted me for my monthly bill was wrong. I stopped in on a weekend to return a screen protector that didnt work with my phone and waited 30 minutes, only for the one person working in the store to tell me he was unable to process the return because he was new and didnt have the authority to process returns. I came back the next day, only for the manager to tell me she wouldnt accept the return. I expressed my concerns to the store manager, attempting to provide constructive feedback, and she just made excuses as to why it wasnt her fault. Dont bother with the retailer. Save yourself the trouble by driving 5 minutes down the street to the Verizon store at Greenbrier Market Center (by the Harris Teeter).

It is rare to find great Customer service now a days. But the employees at 1224 Greenbrier were awesome!! Everyone in there was very friendly and helpful. I worked with Doug, Ashley and Deviana the most and they were excellent and provided excellent service. I was with Verizon for a long time but switched to sprint recently bc of there cheap package price but hated it so Deviana helped me with switching back to Verizon and I didnt have the second phone on me and she was off the next day but she made sure I was taken care of with Ashley and she was really excellent too. I also signed up for fios with Doug and each and everyone of them gave excellent explanations of everything and provided the best service. It was refreshing!! Other staff was very helpful and checked in on me too but just didnt catch their names. You guys have a great team. Thank you!
