Weird...dont know where my 3 star review went but I came back to change it to 5 stars after Furhan kept his word and took care of my windshield that had a small crack in it. They replaced it!! I was nervous purchasing a truck with 200,00+ miles but Furhan made it less painful and I just pray I didnt make a mistake. Furhan stated he would take care of my truck and so far he has! It would be really great if they find the other set of keys for it...hopefully soon🤞Ive bought 2 vehicles from here but this time the service was MUCH better than the last purchase close to 6 years ago.

I was looking for a car for my mother and when I entered the building Roy LaBerge was right there with a smiling his face ready to help. He did not pressure me into anything and took me to see what they had on the lot that would suite my mother’s needs. I found something just in a few steps and test drove it. Tried getting 2 different cars here. First one was already at 123k miles and sounded ready to die, so I returned it. Next one, I liked and test drove it. Didnt have any issues until I brought it home. Next morning, the car wouldnt start. Had it towed back there and was told I would be able to pick it up 2 days later. Then 3 days. Then 4 days. On day 4, I told them I was done and no longer wanted it. I wanted to cancel my contract. They said they would do everything and I wouldnt need to do anything on my end. This was over a month ago. I have since gone through a company I do trust to get a pre-owned vehicle, and havent had issues. I check my credit, and what do I see? The account that was supposed to be cancelled by them! They hadnt contacted the company the loan came from.

Andre was a true gentleman..... he had a lot of patience, showed me every detail on my truck that I was confused about. If your going here ask for Andre or Roy..... they were both fantastic!

They sold my wife a vehicle that is unsafe and no way could have passed inspection!!! We have been getting the run around with them. They are supposed to cut a check for a full refund but are taking their time with that as well. They now have her car and her money. This place is a complete rip off.... Keep driving and go ANYWHERE else!!! Even the manager when he test drove it said that it was completely unsafe and he was afraid it wouldnt get him back. Mind you this was a week ago and he told us we would receive a refund or he would give us another car which we do not want. Here it is a week later and we still have not received anything. We are actually about to call the state police and our attorney on this matter so I suggest you run far away from this place...

Walter Dustin Cordon has horrible communication skills. Spoke with him on the phone Friday 9/10 and arranged to come down and check out a truck that was supposedly on the lot. Drove 3 1/2 hours the morning of 9/11 to see a truck that he said “he would have here in the morning”. Arrived at the dealer and found the truck had been “sold to (another dealership)”. Poor customer service and a large waste of my time.

Was looking online for a truck and managed to find a Tacoma. Sadly didnt pass their inspection so Roy told me right away. I appreciate Roys honesty, hospitality, and updates. Thanks Roy!

Well....the service was great.....but my car lasted 9 months before the engine died. A 2011 Chevy Malibu is what I bought. I was basically told too bad in so many words. I wouldnt recommend buying a car from this dealership

I went to southern Chrysler in Greenbrier and originally the vehicle I went to look at they could not find so Sherrod took me to a different area and we were able to locate the vehicle. Unfortunately we were not able to complete everything that day because I had gone on a Sunday and that Monday was a holiday the banks are all closed so they were able to get everything completed for me on that Tuesday. I went there Wednesday morning and both Sherrod and Jason were able to get everything done pretty quickly and I was out of there within an hour and a half opposed to the six hours I usually spend at a dealership when I buy a vehicle. Small building, limited cars. I wouldnt go here if I was just driving by, but I found a car online. I eventually took a car out for a 24-hour test drive but they did try to deny that at first even though its listed on the company website. They also do a 99 point inspection but, I got the car personally inspected and the tires were bad, the cigar port didnt work, and the headrest were missing in the backseat the car had also been in 2 accidents. They still wanted top dollar for the car and were not willing to negotiate. They said they would lose money on the deal. So they lost a customer and I took and uber home.They are also unorganized, the phone lines were down, and while there I noticed a lady upset about paper work being missing for 2 weeks.The salesman Dusty was nice and courteous.

Things have really changed since the buyout. I have putchased seven cars from this place in the past. Zero negotiations, zero respect for customer loyalty. Even after offering the salesman the exact kbb/ NADA value of the vehicle I was told they couldnt go down on the advertised price which was thousands over book. The only reason they got me out there today is because they told me they would negotiate, they also said the engine would have a lifetime warranty. Turns out that was false as well. Zero stars if possible. Waste of gas going there. Only positive thing I can say is that the salesman was direct and nice enough.

Its the best car dealership Ive ever experienced. They are very kind and courteous. Yes, They will put you in a nice car the same day with no hassle.

First time dealing with them I bought a 98 Expedition. Truck had just got inspected 2 months prior to purchase. Noticed a squeak coming from driver side and dealer said truck had sealed ball joints and needed a good spout of grease. So I took it to my mechanic to have the grease put in. The mechanic stated that the tie rod end and 3 of 4 ball joints were shot and the brakes were bad on the rear as well, and that there was no way this truck should of passed inspection 2 months prior. He also stated that any further driving of the vehicle would result in steering loss and a crash, and that the vehicle was unsafe. So I talked to the manager of the dealership, said he would do something about the $1500 worth of repairs, but yet wont return my calls and just says hes on it. Dont go here. Little does he know if he dont get back with me ill be letting the state police know of the falsifying inspection to sell unsafe vehicles, along with Navy Jag and my lawyer for possible lawsuit. Stay away from the used vehicles because who knows if they will crash or not.Update: finally got reimbursed some of the money back. Some is better than none I guess but Ill probably never come here again. Just go to Priority across the street.

Put some value to all customers

Had agreed upon items to be fixed, which still haven’t been fixed. Battery died 2 weeks after purchase, the computer (PCM) died 1 month after purchase and the part is discontinued, which means the Jeep doesn’t function (dead). No support from dealership. I don’t recommend and would encourage others to look elsewhere.

I took my younger brother here to purchase his first vehicle. At first they seemed receptive and helpful but the sales associate didnt really know alot about the cars on the lot. Once we had found out our price range they were unable to work with us which was fine, however we asked for lower priced cars and they said they had none less than 13k. This is not true by just walking around the lot they in fact did. The sales associate became rude and began name calling. I will ensure no military that I know (my brother and myself are active duty) will go here. The are inconsiderate and unwilling to help. No one should shop here especially military. This is my second terrible experience with a business from the southern motor group in the area.

Bought my car from here about two weeks ago. Already my check engine light is on and i had to replace my battery. Not a lot of millage on my car. Its a 2010. I was rememberesed for the battery but took my car to get serviced today. Was told id get a free rental if my car took over 24hrs to repair when i was signing my papers. But i was told it be 25 dollars a day. When i called in to make sure this was not true the first guy i talked to was pleasant enough but the so called manager he put me on the phone with was immediately rude and nasty. Needless to say i hung up. Not the only rude person i encountered at this dealership. If you purchase a car from here do more that just test drive it before you make you do your research before you make a decision to buy.

This is the worst sales lot I have ever been to. The owner/manager is a crock. My situation I was put in...i was trading a vehicle in on a jeep wrangler. We agreed on a price I took it to my bank the bank said approved. As I was on my way with my wife and kids to the dealership to get said Jeep the salesman calls me and tells me the owner/manager changed his mind renigged on the agreed upon price. Worst dealership ever. I would never go to this dealership as they are crooked and a rip off. I will take my approved loan to somebody that is true to their word. Thanks for nothing!!!

The sales people want to sell cars without disclosing problems with the vehicle. I would not recommend anybody to them. They are rip off artists. The vehicle got towed less than 24 hours after it was bought for a cracked positive battery connecter. The vehicle sounds like an airplane on the open road with the roar from the tires. I could run over an on the and I feel it.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life the staff was super shady mainly the salesperson Debbie...I bought a car for my wife that ran for less than a week took it back because the check engine light was on they took it back for a week and claimed they fixed it only to have the check engine light come back on 2 days later and when I let them know it’s back on they refuse to fix it I’ve had this POS for about 6 months and the check engine light is still on I replaced the transmission but the light is still on and it sits in our driveway so I just went and purchased 2 brand new cars from Checkerd flag Honda where the customer service was excellent

Very rude manager Joe. He hung up on me when I was trying to speak to him involving a car I purchased that shouldnt have even been sold due to safety issues found by a state inspection. The state police have been notified and are doing an investigation into their business practices involving inspections.

I am from New York state. I saw a vehicle I liked and set up a time and even airplane tickets to fly down to buy the vehicle. Working with one of the used car salesman, I had my loan all set with check in hand and plane tickets to fly down to purchase the vehicle. The salesman, Scott Williams, even told me to get a letter from my lender to show that I would pay taxes in New York state. I did all of this and was set to fly down to the dealership (316 dollars in plane tickets). A day later, I was able to get all of my paperwork together and fax it down to the dealer. Upon calling the salesman, he said they sold the vehicle to another person!!!!! I am out 317 dollars and had my heart set on the car!!! First, poor business-simply put you dont run a business like that. You dont tell a person coming 500 miles that the car is yours and then sell it to another person. The classy thing to do is offer to pay for your plane tickets. They did not. I am appalled at the way they did business with me. The manager was rude and disrespectful to say the least. I have been a teacher for 23 years and doing the right thing is ingrained in my mind-a lesson learned, dont trust this car dealership as they are not honest as I spent countless hours in getting a loan, airplane tix, etc... The dealership should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed to run a business like that. This, sadly, is becoming typical of a lot of people in the US. Furthermore, upon doing reseach with the DMV in Virginia watch out for their processing fee which they charge 593. They should be charging 493 according to DMV. They havent updated their fees with the DMV. Sad situation with dishonest people.
