Omgggggg where can I even start, Steven was so inviting and was sure he had something to fit all my needs and boy did he deliver. Sam was more than nice and extremely helpful. I never felt rushed or pressured and it was an every smooth process not very long at all. I also spoke with another lady who was also very helpful, we talked so much I forgot her name but she did leave me with a lot of good advice that I do remember. Overall my whole experience was amazing

Absolutely the worst experience at the dealership ever...the only 2 people who were nice were a person that greeted me and the person that gave me my keys back. But lets start from the beginning. I brought my car in for a recall repair, made an appointment online. Drop off my car at my appointment time. After the lady checked me in (nice one) I was asked to step to the service desk to continue check in process. At the service desk I asked the gentleman taking care of me how long the repair will take (trying to judge whether I should I wait at the dealership), I was told dont know 1 hr, 1.5 hr, 2. I asked whether they have a shuttle available to take me home. Was told yes but its ONLY within 10 mile radius. Ok thats cool, i live within that radius. He tells the shuttle driver who rolls her eyes and sighs. The gentleman at the service desk tells me I need to follow that lady to the shuttle. Then same gentlemen at the desk proceeds to tell me AGAIN thats its only within 10 miles. I pulled my phone up and typed in my address with 9.4 miles from the dealership! I said I have one more question. Now the gentleman rolls his eyes yes?. I said I was wondering if you could quote me the price to replace all the struts on the car. He said no I cant, you need to talk to your advisor. Me: ok...who is that? Guy I dont know. Youll find out when you get your car!. My shuttle ride was the most tense ever...the driver didnt say a single word to me or other passenger in the car. I couldnt bear asking to be picked up when car is ready. My husband brought me back. Never did I feel being such an inconvenience to the dealership! I will never set my foot in that dealership again!

I was helped by Chilly. He did a GREAT job!! Got me the exact car I wanted for the price that I wanted. Spoke with Housey and Chen. They worked with me and made the transaction as smooth as possible. Chilly made sure to explain EVERYTHING to me in a way that I could understand. He was very patient with me. Even went as far to explain the insurance policy to me so I fully understood what I’m paying for. Once I got to the car, he helped me connect my phone to it and showed me around my new vehicle. Chilly even went the extra mile to get me out at reasonable time that he went and washed the vehicle for me. I purchased my first vehicle at priority Toyota and I am so glad that I stuck with purchasing at Priority again.

I will never do business with Priority Honda. I was looking for an Accord, and I was chatting with an internet specialist. When I asked the price before coming in for a test drive, I was told the price on the website. When I go in the next day for a test drive, I wanted to buy, but to only find out there was a $2,500 market adjustment. My offer was to pay the price on the website, but I was told no. I can understand if they want to raise prices with the chip shortage. What really struck a nerve with me is that I was told I didnt ask the right question about the price, and they wasted my time where I could have went to another dealer. Which by the way, I did. I went to Checkered Flag Honda where I was met with much more information, and I ended up buying an Accord from them.All in all, Priority just wants to get you in the door to pull a fast one. This is the exact reason why so many people dont trust car dealers.

I was looking to trade in my car for a new vehicle when I came upon the Priority Honda website. I provided my vehicle information for an online quote, and was immediately contacted by their Internet Sales Department, who put me in contact with Salesman, Sean Vaught. After speaking with Mr. Vaught, I decided to make the 2 1/2 hour trip to Priority Honda. It was well worth the trip, as I was offered more money for my vehicle than the original internet quote. Mr. Vaught was very attentive, and we were able to close the deal within 2 hours. Highly Rcommended.

I walk saw every car with no interruption found the car I wanted there was a gentleman by bay doors we called him over he told us more about car got keys to drive introduced me to William Anderson he was so polite and not a pushy salesman. We talk numbers credit check and that car was mines. Came back the next day he gave me a car charger of course thank me for my business and congratulated me. We then walk to my car he showed me all about the new features set up my Bluetooth. Congratulated me again I drove off satisfied. Thank u William for that excellent experience

He took the time to explain all the features in detail of the 2021 Honda Accord to my daughter and set up apple play. Nikki did a great job explaining the additional services for protecting the interior and exterior of the vehicle and the finance guy attended to our DMV registration. We are extremely happy with our purchase and the great service we received. Priority Honda Chesapeake is a first class dealership. I have bought numerous cars over the years, but I have never received the professionalism and service that has been extended by this dealership. I have been extremely happy with the two vehicles I have purchased through them as they made it very easy to purchase. I just bought a 2021 Honda Pilot last week. The salesman was great and their finance department is great. I would definitely purchase from them again, as I am completely satisfied.

Saleswoman Deanna was amazing, helpful, polite and professional. The sales manager I spoke with was unprofessional in my opinion. I cant recall his name. He got too emotional in the negotiations and it felt more like an argument than a sales negotiation. Also the carfax said there was a new oil change. But when I checked the oil it was very dark. I called service and they said it was normal and confirmed it had a new oil change. I called Priority honda in Hampton VA and they gave me a new oil change and it was amber, light colored like it should be. Dark oil is not a new oil change! I dont appreciate being lied to when Im buying a car. Also the vehicle was almost on Empty when I bought it. Deanna did say she would reimburse me though. I feel it should be practice to fill at least 3/4ths of a tank. Now I question if any of the work reported on the vehicle was done at all before I bought it. Im putting 3 stars for Deanna but everything else was 2 stars.

It is very important to come in the dealership and transact with knowledgeable agent. I did not get a great deal. Your sales agent should guide you and let you know the deals going on especially with 0% interest rate versus buying an old 2020 car. My sales agent did not look after my best interest! Honda does not give you time to think about your purchased. When you return it, they do not try to work with you about an exchange in less than 3 days unlike other dealership.Now, I have called 10 x trying to get to the Finance team and Sales, Cedric. I left 3 messages via receptionist and a voicemail from each department regarding my expiring tags. Day 4, I haven’t gotten a call back. I do not think their customer service goes beyond what one expects! Very very disappointing!

Out of respect for the mechanics, I thoroughly cleaned my car inside and out before bringing it in for service. I was very pleased that the car was returned to me after service in that same clean condition. I had an appointment. The service writer took me in immediately upon my arrival and provided a shuttle driver to return me to my home. When I picked the car up, I found that the mechanics had performed the service I requested and silenced a minor rattle that had been disturbing me for a while. The customer seating area was well spaced and appeared to be Covid safe. The restroom was spotless. I have purchased three new vehicles from this dealer and have always been pleased with the buying experience and quality service.

Just because you get FREE Oil changes on Priority car,trucks or suv dont mean is is going to be a good service. New truck with less than 5000 miles on it and still under warranty they put a STP oil filter on my truck. Could voild the warranty but it cause my truck to lose all oil pressure..NOT GOOD.....

Housey and Samantha were amazing sales representatives and helped me out with all my questions and concerns. I could not have asked for a better team to help me make sure I was getting the car I wanted! The only downside to my experience was the finance agent, she rushed me to get my paperwork done and made it very clear I was taking too long and she had to cancel her pick up order for chipotle. Then in the middle of me signing my papers she got up to fax something and never came back, she left me in her office alone and my sales representative had to come find me to tell me the finance manger had left and they were going to try and help me finish up my paperwork. Make sure you know who you’ll be financing through before coming to this dealership because the finance manager provides the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life.

Contacted her letting her know I was there roughly an hour early told her I would wait until 4pm. My car was finished around 4:40pm and still didn’t hear back from her. I was lucky enough to have Cedric who allowed me to make my very first “big girl” purchase and ended up walking away with a BRAND new 2021 Honda Civic sport! Unlike the many other places I’ve been, when he introduced himself he was not forceful at ALL! He very nicely asked if i needed any help i let him know what I was looking for, he guided me in that direction answered allll my questions, made sure I knew the differences in the type of car I was leaning towards, gave my mom and I space to look around but stayed close if we needed anything that’s a plus in my book! DO NOT COME HERE! They will charge you for unnecessary service. I have been to priority Honda twice. First time, regular service. They told me that my brake fluid needed to be replaced. I told them that it was replaced 6 months prior....there response, “oh, we didn’t check it, we just assumed by your mileage”.Second time, I’m charged $1100 dollars to drain and replace my fuel. I’m told service is $160 per hour.I love closer to priority Honda in Chesapeake but I will be return to my rig inks servicer, priority Honda Virginia Beach. Best device and they take care of their military.

I scheduled last week for my breaks tohe done. Well guess what now they found more problems other than my front brakes. I had an excellent experience with Shareena Housey. She worked with me over the phone and online for several days, at my request, while I was in between vehicles. She did everything within her power to find me the vehicle I wanted/needed and to accommodate me, even offering to pick me up with my children. I came in as a newly single mom, guns-blazing, armed with my internet research, ready to haggle. I found instead a fair price and none of the usual games that I have experienced throughout my years of car shopping. She made it so easy and straightforward.
