NEVER FELT PRESSURED or rushed.There recommendations for what kind of sleep are you are if you sleep hot or cold, if you like toppers they took everything into consideration. Once chosen your bed begins being handmade right thejlre. The turnover time was less than 2 weeks& they offer full services of removal and set up. ON TIME!!! YOU WILL LOVE YOUR Purchase. They compare their beds to beauty rest or other nicer brands.When their beds are just okay and they only had one guy working there who was kinda rude .

Our experience from start to fiinish with this store was absolutely what customer service should be. Paul was great and very informative! The two gentlemen that delivered our mattress were polite and in and out so fast I didn’t even get their names for this review but they were amazing. 5 stars all the way for all of OFM. Thank you!!

Paul was helpful and knowledgeable. He did not push us toward the higher end mattresses; he listened to what we were looking for and directed us to the mattresses that would fit my sons needs the best. We ended up going with a nice but lower end mattress b/c that is the one my son liked best. He seemed happy that we got what we were looking for and again, did not push us toward the higher end mattresses or try to sell us any unnecessary things.

The Sams Circle location has great staff. When I visited the store, I was promptly greeted and the staff worked with me to find the bed and options. I was equally impressed with the delivery team who arrived at my home during the promised time window. The delivery team did a great job setting up my bed and removed all the packing material. From the store staff to the delivery staff to the bed, I have been treated well and presented with a good value.

Good experience at the Chesapeake store! One small thing; it wouldve been helpful if the salesperson pointed out the thickness of the mattress. The one I originally selected was thicker than the one I ultimately purchased. The delivery team was excellent! I will definitely buy from this location again.

Paul at the Greenbrier location is very knowledgeable and very patient. The mattresses are well made and comfortable.

The business of mattress making, big brand cheats and process of how this local business makes and distributes their product was explained in complete detail. The selection was impressive as we tried them all and decided on a pillowtop which was promptly delivered and did I mention its a local business. Great experience all around and are sleeping better now.

Was very easy and Mr. Trueblood was very nice and really knew his stuff and greatly appreciated the step by step process of how we were show mattresses and what they were made of. 5/5 stars
