Worst company to deal with on all accounts. Went to store twice to look at granite countertops, staff was rude and extremely unhelpful. I decided to go with Lowe’s and they must contract with ilkem. The associate from Lowe’s sent an email to Ilkem to verify measurements. They returned the email. About a month later after being emailed again they finally answered. Set up a measurement appt. gentleman was very nice to deal with. Set up installation for 2 wks from measurement. Got call day before would be here from 8-10am. Never called me to say the installers went to the second installation because I was the first one and would be late. Then when they called the installers who apparently ran into trouble they said they would be here at 1:30. At 1:45 I called again because no one showed up and now was told they would be here in 2 more hours. We’re not regretful I wasted my entire day, didn’t offer to do anything to make up for mistakes and the girl was rude on the phone. I didn’t want to deal with them in the first place and now you know why you don’t want to purchase or have anything installed by them. Worst company I have ever dealt with. I am going now to Lowe’s to cancel my order or they better have another installer come do my counter tops. Also wanted to give a minus 10 or zero but had to give something, they aren’t even worth the one star.

I normally dont write reviews, but I recently had my kitchen renovated and searched various granite places before a friend recommended Ilkem. We just couldnt find the right color granite or a place that had quick turnaround. Tabby helped us and she was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly, as were the gentlemen who came out to template. The whole process was so efficient and quick, and they delivered on the time frames they promised. The granite is beautiful and the install was perfect! I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Ilkem!

Granite installed 4months ago. After 3 months there is a darkening within the granite. They put in a seam at the center of the sink. The right side was not sealed correctly. The discoloration is concentrated at the seam and fades off a few inches away. Both sides of the seam are exposed to the same environment. So the left side was sealed correctly and the right side was not. They insisted a seam had to be done due to size of counter space which is 9 feet 4 inches. There are other companies who can accommodate a full piece of granite. Dont settle for a company that does a seam. This was a $1,572 mistake.

The entire team at Ilkem is great! Tabitha was super helpful and always knew the answers to our questions. Ali (the owner) could not have been more welcoming, understanding, and generous. Gene (the installer) is an artisan! His work is top notch and second to none. Ali (the fabricator) was very responsive and helpful. We love our new counter-tops and back splash- absolutely beautiful work, turns our kitchen into a showroom! Excellent prices, amazing work, and great people that are easy to work with.

First rate experience! Their selection was amazing. Price was good with no hidden costs. Measurement was perfect. I liked how the engineer ask to take my sink with him to ensure precision.

I have shopped at many places. Ilkem has an impressive selection. It was very convenient that they are open on weekends. I picked out a piece of quartzite for 49” vanity top. The stone is beautiful and they did an excellent job. They were on time for appointments to template and install. All of the staff was helpful and pleasant. I will use them again.

Recently purchased granite counter tops from Ilkem for a kitchen remodel. From start to finish, the experience could not have been better. The service in the showroom was fantastic. The installers did a phenomenal job and left no mess behind. The counter top seam is almost invisible due to the granite cutter doing an amazing job matching up the granite pattern. I would definitely use Ilkem again and highly recommend them.

They have one of the best selections in the area. My experience was pretty smooth. Al who helped us throughout the entire process was super nice and knowledgeable. Installation was quick and good. 5 stars!

The staff was great, the price was good and the turnaround was quick. The installers were awesome. It took them longer than expected with some difficult angles on the backsplash but they took their time and did a great job. We were very impressed and are very happy with our new granite.Update: changing from 5 stars to 2. We have an 18 dishwasher so the 24 bracket they brought didnt fit. I forgot to ask about it before the installers left and when I called today to ask about it I was informed they didnt carry an 18 bracket so they couldnt help me. If I got the bracket on my own they could see what they could do about installing it. Seriously?? I need to get it on my own? Thats lousy service after the sale.

4 days agoI went in and spoke with Ali about Quartz and Granite counter tops. The front desk was also very helpful in coordinating. Template guy came out and made a template which was all done on a computer. After couple days, the installers did a fantastic job. Highly would recommend Ilkem Marble and Granite to others.

Amazing service and great prices! Fast, fast, fast - wanted to follow me home same day and template. Ive used them in my own home and in several high end rental properties I own. Great results each time!

The location of the sink was off-center and the sink cut-out was oval when I gave them a rectangle sink. They ended up charging me hundreds more to fix the issue which was completely their fault. They would not take any accountability. After informing them that I would never do business with them again, he cut the extra charge in half. I paid it because it was a beautiful piece of granite that I didnt see anywhere else.

Had to walk out after 20m wasted. No one to serve me and no one at the desk. Several other customers waiting with zero help.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I would never, ever use this company. One of their employees hit my husbands parked jeep, then he fled the scene. He was promptly apprehended. I called the owner of the company to let him know what happened. I also mentioned he should do the right thing regarding getting it repaired. My husband and I dont deserve to have to pay for the damage and have our rates increased. Especially since my husband is disabled and were on a very limited income.I dont do business with people that have zero honor, not just the company but their criminal employee.

Ive used ilkem a dozen times over the last few years and they did another great job as usual.

I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. Their customer service is outstanding. We had a problem with our stone ( not their fault) they stepped up and replaced our entire top no question asked. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Not many companies around like this anymore. I would highly recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat.

I was referred to this company by a former customer who is someone I trust. Therefore, I felt good that the job they were going to do would be of great quality. During the process of picking out my counters I had a specific ask of ILKEM. I wanted a square sided sink where the drain was in the center of the bottom of the sink.The sales people assured me this was doable but to make sure, I was to ask the fabricator who came out to take measurements of the space. When my appointment for measuring arrived, I asked and was told it was no problem.Today was my install day. The crew that came out was awesome and my new counters look great! However, the sink did not have a drain in the center as I had asked.I explained this to the installer taking my credit card payment. He tried to call the office to get me some satisfaction / discount because of the incorrect sink.This review is 2 stars for what occurred after I told the install team all about my sink request. After talking with a few different people on the phone, they got the owner on speaker phone. WOW, what an ignorant person!I felt it was fair to receive a small discount off the final price of my job because I was not given the sink I asked for. I wanted ILKEM to do as they promised. A centered drain would match my old sink, making the installation of the garbage disposal easy. Now that the drain is off centered, I will probably have to call a plumber to rearrange the drain pipe. This is an expense I was was not planning on, hence the request for a small discount to make me whole.He starts SCREAMING at me over the phone. SCREAMING Saying how his installs NEVER come with plumbing. I tried again explaining that the sink I saw in the showroom was not the same one as I was given. He said I can take the sink as is or he would tell his guys to RIP EVERYTHING OUT. What a threat! He planned on leaving me with no kitchen counters.While still screaming and RANTING at me, he offered a $67 discount. I said no, that a plumber would cost more than that. He yelled at his guys to rip it all out and leave.Eventually during all his RANTING and RAVING he said to take $100 off. I accepted this offer because I was pleased with the overall work and I wanted to be done with this massive jerk and his company.I find it unsettling that the owner of any business thinks its appropriate to scream at their customers and would prefer his employees spend several additional hours undoing all their hard work instead of attempting to amicably resolve a customer service issue.I can not in good faith recommend ILKEM to anyone. What would happen if you had an issue with your install or final product? NO ONE should be bullied like this!

I used Ilkem for my kitchen redesign project in 2016 and the experience was very smooth. I got Fabuwood kitchen cabinets and granite counter tops. The delivery was quick with only about a weeks wait time. The quality of the cabinet was right for its price. I was hesitant to go with fabuwood initially but i took the chance after hearing great things from Ilkem about them. I am happy i took the chance as they were delivered and look exactly like how I expected them to be.The counter top installation was flawless too. The staff were very responsive and answered all our questions.The kitchen design process was the one which stood out for me. I worked with their designer Tom who went through each element in detail. He was patient while we went back and forth with our requirement.Finally we ended up with a great kitchen that we like very much.

Great customer service from Yavuz! he was very knowledgeable and explained the advantages and disadvantages of different countertops as well as explaining the cabinet options in detail. I value his no-pressure, patient manner, and the was in which he answered all of our questions.

We just purchased quartz countertops for our island and cabinets in our kitchen. Our experience with Ilkem was wonderful from start to finish.First, the selection of available quartz and granite was amazing, with many options to choose from and adequate stock of every selection available on the spot. After we chose our slab, Ilkem had someone available to come out to our house that same day to do the measurements and installers just a few days thereafter. The whole process from start to finish took about 4 days, including the day we first walked in the office. In a previous home, I had done something similar and had to wait almost 4 weeks and had only a modest selection to choose from. We priced them against some local competitors and our installed price for the same quality quartz came out almost 50% lower than some others were charging.Second, the reception we received from the owner, Mr. Ali was warm and so friendly. He treated my family and children like his own, offering them cookies while we went through the process. He was very generous with his time and clearly maintains a friendly family atmosphere.Finally, the installation of our countertops was perfect. The grout lines with our backsplash were clean and straight. Great attention to detail at the edges and the crew was clean, friendly and helpful.Overall, Ilkem provided a great customer experience and great value overall. We love the product and would use Ilkem again in a heartbeat.

The initial process was easy and everyone at the Ilkem Showroom were very professional and helpful. The day of the installation was a different story. I was not at home when the installation was done but the installers were extremely rude to my wife and the contractor I had there to assist with old sink and gas stove top removal. They didnt allow enough room for the stove and proceeded to cut it inside my house! The entire downstairs of my house was covered with quartzite dust. And the installers tried to shakedown my wife for additional money for their mistake. After complaining multiple times Ilkem finally sent a company to clean the kitchen area but we ended up having to clean up behind them. Again the finished product was beautiful but the installation was a joke!

We went in with a fuzzy cell phone picture of our existing granite, and the guy knew what it was instantly, and a few days later, we have perfectly matched granite counter tops. These guys know what theyre doing.

We ordered granite from Ilkem Marble and Granite in April of 2012. The first thing that I was really impressed by is that their selection is overwhelming in a great way. Ilkem had a showroom that really gives you great ideas for your kitchen. The indoor warehouse they have had so many different colors of granite , It took me only two trips for the whole process. The second trip I picked out the slab I wanted ( it was typhoon bordeaux) and we scheduled a template. The template was done tuesday and we had our installation on friday! the installation was great it only took 3 hours in total all in one day. They gave me a better price then 4 other places I went to. Overall it was a painless truthful professional job. Thank you Ilkem!
