We had CHKB do a complete makeover on two of our bathrooms and they and their contractor did an exceptional job. They came and measured, they recommended items, the contractor tore out the old shower, and the installation work began when all the material arrived. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

I needed custom cabinets for my master bath. The owner, Joe, quoted me a price that was less than half of the cabinet provider recommended by my contractor. Joe was honest and delivered exactly what was promised, on time. He was also accessible to answer my questions throughout the entire process, and his on-premises designer, Craig, did an amazing job helping me pick matching tile for the floor and shower. Knowledgeable / Passionate business owners are very have to find these days. Ive worked with Joe & Dawn for some time now. Im a wood worker / Re-modeler. Ive been hired to do projects for them and I also have bought cabinets from them for my own projects.. My working experience with them has been outstanding. No, we never got that far. At our first meeting, I gave you elevations with measurements. When I left our second meeting, you were going to get a price. Weeks went by before you sent me this text message Karen, i have a price for Jim Bishop cabinets. ... The first company called and said they are discontinuing the color we were going to use but if you really wanted it, they could get in in 6 months.  ... If you want to see the jim bishop price, let me know. I wrote back that day Sure. You can send the Jim Bishop price to (email). Thanks. You never sent a price. All you have to do is open my file and see that I was prepared. No matter that my in-store experience was positive; lots of talk and no action add up to unresponsiveness. You did manage months later to locate my phone number after I gave you a one-star review (after my lenghthy, written review disappeared). You put it squarely on me that I should have stopped by the store again to inquire. How about just sending that price to my email?

After making multiple phone calls and countless website requests for various kitchen designers, we found ourselves with only 1 person who took the time to actually call us back. That was Joe at CH kitchen and bath.Joe took the time to ask us what we wanted, show us options and gave us some great ideas on how to build our new kitchen. We had a basic layout in mind and had already had plans drawn up by Lowe’s. Only problem was they wanted $30+ for cabinets that we didn’t even like!Joe took the time to facetime with us and called us at 9 pm because that was the time we had available.Once we had everything the way we wanted it Joe came to the house and took his own measurements to make sure we were good. Turns out my measurements had a mistake and he was able to make a few adjustments to keep our lay out how we wanted it.Joe ordered our custom made cabinets from Woodland and we took delivery 4 weeks later. I installed all of these myself and let me tell you these are high end quality cabinets! The best part? They were LESS expensive than what we had priced at Lowe’s!Beginning to end joe has been a huge help. It’s nice to know that we were able to have someone to turn to with questions. Joe always answers the calls. Nights, weekends, before breakfast... didn’t matter Joe was always there. You can’t get that from a big box store! If you are looking for a remodel don’t hesitate to call CH k&b... you won’t be disappointed.

I was having a problem with removing my kitchen drawer. I mistakenly called Joe thinking my wife bought the cabinets from his company. He said he would be out the next day. I subsequently learned I called the wrong place so I called Joe back. He still said he would come out and give it a look. He just left and fixed my issue and made sure I understood how to fix it going forward. This shows you what exceptional customer service you will receive from Joe if you use them. Think about that, I didnt even purchase my cabinets from them yet he took the time out of his busy schedule to help me! This is a truly earned five star rating!

We just had all of our cabinets delivered and received in a very timely fashion (4 weeks) from Waypoint cabinetry. It was such a pleasure dealing with Dawn and Joe that we will be sending in our two neighbors so they can have their kitchens remodeled. Buyer beware. Get everything they say in writing with signatures. They will pull a fast one on you in a heartbeat. Take your business elsewhere. He will tell you one price until his wife sees the quote. Dont waste your time here.

The owners are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We went in with an idea that we were able to visually see a bathroom vanity but came out satisfied that we were able to design our own. With their help of course. Lol Things got a little hectic over the following days. They told us that it would be to us in five days. Ended up being close yo two weeks. We got a crappy hand because once we left the store the became heavy in orders. The companies that were piecing the vanity together were also extremely busy. But Im not at all upset. If I called they answered and if they missed a call they called me back. Great customer service from top to bottom. If they didnt know something they would find it out and call me back. If i need something else made Ill be going to Dawn and Joe for sure. Thanks for all the help!

Our initial experience was good, Joe came to the house and personally measured to be sure the order would be correct. We ordered the cabinets and were given a delivery date, which we planned our lives around. When they arrived, we only received half the cabinets. Joe and Dawn acted surprised by this. We called the manufacturers and were told the other half had not even been built yet. Joe and Dawn told us the company did not build them without full payment, but assured us they had put the money out of their own pocket so the whole order would be done. This was not the case. As a result, we lost our installer. The very expensive crown molding ordered was double what we needed. The manufacturer, Waypoint, has a no returns policy, and apparently so does CH Kitchens. Even though Joe took the measurements and it was his error, he will not take the molding back.We needed another cabinet but after numerous promises of a price from Joe and Dawn, after 6 weeks we called Waypoint to find another dealer. Apparently Waypoint called Joe because he immediately texted us with the name of another dealer and wished us good luck.It seems once they have your money, youre on your own and good luck to you. They flat out lie to you. My advise, RUN!

We had two friends lined up to help with the installation. One of them is a kitchen designer/contractor (who we regretfully referred to you). We received half of the order, but by the time the rest came in, our friends were no longer available. Your sarcasm is unprofessional.We were given a second date by you for the rest of the shipment, but in checking with Waypoint, we found that would be impossible because they didnt even have the materials on hand to build them because the order had not been placed. Imagine our confusion. Its no wonder you tried to keep us from calling them.When we realized our cabinets didnt line up, we asked for a price for a small item. No response. Called again, no price, told by Dawn Joe would call back. No call. Just told they were so busy. Until finally last week we called Waypoint for a new dealer. The dealer Joe gave us does not deal with the public, only contractors. We still cant finish our kitchen. Just beware, buyers,of the non-existance of foiiow up service. Once they have your money, they are not concerned about you.

This company does not deserve stay in the business. They lie and they will take your money. Please save your money and shop some where else. Worst experience i had in my life.
