Very neat store, I always always, find something different when I go in here, whether it be an ottoman or replacement joysticks for my Nintendo switch controller. Its like a treasure hunt! Check it out for yourself!

I purchased a leather ottoman that looked nice, everyday the leather come off. I have purchased furniture before it was ok. I call the store, I explained and she said well there nothing I can do about it. No more service

While viewing an alleged new free-standing Frigidaire convection range, an employee asks if we have any questions re the product. As we inquire further, she proceeds to tell us that it is a new, right out of the box product. We talked some more and tell her that were going to think about it for a few minutes. After shes walked away we continue to take closer look inside the oven, and at the back we see uncleaned areas of grease, letting us know that this oven has been used and therefore returned in order for B&B to have it in their store. Whether B&B knows that this particular range has been used I do not know, but beware when shopping at their store.

Its okay. Dont know if Ill frequently visit. They do have nice appliances.

They have a very good selection of high end patio furniture right now. Lots of good deals on other furniture. They are only a little over a mile from our house. Too bad we are not in the market for either high end patio furniture or other furniture at this time. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for furniture or appliances.

The lady in charge is very rude. She’s disrespectful Lost my business within the first five minutes of being there. I would consider going to the hixson store very different stores well-managed all the employees are very helpful at the Hixson location. That’s where I’ll be shopping from now on.

This store has a HUGE Variety. Items are a bit overpriced for a Discount Store, but overall okay. The staff is sometimes friendly but other times you dont want to come back due to them.
