I stopped shopping in-store when they stationed an employee at the door to nag everyone about masks. I stopped shopping online/pickup when they upgraded the app which made it impossible to find items to order.

Wonderful experience! I sometimes find items at the Neighborhood Wal mart, that the big ones are out of stock. The selection is good people are friendly. A wonderful experience all around.

We are visiting from out of town and decided to stop by Walmart for some food. It was a little late but we arrived at 10pm but I wasn’t worried since they close at 11pm, as soon as I arrived there were a group of workers loitering and told us they were closed. As a someone who works in customer service I understand not wanting people to arrive past certain times but closing an hour early is too much.

Its convenient but thats about it. Almost since its opened its had issues with keeping things stocked. Theyll be no milk but youll look in the case and see pallets of the milk you need just sitting there. That has been pretty consistent for me with not only milk, but other items as well. Its been much worse since COVID and now theyve rearranged the store for no good reason and it has even less items than before. Suddenly they have no Kefir and no employee Ive asked has ever heard of it. Other items are oddly absent as well. But, you drive over to the one on Thrasher Pike, and its well stocked with everything. Also, Signal Mountain as well.

It was alot better then going to the big walmart to just add money on my walmart credit card was in and out in about five minutes

If I could leave less than one star ⭐️ I would... I just had the most horrible experience Ive ever had since Walmart started 🤬As I paid for my groceries with my card 💳, the machine went offline... 193$ was taken off my card but was told the transaction didnt go through... Meantime I called my card, transaction went through, and the manager, who was in charge was not only argumentative but rude... And, shouldnt be in their current position...I was told that my money will not be back on my card until tomorrow...Needless to say, I wont ever come back to this location 🙌

Sometimes have a hard time keeping shelves stocked. Overall is a good place to run in and grab something quickly.

I found everything on my list, but I wish Walmart would quit rearranging the whole store. Most grocery aisles in every store I normally visit has been completely moved to another part of the store.

I pick up an online order an the worker brought my items to the car, everything that was order was in the bag. She was polite an helpful. Will definitely recommend!!

July 2021 UPDATE: This store had a 5 star rating from me before. It has now dropped to a 2 because of the new layout. Horrible. Before it was easy to shop in this store. Now it takes twice as long to get in and get out, mainly because they took the middle horizontal isle out...and now you have to run up and down long isles constantly trying to find things. Please switch it back!!!The folks at this market do much better keeping things in stock than the larger Walmart stores nearby. Nice clean environment. And the cool employees in the pharmacy are great. This is one excellent Walmart Neighborhood Market that I can recommend without any hesitation whatsoever. Thanks to all the kind folks who work there for making it such a success.

As always this store is great very convenient. I was in and out in no time very clean and staff is always helpful and friendly. I have shopped this store since the doors opened and will continue to do so.

You get the great choices and prices for all the food without the distraction of other items 😊

Cant make a delivery if nobody opens the door or phone.

Love this store however what i dont like is the way employees are. The ones shopping for online customers act as thgh you should not be there an the rest are very loud an acting luke its a hangout spot rather than a business.

Im Usually in and out of this location fairly quickly. Its always clean and well stocked.

It is better than going to a full size Wal Mart, but lets be honest, always crowded and just very standard fair. Its good but I would rather go to the Food City that is closer to me and has better price points.

The phone is broke in the pick up department. No one answers the main line. The pharmacy tech was absolutely worthless and rude.

TI waited over ten minutes at the Money Services desk for them to open and was late to work. After the ten minutes I walked to the customer service counter to ask why it wasn’t opened? They just laughed in my face and explained that there wasn’t anyone scheduled that morning. It is disgusting how people treat there jobs a a joke these days so much we expect bad service. It isn’t right. This place needs new management horribly.

Cheap, easy, perfect location. Hands down better than food city.

Everyone had a mask on! They had a security guard assigned outside...in the Tennessee hot sun... Making SURE masks were worn and social distancing was followed!! (Which was nice!!) Plenty of sanitizing hand gel and wipes available. All isles were stocked, neat and clean. When checking out, only (2) people didnt follow social distancing. But they were reminded very quickly by everyone else LOL!!

It is being remodeled and products are scattered in illogical places. They are moved about every 3 or 4 days. So it takes a long time to shop there.

Overall they have most things I need here. I like tonalternate between the neighborhood walmart and the big Walmart because some items are easier to find at the neighborhood market since people buy out all the stock at the main Walmart.For specific items I sometimes have to go to the bigger Walmart, but the neighborhood market always has nice produce and is well stocked.

Online pick-up...was texted at my pickup time to let me know my order wasnt ready (5pm). Called the store at 715 to check status. Finally reached someone at 7:30 who informed me order was ready. Informed them I would be there in 5 minutes and called when I arrived. Still had to wait 20+minutes for order.

I really dont like the Brainerd Rd location. All those registers and I have to wait in line for self check out...well I left my stuff and went elsewhere.

Had most of what I needed but the self check out workers are extremely slow to check an ID its taken 10 minutes before. Think id learn my lesson

Why ever go to a super center if you only need groceries? I love the ease of in and out shopping. They have an aisle of baby, feminine products, dog food, and first aid products but I dont feel like Im trapped in huge lines and Im not overwhelmed by the huge amount of items and aisles. Shopping made easy.

The cashier was less than personable. She was indeed fast and efficient but barely spoke to us. I believe that her name was Kayla she was working register 1 on mothers day. Most establishments are greeting their customers but while she spoke in a friendly manner to the woman before me she was not friendly with myself or my daughter. It may have been her friend or something but I frequently shop there and most of the staff and cashiers are friendly and helpful.

I truly enjoy shopping at the store, it is kept very clean and organized. All workers there were very friendly, and there were no long lines at the checkout.

Im a regular in this particular Walmart because its way more convenient for when I have to buy certain items that dont require a trip to the super center.

Convenient, well-stocked, fair prices and usually the lowest gas prices in town. Appears to be better stocked and better maintained and better staffed then the super Walmarts in the area.

Normally I have a first class experience with pick-up at this store. I have used it many times over the past 6 months. This time my picker didnt get as nice of vegetables as usual. The cauliflower had grey spots, the green onion stalks were a little yellow and my cucumbers were different sizes and the little one was limp. But this was once out of many excellent trips and it is a holiday weekend!

Employees think that wearing masks under their noses will protect their customers! Complaints to the management have gone unheard obviously.

I was there to look for a Blackstone grill, with a dual Top. I wanted one side to be a charcoal grill and the other side a propane griddle. They had a nice selection there but not the one that I wanted. Then an employee that was helping us suggested we try Walmart online to look fot it. I looked online I found the exact one that I was looking. I got free shipping and was here in 2 days. It was very easy to put together. We used it yesterday and it was awesome. 💘 it!!

Pick up service is the best also love JuJu and Jaylen they are the most helpful employees there.

Ordered my groceries at 11am for delivery from 6pm to 7pm never got the order and the girl at the store said oh well get your own next time and hung up on me. Terrible terrible service dont order ever from this location.

As long as you dont need someone to assist you this is the best place for groceries!

I ENJOY shopping @ Walmart. They usually have what I need/want. The Staff is friendly, helpful, and mostly Professional. Prices are good. Of course, I would love for you to ALWAYS have one of my favorite items in stock. Which is AMAZING, NESTLE: LEMON WATER!
