Do not go to this starbucks, they suck. My drink is incorrect every time and if I ask for them to remake it they give me attitude. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the Signal Mountain location.

Hours online and on door say they opened at 6am on Sundays- I came just now (five hours after they were supposed to open) and all the lights were off and doors were locked. Tried calling just in case, no answer. Did someone sleep through their opening shift? Very weird. Very confusing. Very unprofessional.

I really like here, quiet, clean and a lot of natural light. It was a good time sitting here and read in the afternoon.

Do not go this Starbucks. They suck. Everything that can go wrong does at this store. Be caffeinated has better nitro brew anyway.

They are great WHEN they are actually open on time. More than once I have went there to have a nice walk and get coffee, but have to leave and go elsewhere to get coffee because they are still not open at 8:30-9am. Missing out on a lot of business.

Christine is my favorite person ever! She always makes my coffee perfectly and is one of the kindest people Ive ever met.

So I think this is my favorite Starbucks in Chattanooga. The staff struggled a little when they first opened but everybody is really friendly and theyve got it figured out now. The seating outside pretty and they are super dog friendly! They keep treats and a water bowl out for your furry friends 🐾🐕

Coffee is great. Service is great. Great place to walk to, but if youre driving to this one, the parking can be sparse.

I can look past a drink being made wrong among other common mistakes. This location however is simply managed poorly. The hours on google are completely incorrect. The last 4x I have visited, they have been out of nitro and drink carriers.I dont mind if you mess up my drink, but as a business, keeping an accurate inventory log is just 101.

I bought a coffee before an appointment and after I left, realized they hade made it wrong. That happens sometimes, I understand mistakes, I drink the same exact thing, a mocha with a pump of peppermint and sometimes they read it as one pump of mocha, which is what happened this time. After my appointment, I drove all the way back to Starbucks to ask them to remake it. It was around 4:15 and there was a line of about 12 people. I went to the pick up section and asked the barista about getting my drink remade. She told me I had to wait in line since it was a “second transaction”. I was very nice, thinking she had misunderstood that this was their mistake, not me just changing my mind and she still said I had to wait. I told her my “first transaction” wasn’t completed correctly yet, so surely that meant they would make it the right way as a priority. Nope. I then asked if I could just get my money back as I didn’t have time to wait and she said that I would have to wait in line for that as well. The coffee was not drinkable the way they made it so I just left it and left the store. I have never experienced this before. I bet if I had asked the customers there if they were ok with my coffee being corrected, they would have been fine, I know I would have. Very disappointed and will not be back. Not because they made a mistake, but because they weren’t willing to correct it after I had driven all the way back and was super nice about asking. I would have thought this was basic customer service etiquette.

They always get my order wrong and they dont tell me somethings not available til after Ive paid for it so I end up getting something cheaper than I paid for :(

One of the few Starbucks i go to. They are relatively fast, especially when its only two people working. Even with a long line youre only waiting about 5 minutes max, at least in my experience. Currently no in door seating, obviously, but its next to northshore park so why not take a walk.

The dragon fruit refresher is wonderful, I needed to rehydrate!!!

The place is nice and clean. The employees were okay. When we approached the counter they looked at us and then continued their own conversation before asking us what we wanted. The drinks were good. So its eh. Love the place but the service was also eh. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We walked in ordered coffee and tea. My husband ordered a London fog and it was lacking flavor. Our 10 year old wanted to get a muffin. There was actually nothing but 3 cake pops in the display cabinet. We ask if they had any coming out and was told no. After sitting down we noticed that the floors and windows were filthy. Carpet was covered with filth.I dont think we have ever been in a Star Bucks that was so dirty.I wish I would have gotten pictures. We live in the neighborhood, not sure if we will be going back.

For a community who are suppose to exercise tolerance and acceptance, I was shocked that I was discriminated and disrespected by a cashier with medium/short black hair for what I can only assume was my appearance because my attitude was more than pleasant. Never again returning.

I am loving this addition to my neighborhood. Leesa and her team are so nice, and the space is awesome. Great patio outside also. I love grabbing a morning coffee here or bringing my laptop for an afternoon break from my desk.

This is my favorite place to get a pupichino! Everyone there gives me so much petting and hugs. Nice to have a place that is true my puppy friendly!

Comfortable location with familiar layout. Quick in and out. The parking was a bit concerning as it looks like most spots in the back are pay parking and I was unsure how long it was safe without getting a ticket

So happy they opened this Starbucks! Its in a great location and I have never had a problem finding free parking behind it even when downtown is busy. The inside is really nice and the staff is super friendly. Definitely the nicest Starbucks in the area!

Leasa was great, very helpful with my drink orders. Nice atmosphere. They have this neat wall map, which I thought added to the ambiance.The only thing to be aware of is this location does not honor Rewards rewards. So, no free coffee. Also, I parked in the rear of the store and when I returned, I had a $12 parking ticket. I saw no signs, so my coffee was like $18. But thats not you do with Starbucks, just to be aware of it.Get some.

You have really turned it around and love this location more than any of the other Starbucks.The employees are some of the best I have seen. Always helpful and friendly. You guy/gals are awesome! This Starbucks has very poor service and the line is always very long. My biggest disappointment is the fact that they have not opened their bathrooms at all. You are expected to buy coffee but yet you cannot use the bathrooms. Meanwhile, the other restaurants pharmacies and Whole Foods bathroom facilities are available. COVID does not excuse this.

The staff is really friendly and welcoming at this Starbucks! The lobby is great with tall ceilings which makes it feel even more spacious. The outside sitting area is also really nice, just wish it was covered since the area gets very sunny & hot.

Ok, I really have tried to give this place so many chances, but today was it for me. There has consistently been a lack of sense of urgency whether there are 2 people working or 5. The drink quality is super inconsistent. There are a few staff members who are always super friendly, but there are a couple who seem miserable every time I go in.Today, once I got in my car and took a sip of my Latte, it tasted like it was straight Charred and I couldn’t even drink it. This really bums me out because I live so close to this location, but I can’t justify wasting the money anymore. I get that this is an independent location, but I think it would help if the staff revisited Company Standards and Best Practices.

Ive never experienced as wonderful of service as I have at the Northshore starsbucks. The employees are so lovely! I was greeted and served by Chase who was just a blessing and brightened my day 🤗 The manager was also very very knowledgeable about coffee sourcing, brewing and the chemistry of a good cup! My drink was fine, once I received it. It took forever to order and forever to get my drink. Four people working behind counter but only one making drinks. It really wasnt that busy so it should have been easier.

I was disappointed because the only alternative milk at the time was coconut milk. The line was long but it moved okay. Overall my latte was good.

Love this locations convenience in the North Shore. You are unable to redeem rewards points or order via the app, as it is not a true factory store. The drinks and food are delicious!

Understaffed on a Saturday morning, took 30 mins for one coffee. I was late to meet some friends. One of the employees was crying and complaining about being understaffed. The staff said to me that their ”manger left them understaffed”. Started my day off poorly with this Starbucks. Between parking and poor service I won’t be back.

They charge you for a cup of water, which I have never experienced anywhere else before. I always get a water cup to go with my drinks and this is the first time they charged for it.

I just recently came in to get two drinks. I got a latte and a Carmel macchiato. I did not ask for cold nor ice. I received an iced macchiato. On your website it advertises Carmel macchiato to be warm. I am VERY disappointed with receiving an iced coffee when it is 40 degree weather outside. I am at work and cannot come back to have it fixed. I will never return and will be letting people know how awful service is and how they cannot get an order right.Very very disappointed.

This is now my favorite Starbucks in Chattanooga. Free and convenient parking. Always friendly service. And they actually brew dark roast coffee after 2pm.

Very Inconsistent coffee or lattes. Always seem to have plenty of staff but very Little gets done. I just ordered a latte and the guy behind the bar acted like I was Inconveniencing him to make my drink. When he finished making my drink he slid it across the bar never looking up or acknowledging that it was my drink. I was the only only one there at the time. It’s been hit or mess since they opened, more than enough time to get it together.

I like that they are close to work, but they are inconsistent in their drink making. You can order the same drink three days in a row and it will taste different everyday depending on who is working.

More and more Starbucks stores are popping up that will say “we are not a corporate store “ so they don’t have to honor reward redemption drinks- yet they are equipped to scan your payment through the phone app and they say you earn stars. So, this means that the day will come when customers earn stars and have no way to use them. This is one of those locations. I will not return.

Unless you have zero appreciation for local offerings and are scared to step outside your franchised comfort zone, this is the last coffee place you should visit in Chattanooga! There are so many better offerings like Mean Mug and Mad Priest! Mean Mug is only a block away in 2 Northshore complex and Mad Priest is on the Southside of town.Starbucks sells overpriced, high-calorie candy drinks with a hint of coffee. Save your waistline and your wallet, help the local economy, and try something new!

Very disappointed this morning with the attitude of the girl at the cash register, She was unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome. The coffee was great but the attitude changed my whole opinion of this Starbucks.

Nothing out of the ordinary here. Got a cup of coffee and I was on my way.

Starbucks North Shore is by far my favorite coffee shop. The coffee is excellent (consistently fresh). The food is delicious (love the turkey/bacon/cheddar biscuits and everything bagels). The service is OUTSTANDING!!! Leasa is an amazing barista!!! Emma is a superb manager!!! Bekah, Christian, Chase, and Katasha are great!!! The other workers (cant think of their names at the moment) do a marvelous job. This Starbucks is a really good place to work or relax. And they play a lot of jazz (which I love).-Mark

Nice atmosphere. The store overall is very clean. Most of the staff is nice, i feel like i came in on a training day because 3 people where standing around doing nothing while the blonde woman making the drinks was struggling to keep up. The woman with the short brown hair and bangs who was wearing a pink hoodie repeatedly touched her face mouth and ears without washing her hands before helping prepare drinks which was very unsanitary. My drink was made perfectly and my sandwhich was scrumptious. I will most likely be back if im on this side of town again

Wow. Ive tried to put this info for the last 15 mins. The site keeps freezing up.Probably because its a bad reviewNo soap dispenser in either bathroom. I could not wash my hands. Had to get my coffee and put my hands on the doors after using the restroom and that means employees are also using the restroom without soap
