Sweetest crew you could hope for. But yall gotta stir the apple crisp latte. It is imo the best holiday flavor of all time, but I keep getting a drink where the top 80% is so-so slightly apple coffee and the bottom 20% is a semi solid sludge of apple flavor concentrate, even after cheerfully requesting to stir it really really well. Come on team, stick a spoon in it and spin it around a little.

We go to this Starbucks at least 5 times a week. The service is great and the staff is very helpful and courteous. There is one staff member, however, that goes above and beyond the call of duty. Her name is Susan J. She treats us as if we are family and is always so encouraging.

The adorable barista kindly bought my drink for me when I realized Id forgotten my wallet and wouldnt let me pay once I found it. Wish Id gotten her name to thank her directly but it didnt occur to me until later. My kiwi refresher was great. Staff gets a 10/10 from me, great service

Ive noticed my Last few visits at all Starbucks, that theyre loading the MACCHIATO drinks Down with MILK!More than in previous YEARS!IT TASTE LIKE WARM MILK!This was my LAST Starbucks visit. For good!I even removed my Apps & Free Drinks and threw Away my gift cards for them.Theyre definitely not the Starbucks of past years.

Caramel Machiato is one of my coffee that i love to drink. And this our favorite meeting place too.Theh have a lot of varieties of coffee from hot or you want cold.

Coffee is fine but this review is only for the location. Drive through lines are long and outside seating is too close to a busy road to be enjoyable.

Awesome as always! This place never disappoints and I always leave feeling valued and appreciated. My daughters and I visit at least twice a week for “Our time.” The barista was so friendly and helpful answering my questions about the new Pistachio Latte. The coffee tastes great as always. They girl didnt really seem like she wanted to be there !! I was rushed out the line I ordered a large and got a small i didnt go back because I was afraid of he doing something to my drink . I wanted to ask her about the rewards program but like I said I was rushed she got my card closed the window gave me NY drink closed the window after giving me the wrong size drink.

This Starbucks is by far the worst one in the mall/ East Brainerd area …. They are extremely slow and I’ve been sitting in line for 15 mins

I enjoy coming here. I always use drive thru due to my job i am always on the move. The people are always warm and welcoming. The drive thru line is always moving every couple minutes so i am never sitting more than 4mins. Keep doing a great job guys!

Practically lived here in grad school. Friendly staff and excellent service. Areas are always clean, its a nice cozy place to study or read. They have plenty of seating and outlets to plug in your electronics;as well as free wifi. Outdoor seating is nice, especially in spring and fall.

Great sweet tea, when I cant get it somewhere else because of the prices. Wouldnt go every day they are too high. You can go across the street get a cup of coffee and a snack for what a cup of coffee is at Starbucks. Sorry

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, was given a piping hot cup of water with no sleeve, paid for steamed almond milk in my tea, and yet there was none in there. Could not get my money back because I didn’t realize until I was well down the road, and they’d have been closed by the time I got back there.

Consistently great service! After all it is Starbucks. While this location is busy most times bat I go, they always greet me and it doesn’t feel like I’m ever waiting hat long. The patio is great for most days to just meet up with friends and we have even had work meetings here because of the location and great atmosphere. All Starbucks locations have a great feel but on any day this is the spot to stop!
