We had our wedding reception here and it turned out amazing! The atmosphere is so welcoming there staff is so friendly and ready to help whenever wherever! It was the perfect way to end our big day.

Cutest little coffee shop to get out of the rainy Chattanooga day. Wifi, drip coffee, and comfy couches. Plus theres tables for meetings, work and being productive or chilling with your friends. Choose from espresso, latte, flat white, cappuccino.... which Im sure are all satisfying!!Locally owned and operated.... yes!!!!

Clean, spacious, and so very inviting! You feel wrapped in a warm blanket when sitting in Cadence. One of the few downtown coffee shops where you dont have to just grab-n-go, but rather feel compelled to sit and read/study/chat. One of the best!

Been in Chattanooga since January and have been on a search for the best coffee. Cadence is the best Ive had here. Really friendly staff, clean and cozy environment. A good place to study and get work done. I always get the breakfast sandwich which is very good. My new favorite spot.

I usually enjoy an espresso, followed by a latte in the morning, today was no different. Im glad I did. The espresso was excellent, and the latte was perfection in a cup. I cant describe the mixture of foam, milk and coffee goodness as anything other than gorgeous. I had a popover for breakfast, which is a biscuit with egg, sausage, baked on top to breakfast perfection and topped with mozzarella. Amazing.Laid back atmosphere, quiet music in the background and friendly conversation. Unfortunately, Im only here for a long weekend, but anytime Im in the area, Ill be back.

Good coffee, good food, spacious, comfortable ambience that includes a piano !Prices a lot on the high side, but I attribute that to the downtown location.

Great location (right across from Shangri La), great atmosphere, always the kindest staff. Lots of seating, great for studying and socializing, and typically pretty low traffic in my experience!

Cadence Coffee Company on 7th Street in Chattanooga is a quality choice for all things coffee, breakfast, and snacks. Everything that I have tried from here has been well prepared and delicious. The overall atmosphere here is very relaxing and a place you want to come back to. The staff here is very accommodating and takes the time to make sure that you get everything that you want.

Wonderful friendly staff. Very good coffee. Lemon blueberry muffin was delicious warm. Should have have taken pictures, but stated eating and drinking. Quiet for a Monday, but I’m sure it’s due to the pandemic.

Ill start off by saying that being from Seattle, WA the coffee capital you never know what youre going to get trying it in the east coast or southern region. This is the first good coffee Ive had since leaving the west coast and Im so happy. The people there were very friendly and happy help with any questions or anything we needed. Amazingly comfy big squashy couch to sit in and recover from a long trek from the UK... welcoming smiles.. chilled tunes and a warm welcome to everyone through the door... its been lovely to take a while to look through local events magazines and not feel rushed in anyway... wish you were around my corner and local to me in Liverpool...!!!

It’s great coffee shop. Wonderful service. Simple goodness. Parking is the only drawback but that goes with being in downtown. Coffee for the community is evident throughout.

Coffee just wasnt very tasty and was pretty weak. If you cant get that right at a coffee shop, nothing else matters!

We stopped in here after evacuating Florida from Hurricane Irma. The staff and guests were so nice and people offered a place to stay the night if we needed it. The quiche was delicious and the coffee very tasty.

I had been at Cadence many times in the last 4 years, from a little coffee shop to a beautiful place to have a coffee or a little event. The decoration is very pretty too.

Not happy at all with this place. They move very slowly no sense of urgency at all until a recognized patron comes in. It appears, to me, as if they judge customers upon entrance. If you make a purchase in am better not try to use restroom in the pm they will not allow it. I tried twice, give them a second chance, same result. I will not be going back.

I was homeless and found out they had a pay it foward program i would go there a few times a week get free cup of coffee a sandwich always treated just like anyone else nice friendly place very kicked back and helping the community in more ways than one thanks again for the days i needed to eat

Cadence is one of my favorite spots that I wish I could go to more often. The atmosphere, employees, and coffee are top of the line.Not to mention the sheer amount of extra stuff they do throughout the year. I really enjoy the worship nights they host.I wish they were open slightly later for people with a 9-5 job like me.Keep up the good work though. When I can come I really enjoy it.

On spring break my daughter and I decided to visit different local coffee houses. Cadence house was my favorite. Not only was the coffee and coffee cake amazing, the people were so welcoming and sweet. My daughter even got to play her composition on their piano. I highly recommend this place

Cadence Coffee Co is one of my favorite local spots for a yummy chai latte & a comfy couch to get some computer work done. They run their business with integrity & respect & so much kindness for their customers. It has been a pleasure to work with Sharron (owner) on custom coffeeshop logo mugs, as well as to be a customer for their coffees & teas!

Loved this coffee shops decor and tables. Unfortunately they lost me when I tasted my London fog. No one was ahead of me and for some reasons it took around 10 mins to create. No sense of urgency like a previous reviewer mentioned. The London fog was okay at best.

Stopped in for a coffee and pastry. The pastry selection was minimal though everything looked tasty. I ordered a drip coffee and banana bread. The banana bread was delicious and fresh. The coffee was pretty good, smooth.The service was pleasant and efficient.The interior of the place was very nice and inviting.Parking is street and metered so thats somewhat of a pain and not unusual since they are in downtown.Solid experience.

Cadence has done a great job of keeping things clean, quick, and delicious during this pandemic. They have totally redone the inside to comply with social distancing guidelines including sneeze guards, hourly sanitizing, and requiring face masks!

We had vehicle trouble, ended up stranded in Chattanooga for a couple weeks, feeling down and out. Felt a need for coffee and found this place. We rented the room for our family Christmas party. Loved it and will book for next year too. Love the atmosphere. The staff was so helpful.I even got a non-dairy hot chocolate that was delicious.

Fantastic cold brew, I get it almost every day. Other drinks are great too but some of them (mocha for example) end up being pricier than you might expect.The best part might be the service. Top notch, super friendly and caring people. They try to learn names and value repeat customers with their punch card too.Cant say enough good things. For normal coffee drinks it is a rare downtown location where convenience, taste, value, and good service all collide into one supercluster of greatness.

I like the place a little more each time I go. It has good coffee and a down to earth staff. I suppose that is fitting considering the earthy decor of the place. The only parking close by is metered-parking, so there is a downside. It is certainly worth it though. I recommend a visit.

The space is excellent, with a bunch of couches and tables. The chai was incredibly good - much better than a chain coffee place. The coffee offerings range from the usual cup of coffee to a pour over option, and both are delicious. The latte is so smooth and balanced, no sugar is needed. Did I mention that the service is excellent? The bar guy patiently guided us through the menu and made us excellent drinks!

The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. All the food items looked very fresh.The parking lot was in terrible shape with pot ho and e all over it. Also the parking lot was small, crowded, and difficult to get around in.Not sure I will visit this location again just due to the parking lot problems.

I always look forward to visiting Cadence when we get to come to Chattanooga. The atmosphere gives you a warm, peaceful feeling. The variety of drinks seem endless and they are delicious!

The open WiFi isnt amazing but certainly enough to get work done, and the $2 bottomless coffee is a huge plus! The space has lots of different seating options perfect for working on laptops, meeting with friends, or even hanging out outside.Also, the womens bathroom has a changing table. Thought that was a thoughtful addition!

After our other choice fell through, we had the pleasure of giving our daughters baby shower at Cadence. Im so glad we did! Large room, nice lighting, lovely owner, super-helpful staff, convenient parking.....it was fantastic. From now on, this will be our go-to place for family events. Thank you guys! We had a wonderful day.

I crammed for SO MANY tests here, they have the best Chai, and its just a good place to hang out for a bit. Of the many coffee choices in Chattanooga, choose this one.

Was recommended to go here for a quiet environment and the best chai tea latte in Chattanooga. They did not disappoint! The latte was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect for reading and waiting for my next meeting I had. Would definitely recommend as a good quiet place to work, study, or just enjoy some time alone with a good book and a coffee or tea!

Their Unum location has been a GREAT addition. As a Unum employee, I enjoy stopping by and supporting them as a local business. Their employees are always friendly and helpful, and the product is fantastic (best dirty chai in town!). They truly seem like they care about what theyre doing. Im so glad they opened the new location.

I stopped in here briefly for an iced latte with almond milk and was thoroughly impressed with how it tastes. The environment was very chill and made for a great setting to get some reading in. As a bonus, the barista that tended to me was a total babe (sorry if thats weird to say). Anyway, I like this place and will be back soon!

We went all over Chattanooga, and they have the best Chai Tea Latte. They are also some of the nicest folks. With a laid back atmosphere, its a great place to talk, work or study.

Great coffee and fantastic atmosphere! Worked here for an hour or so. Ive also had a business meeting here in the past. The WiFi was good and the acoustics were perfect (music not too loud, only moderately busy, etc.) I would definitely recommend this spot for meet ups, work time, or anytime!
