First time going to this place & could not have been happier! Absolutely love this store & the people are very nice & helpful.

Really great fan merch. It has downsized its merchandise quite a bit but you can still find something fun.

This is a great little store, my wife and teenage daughters love it. Definitely a place to check out.

U can not enter this store unless u wear a blue mask. This is completely bull if u want people to wear a mask then let them wear what they want. Dont let the store tell us what we can and cant wear.

Cool little place. Kind of like the Character Box store down the hall, but higher quality and more variety.

Items in window appeared cute. However, they would not let me enter with a full face shield on. They would only allow entry with a facemask which I cannot wear due to asthma.

Everyone here is so helpful and they really make their customers feel welcomed! Great little store for pop culture, anime & Disney fans.

Good place to get tv, movie, and disney stuff

Boxlunch will no longer be getting the business of myself nor my friends and family. I saw some things I liked through the windows while at the mall yesterday, and decided to go in and purchase them. My friend and I were not even through the doors when an employee came charging at me angrily yelling “you cannot come in without a mask!!” My friend and I were standing in the doorway and he was already pulling out masks. After the outrageous yelling from the employee I turn to my friend to tell him never mind I no longer want to go in. To which the employee continues to yell “it’s clearly posted FOUR times at the door you cannot come in without a mask do NOT get an attitude with me”. We leave and he continues to yell out the doors and the only words spoken directly to him were “I was speaking to my friend, not you”. My friend was so mad about the debacle called to speak to the Manager and apparently this awful employee is the manager, and his name is Austin. We requested to speak with the person above him and he gave a wrong number. He also said my friend could come back to talk to him in person and that he refused to talk over the phone. In the end we called corporate. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been in there before and the employees have been great, which leads me to believe this manager is a bad egg. Nonetheless, he alone will prevent us from shopping there in the future. And i feel it is worth mentioning that he did not treat my male Caucasian friend in the same manner in which he treated me.

We always smile, even laugh, when we shop around this store, but pricey.

Some of my kids went into the store to Christmas shop while I took another one to the bathroom. When I came back, they were paying for their merchandise. Before I even got to the doorway an employee yelled at me and said that I couldn’t come into the store without a mask. Before I could tell him that I had asthma and an allergy problem, he interrupted and said it didn’t matter, I couldn’t come in. When I told him my kids were in there he said I would have to wait outside. Since my kids were already walking toward the door, I left it at that. They will never get another penny from me or my family. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

Meh, crowded and overpriced dont see the appeal of the store.

Very unusual place of movie items

This is my all time favorite store, and has been for close to two years now. If you like movies, TV shows, or any game ever, then Boxlunch probably has some merch for it. It is technically owned by Hot Topic, but I 100% prefer it over Hot Topic, not to put down Hot Topic in any way though. The charity is also a great bonus. A meal is donated to the hungry for every $10 spent. I could go on and on about everything else I like but I think this is a decent summary.

I only had a moment to look around. I went in because I had seen their stuff on line. Loved what I saw. Disney items. Rick and North and lots more. Ill be back.

Store is amazing! Had a great selection, from Harry Potter, Dragon Ball Z, and more merchandise. Only problem prices are high in my opinion. $28 for a shirt is crazy.

Very misleading. When we walked in an employee told us all of the T-Shirts were $7. They insisted it was regular price and not just clearance. We were then about charged full price for the shirts we picked out. The didn’t honor their word.

Unfortunately they were out of stock on what I was looking for, however the woman working was extremely helpful in checking online to see if they had it. Suggesting some other products that were coming out soon. Great customer service.

This place pulls me in every time I visit Hamilton Place. Its a great place to find gifts and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Im fine with the higher prices because for every $10 you spend they donate a meal to Feeding America.

Really really neat store for anyone aged 10-50? Lots of things from my childhood that my parents would remember plus things for younger people. Very large amount of star wars stuff as well as Harry Potter. Its not the cheapest but they do run sales. Lots of Disney stuff from early 90s Disney to now, Daria, Sesame Street, Westworld..theres different stuff online too which you can have shipped to store for free. Helpful staff, too!

Awesome little store perfect for gifts for friends or cool stuff for yourself. If you consider yourself a nerd they will have something you like guaranteed.

Visited last week from Canada, the staff were great, helpful with telling us abut the ongoing sales and directed us towards the products I was looking for. Only bad thing about this store is that theirs none in Canada!

Fun store with interesting selection of pop culture products. Most clothes do not have xl or 2xl availability in store. Wish there were better variety of sizes. Nice staff.

Helpful employees! Great holiday sales! Busy but worth it!

I love this store because they have the perfect fandom stuff. A lot of their stuff is practical for everyday use and doesnt scream out at people that youre a fan of whatever you bought. I love the Studio Ghibli items and the employees are easy to talk to because they have the same interests. The manager (I think shes the manager.) is a really sweet lady and I enjoy just stopping in to say hello.

Favorite store! Have to be careful bc I can easily spend my whole paycheck here lol. Customer service is excellent! They have a Huge range of merchandise! Best part are the rewards and discounts you get with your purchases, you can really get some great deals!

Retro Vintage shirts and memorabilia for the 80s and 90s babies. Very nostalgic! Its a must visit when you come to Chattanooga Hamilton Place Mall.

This place is a disaster zone for your wallet if you like just about anything thats out there right now... They have stuff ranging from Disney to Bobs burgers to references for some of Hayao Miyazakis films. Oh, and pop figures, messenger bags & backpacks. They even have a website so you can spend all your money at home without even leaving! But really, the staff is helpful and you should check this place out.

This is what I feel Hot Topic is going to be overrun by. Without being suffocated by black, you can find yourself in a very openly culuteres store. The humanitrian efforts are just an added bonus to the items they sell inside. If you like anything in pop culture, youre very likely to fin it here. I do imagime their is some costs of humanitrian aid put upfront on your end based on some pricing.
