3rd time car has been there for the same issue. They broke another part, took forever to get a replacement, and the car still has the same issue 3 weeks later. Giant waste of time and frustration. Its clear the entire service team wants to do the bare minimum to get you to go away. Tried to get them to clean the car since it was just sitting there, they agreed, but like the rest of the service, it was a poor quality job. Ive had better car washes from kids with just a hose at a fundraiser.The communications are nearly non-existent. If they answer the phone they have nothing meaningful to tell you. If you leave a message, no one calls back. No calls for updates. If I can help it, I will never come back.

My family and I recently moved to Chattanooga, TN from south Mississippi with a 2012 Chevrolet Tahoe that eventually broke down on us with a massive amount of needed repairs. Then in-person school started for the kiddos and we were out of a vehicle. We rented a vehicle from Enterprise for a week, while spending $800 on this rental. Our Chevrolet Tahoe was towed to Integrity Chevrolet while meeting Sales Consultant Karen Terrell. Karen was a godsend while being compassionate to our circumstances while managing to sell us a 2021 Chevrolet Equinox after days of consultation. We are greatly appreciative to Karen Terrell and the staff at Integrity Chevrolet. My wife and I had a great experience with Sales Consultant Karen Terrell. The gentleman at the service desk Eric was rude and unprofessional. While speaking with him to advise the issue with my car. He began to pick up food and eat. After taking my car back to see what the issue was he came back to proceed to tell me the total would be $135.00 for the test and to replace the part. Once being told the car was ready I got to the desk to pay and it was 272.00 I questioned and the lady advise she couldnt help me she only takes payment that I needed to speak with Eric. I approached Eric and asked him to explain and his only response was the part is $161.00 I advise that I understood thats what it says on the paper but that not what I was told and I wouldnt have agreed to a 300 dollar service. He wouldnt not explain , or offer me a solution. I walked off and he then yelled come here you need help, ill help you Ive had issues with this gentleman before when he tried to make me pay for something that I had under warranty. I reluctantly paid the 272.00 and was told by the lady at the desk she would take my number and have someone call me. No call yet and Im not surprised. I purchased my last two cars from here and every time I have to deal with this particular gentleman I have a issue. I will not be coming back and will be sure to advise all family , friends, co workers to stay far away from integrity if this is the type of people that you all have working there.

The problem is they were told REPEATEDLY and IN WRITING that they did not have my permission to enter my information into ANY marketing database what-so-ever. So why am I getting text messages from them trying to sell me stuff?Based on their inability to follow a simple instruction, I wont be back.

It took 4 days t get a trans fluid flush to correct a trans shutter under warranty, had to leave the truck and was not offered a vehicle to drive because we dont offer that Ive purchased 3 new vehicles since 2014 and have always been told that courtesy vehicles were available!

Absolutely terrible experience. Had the steering recall done a couple of months back. Recently had issues with steering column and car would not go over 2 mph. Took back to the dealership and said it had nothing to do with the recall. Charged me $1000.00. When I went to pick up my car my windows, door locks, and mirrors wouldn’t work. Told me they had nothing to do with it and that it’s was multiple problems, which I guess just happened all at once... would not recommend taking your car to the dealership.

My experience started off a little rough with Integrity. Many of the preferred suppliers my truck was outsourced to post purchase did a poor job. I had issues with paint, leather, reassembly, etc...My sales person Alex got the manager (Charlie) involved and they did a great job making things right. They fixed my paint through a reputable company and also upgraded my sound for my inconvenience in my 2021 trail boss.Its not always about how you start but how you finish. Thank you for stepping up gentlemen. We look forward to doing more business with you in the future.

BUYER BEWAREIntegrity Chevrolet does not know anything about Corvettes, Integrity, or Customer Service.-------------Actual BBB complaint:On 7/12/2021, I purchased a 2016 Corvette ZO6 for $78,000 (stock# C71360A deal#39625 ) along with the promise that the car was perfect and had no issues - because they wouldnt let me test drive it before purchasing. The sales person was Alex Muraski and the used car manager was David Brown. Legally, the vehicle was purchased as-is. The promise was ...the car is perfect. If there are any issues at all with it, bring it back and well correct them. The car has an unsafe wobble (likely from tire tread separation) and the brakes are so bad that the steering wheel shakes when touching them. The car needs new rotors and tires to run and drive as promised. They admitted and replaced the front rotors on 7/22/21 (but not brake pads) but lied when they said they replaced the rear rotors on 7/31/21, they are not new. They refuse to replace the rear rotors and tires (approximately $5,200) . The sales manager Wayne Tubbs physically threatened me on 7/31/21 when I suggested legal recourse.-----------------The car drives terrible at medium to high speeds. I knew that I was trusting them and have no legal recourse. I thought these guys were honorable. I will never go back to their dealership. They also jacked the price of another car we were buying at the same time by $3,000 on paper in the finance room after negotiations, thinking I wouldnt see it.

Ive bought 2 vehicles from this place never had a problem till this last time. The financial department isnt doing their job. The bank I went through from my loan called and tried to get in contact with them and got nothing back. They have my life on hold because they dont want to help unless your buying and their getting your money. So if you want help after they get your money go somwhere else these people dont care.

Topnotch service writers and technicians (mechanics) at Integrity Chevrolet in Chattanooga. As an owner of numerous Chevrolet Corvettes over the years I dont lightly allow just anyone to service my 2020 Corvette.I trust Integrity Chevrolet.04/21 Update:Corvette experienced same type problem four months later.Maintenance department identified and repaired my fuel injection problems and then the dealership owner had his personnel detail my show car 2020 Corvette. As far as the dealership goes, Im a happy customer. Now, if we could just determine why my 2020 Corvette has experienced two fouled fuel injectors, Id be even happier. I love the car. Im using Pure, non-ethanol, Supreme gasoline. Car has 1150 miles on the odometer. Overall, I love it and most who see it at car shows love it. This is my 15th Chevrolet Corvette.

The sales team is good but you are in real trouble if you need service. Purchased a brand new truck here and it ended up having some issues. Not a big deal to me other than the fact it took forever to get back and it was an act to get a loaner car.When I finally got my 2021 truck back from its repairs I noticed that my hitch had been stolen during the repair process. I spoke with management and nothing has been done despite multiple attempts. I expressed frustration with a friend and was told he had same experience here.Really a shame because I have always liked the integrity dealerships and am currently needing another car but unfortunately this dealership lost alot of quality throughout 2021.Would highly recommend taking money down the road if you appreciate a business that actually has integrity.

My husband and I have bought from Integrity in the past and had a great experience which led us to go back there 6 yrs later to purchase a new Tahoe. I contacted the sales department via email to inquire about a Tahoe LT. I got a quick reply back from Jordan Miles that said yes he had the vehicle and so he made us an appt to come drive it the next day. When we arrived he was super nice. He showed us the vehicle and we drove the vehicle, which we were very impressed with. But upon looking at the sticker price, we discovered that it was not the vehicle we had an appt to look at. It was $12,000 more! So when I told him that he had made a mistake he simply said yes I figured that out as I was pulling the vehicle around for you to drive…. Although he failed to mention that to us before we drove it. So when I asked where the vehicle was that we were suppose to be looking at, he replied that the owners wife was driving it and it was not available. I told him that we really like the one we drove and could they come down on the price since it was their mistake and he said absolutely not! He said he would continue to look for the vehicle I wanted and would get back with me. I called him the next day and asked if he had found one and he said no but he was still looking. I told him to please let me know something soon because we planned on buying one that weekend and he said absolutely! I NEVER heard back from him again! I was completely disgusted with the situation! I’m not sure how they can run a dealership like that! We will never be back there again and my husband and I have told everyone we know about our experience. We went to Donohoo Chevrolet the next day and bought our new Tahoe LT and had the best experience ever!

I cannot thank the service department enough for helping my daughter when she was having brake issues on her Suburban as she was traveling from Indiana back home to Georgia.I first spoke with Jessie and told him the situation and he said “tell your daughter to bring in in and we will fix it”.After a awhile Eric called me back to check on her and to tell me that they would stay open to make the repairs needed. So Eric and Kyle stayed over on a Friday night to repair the vehicle. I had a coupon, sent to me. When I attempted to use it I was denied. The service man stated that they didnt honor those coupons. That he didnt know who was sending them out, but that they werent valid. Then, stated that my 2017,Chevy Spark required a higher grade of oil than stated on the card.So instead I ended up paying twice the price stated on my card, and he refused to give me back the coupon. When I complained, he deducted $25 . Leaving me to pay $65.00 instead of the $39.99 as stated on the coupon.

I worked with Jordan during my search for a new vehicle. I actually reached out on the web about a car I saw online. He reached out to me promptly. He greeted me upon arrival and showed me the vehicle and allowed me to take it for a good test drive and let my mechanic check it out. I also looked at a new vehicle too. I will tell you, these guys are really nice here. I wish I could have gotten the deal I got at a different place here because I would have much rather dealt with them to purchase than where I did end up buying from. Well here I am again sharing another not so positive review of the place where I purchased my “dream car”. I have had so many small, irritating issues from the first day of my purchase! Most recently I dropped my car off to have it serviced due to the check engine light coming on, the issue was fixed, but when I picked it up the darn seat was messed up and off track! Now tell me why I would take my car in for 1 issue but not report a major issue of the seat being broken and unadjustable!? You know why because it wasnt!!! And at this point it’s my word against whoever broke it at the dealership! Dishonesty burns me up and I hate being inconvenienced and given the run around by a service department that doesn’t like to provide timely follow up! If you say that you will get back with a customer by a set time/day...do just that! I don’t care how annoying the customer is, that’s your job and no lunch break lasts for 3 hours! This is my primary source of transportation that supports every aspect of my life! It’s bad enough that I have to wait forever to have it fixed...just COMMUNICATE and provide feedback as you say you will!!! Super annoyed with the service department!

I tried a new way to buy a vehicle this time. I wanted a new truck but, I didnt have time for the traditional haggle and back and forth, and spending the day at a dealership!!!
