NAPA Automotive Parts have provided quality parts and accessories. The 23rd St location is a relatively new location and one of the few NAPA parts stores in the tri-state area. The staff is friendly, courteous and ready to assist in getting and keeping our vehicles safe and on the road.

Dont like the fact that they have oils on the website that they are unable to get after you request online then you have to listen to a rude tone about it from the associates. I believe one was actually a manager.

Went to east 23rd street store and the employees were rude and completely unhelpful ive never in my life been treated that way by a part store I run a mobile service ill drive outta my way to never do business with them again bad business dont even care about your customers
