Ive been here a couple times for service & state inspections. Customer service is always good. Wish they had a nicer more comfortable waiting room, but theres free wi-fi. So thats a plus. So far I would recommend.

I recently came here to get my car windows fixed as the motors/switches werent working properly. When I first arrived, the person at the desk who signed me in didnt even really ask what was going on, so I started to explain and it felt like he wasnt even listening. I figured maybe he heard it anyways. I asked that he take a look at my front passenger window, which would go down but not up and my back driver window (which would work fine on its own switch but the front driver switch wouldnt put it up properly). So I leave my car there and get a call a few hours later about the price for the passenger window fixing and that a motor would need to be ordered. I arrive to pick up my car and they tell me they fixed the back window, that it was just a bit of dirt in the switch. So I try it as I drive off, not fixed. Which tells me, they werent paying attention to which switch I said didnt work or that they simply didnt try it after claiming it was fixed, if they had theyd have noticed that it still wasnt working. Fast forward, I wait weeks for them to call me to set an appointment to get my motor put in (they said theyd call after it arrived). They never called, but I know it wasnt that their calls werent going through or that they had the wrong number, because I got a call about doing a survey on my experience from whoever runs the place about 2 months later. Welp, my experience is that it was time wasted considering nothing ever got fixed. Ill be going somewhere else to get my windows fixed.

I purchased my brand new car in 2017 with Price Kia, ever since this location is just rude and careless. I typically rather pay for an oil change somewhere else just Bc of inconsistencies! During the midst of Covid a service tech drove my car to the front not wearing a mask and I watched him scratch his nose and touch my steering wheel with no care to sanitize my car out. When I brought it to the young women’s attention she corrected him and sanitized my car. This morning I call about a part not knowing service department would be closed after telling the guy he seemed to have an attitude he politely said okay good bye!

Richard was brilliant in helping me purchase a car! I am very new to car buying and I am sure it showed, but Richard and the rest of the staff never treated me less than, and they were extremely patient and laid back. Never pushy or just trying to make a sale. Richard was also extremely respectful of my partner’s pronouns, which was extremely lovely to see.Their prices are pretty standard, but to my knowledge pretty fair when compared to Kelly Blue Book. If you have car shopping anxiety, this is the place to go!

This was my first experience at purchasing a car remotely based on seeing it online. I am pleased to report that the folks at Price Kia made it an easy and rewarding experience. My daughter is an out of state student at UVA and needed a car so I looked online and found a 2013 Kia Soul on their lot that looked good and was reasonably priced. You never know quite what you are getting with a used car, but the folks at Price Kia described the car accurately and after my daughter test drove it we purchased it. Richard, their sales manager, called us 45 days afterward just to make sure we were happy with the purchase and that there were no problems with the car. My daughter, who has taken the car in for a free oil change and service, agrees they are nice folks and very easy to work with. Based on our experience I can without hesitation give them 5 stars.

I did not buy my Kia here but have taken it for routine service a few times now. Leah at the front desk is a pleasure and I have nothing but good things to say about the technicians! They’ve done an excellent job with my Kia. They also charge significantly less money than the dealership I used to take it to! Love that so much. I’d love to rate these guys 100 stars, but sadly google only allows 5. Hands down easiest car purchase I ever made. Richard Carey is amazing, he’s friendly and clearly loves what he does. If you want a Kia and live anywhere in VA, Price Kia is worth the drive. Definitely on the list of places I’ll shop for a new car.

Wow. My Kia broke down, but is still under warranty and these folks bent over backwards to honor the warranty, fix the problem (at no charge!) and shuttle me (complementary) to a car rental agency where they covered my rental. Ask for Leah to help if you patronize this outstanding dealership.

I really like my Kia BUT on February 14, 2020 at 7 :30 a.m. I had a appointment to have my oil changed and get a state inspection. Upon sitting a waiting a young lady came out with a brakepad in her hand and informed me I needed front brakes and my front rotors turned. I informed her I had only been days putting new tires on and they were fine. Reluctantly she said well if it wont pass inspection they would have to put a rejection sticker on it. I said fine then I would take it to my shop I deal with. Later a gentleman called me to get my car but stated I needed to get this done in the very near future. Well I took it to my highly recommended shop this week and they said pads for front and back were still over half on all pads and rotors were fine, the car only has 45000 miles and is a 2015. SO PLEASE BE AWARE, THIS WAS A PREPAID MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND I AM A LADY. THIS IS VERY UNETHICAL AND EVERYTIME I HAVE TOOK IT IN OUR MY DAUGHTERS KIA THEY TELL YOU AND SHOW YOU THERE IS A MOUSE NEST IN YOUR CABIN FILTER AND IT NEEDS TO BE CHANGED. I SURE HOPE WITH SUCH A NICE LINE OF AUTOMOBILES SOMEONE ADDRESSES THIS MATTER. MAKES YOU WONDER HOW OFTEN THIS HAPPENS.

My wife bought a new car off the back lot and it was full of mice. We got all the mice out and a few months later the transmission went out. She took the car back to have another transmission put in it and it took three months to get it back. They did give us a rental car , but when we got her car back it was full of mice again. This time the mice chewed up the paper filters. The Kia representative said the mice come from our house. That’s funny because Kia has had the car longer than we’ve had it. Besides my Nissan sets more than I drive it and it doesn’t have mice in it. So if you buy a car from this dealership CHECK IT FOR MICE 🐭

We’ve had several unpleasant experiences with this dealership. Two years ago we went to buy our Kia. I asked the price of a Soul they had on the lot. I was told I needed to give my SSN in order to “get the best price”. Salesman refused to give me a price without a credit check. Very predatory. We went to Fredericksburg and got the same car for thousands less. Since we weren’t buying, we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and recently took our Kia to the service department for an oil change. According to the receipt, they did a “Kia multi-point inspection”, but somehow failed to notice the nearly empty coolant tank. Then charged us for repairs we did not authorize. Was told by the technician (and I quote) “What do you want me to do about it, it’s already fixed”. He was rude and disrespectful. So much for giving the benefit of the doubt. We have reached out to management and had no response. My advice is, take your car somewhere else. We certainly won’t be back.

My son blew a tire on his way home from College in the middle of the night on Tuesday halfway through his seven hour trip, and managed to get the car to a gas station on Rt 250. After towing his Kia Forte 5 to NTB the techs there said that he needed the key for the locking nut on the tire and he didnt have it. It was back in his dorm, but they recommended that we contact Price Kia right up the street to see if they had one we could buy.After talking to Wood and the team in the Service Department at Price, it turned out that they didnt have one to sell me, so they GAVE ME their entire universal set so I could try them all till I found the right one. An hour later I had returned the set, but I was blown away by how helpful the folks at Price Kia were. It was great to see a dealership that still operates on trust and honesty!

Went out to the lot and was able to buy the car I wanted the same day. We saw a 13 Sorento for sale at an affordable price. My wife called and spoke to Richard Carey and he told her about it and even stayed late to meet with us and show us around it and take it for a test drive. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. We had been looking at 11-15 year model Sorentos all over for the past month, and we were extremely excited to find one close to home and at an actual kia dealership and not some random shady crooked dealer. Then Damian helped us with the final purchase of the vehicle. Long story short, we were very pleased and appreciative of their help in getting us inside our new ride. I tried calling Price Kia for help with my wifes Kia Optima. When I accidentally dialed the sales department their sales person Joey answered and when I said that I was looking for parts and service he hung up on me. No response or even a this is the wrong number for that, just a hang up. As someone who works in sales...thats pretty bad customer service on a basic task. If they cant even bother to help with a basic transfer...how bad is the customer service when someone needs something actually useful. Sorry I wasnt helping you hit your number this month, but now I know to take my next vehicle purchase elsewhere as well.

First ordered new wheel. Said to be in next morning. Arrived at specified time, waited 30 minutes. Then put my vehicle on lift and oh we dont have your part. Im like what? 2 hours in a car to make appointment then dragged on 2 more days. Never a single call to inform me of anything so I drove another 2 hours back 2 days later still not in. Service dept. Phone rings more than they answer it over 1 week period. No paper on floors and dirty hand print on my cloth door panel. Im very easy to please but this tiny dealership lacks true manager involvement when it comes to customer acquisition and customer service = return customers. Im sure not all are like my experience but this is just how certain people are. Not worth the return.sorry. Oh, The young mechanic after listening to my concerns was truly apologetic and professional at every level from greet to departure. He called me back moments after I called him cause part just arrived. He should be the customer service example.

Depends on which part. Buying a vechial here is good. Having it serviced is not. Always about a 2 week wait for an appointment, even for a oil change. Took my Kia there for an issue I was having with head lights blowing , a.c. outlets not working up and down volume to radio not working correctly. This was 3rd time I took it for head light issue. Again, I was told same thing cant find the problem, but we ordered a switch for the radio still hasnt came in. I bought my Kia bran new from them with in 2 years Ive replaced head lights 6 times but they cant find the problem. There answer to me is but there bulbs that come with a warranty. Wall so does Advance store. Im not worried about the warranty on the light. I want to know why it keeps blowing. When picked vechial up this last time had greasy hand prints on door panel and grease on front seat.

Absolutely worst dealership ever. Sold my little sister a 2014 Ford Focus. The transmission went out the 1st day. Then they gave us the run around for two months while it was in the shop. After it was all fixed my little sister gets pulled over last night saying that the tags on the car are stolen. Went to the dmv they said that the tags weren’t in our name. Went to the dealership today where they laughed in her face and blamed it on someone else. Two months after owning the car they hadn’t changed the tags over. Incompetency is the only thing that they can do there. Awful. I will never go back nor suggest anyone else go there. Unprofessional and ridiculous is what their slogan should say.

Im torn about this review. I absolutely love the guys that work in the service department. They are always kind, helpful and take time to show issues and address concerns.The sales team however.....they are all chummy, chummy with you as long as they think they are getting a sale. I mentioned this was the first dealership I was visiting and I had another appointment lined up after them. I wanted to price shop and compare before laying down that much money. Once I told them I was leaving for the next appointment and they werent going to get the sale right there and then their demeanor immediately changed. They were pushy, arrogant and confrontational. They spoke down about the other dealership I was visiting. It felt like they were trying to trap me there and force the sale. Its a shame too- it was a good deal. But turning on me so quickly when they didnt get what they wanted left such a bad taste in my mouth. I had such a bad experience with their behavior that even if it was a good deal, I wasnt going to give them the commission.Maybe had they treated me with a little more respect and understanding they would have gotten the sale. A car is a very large purchase for most people. When buying a car most people need to be 100% confident on what they are buying and make sure they price shopped. If they had been understanding of that, I would have probably purchased from them.If you need your car serviced, the service team is great. Really, truly great. Buy your car somewhere else.

Drove an hour to look at a used car. I had asked the manager on the phone some very specific questions about the car and he assured me that it was in excellent condition. Me and my hubby stopped in today on a last minute decision to trade in our old kia for a new one.....service was the best hands down! Everything went smoothly there was no run around and our sales guy Dennis Barbieri was wonderful....described what every thing on the car was for how every button worked....if I had a 10 star option he would get it! They even pointed out that the new car had two scratches on it and they would fix it....lets face it some car lots wouldnt of said a word about seeing that...we were very happy customers today :)

Do NOT get your car service here. They allowed us to drive out of their garage with what we later found out to be a severely bent control arm, which ate away at the tires and threw off the alignment. Not only that, but I insisted that the tires were no longer good, so my husband had them look at them again and they told him they were fine. I later had my dad take a look at the tires and within 5 seconds he told us to stop driving the car and that we’re lucky to be alive. He’s not even a trained mechanic and he knew we shouldn’t be driving with those tires. No wonder I was hydroplaning in rain and sliding in slush all the time. I almost crashed my car on the highway once because the car slid back and forth when I was trying to stop.Over a month later and they still haven’t called us to tell us that the part we needed to fix our car is in. We just got our car fixed somewhere else over Christmas and they managed to fix it in less than 24hrs. New tires, new control arm, and new alignment. Thank you Firestone! It’s a shame because we bought our car here and Damian was very nice and helpful, but the service team was anything but and it put our lives at risk because they told us we could drive our car. We will not be back to service or buy another car at Price Kia.Edit -- to owner responseWe did have our car serviced at price kia. Why would we make such a story up? My husband was told we will order the part you need and give you a call when its in. Our car was looked at on 12/12/18 at 9:30am and the service confirmation number is X06M385ZKW. Our car was at the shop for over 5 hours. The fact that there is no record of the service speaks volumes.

One of the best car buying experiences I have had in 50+ years of car buying. Before going to Price Kia, I negotiated at length with Steven Kia and OBaugh Kia and left with ridiculous offers and a sense of mistrust. I drove a few extra miles to Price and their first offer was much better than I could get at the other dealers and absolutely no deception or gimmicks. I worked with Josh, Justin and Dan and was totally blown away by their honesty and willingness to accommodate my needs.Its gratifying to know that there are still some dealers with integrity left out there. Beware of this service department!! I had my certified Kia soul towed here after having sudden engine knocking with 62k miles. Mind you, I did not buy my car here because of separate issue I wont mention now. My engine was checked and they concluded I had sludge in my engine and it would cost me 5k dollars. I told them I had a 100k mile warranty and the service manager told me I did not. So I had to get that faxed to them. He claimed he never received it..then he tells me, after I say I have receipts and a warranty, there was an additional issue. A washer between my drain pan and bolt. and that it Kia would not cover it because of neglect. My car sat here for three weeks while I talked to Kia corporate.My 100k mile warranty was never verified by the dealership or corporate. Finally corporate made a deal for Me, corporate, and the dealership to all pay a 3rd of the cost. This was a gesture of goodwill because they still assumed I only had the 60k mile warranty for a used vehicle. The service manager absolutely refused to work with us and told me to get my car off his lot. Finally, it was towed to Steven Kia in Harrisonburg. They wanted documentation from Price Kia that they had drained and checked my engine. Price kias service manager responded back and said they didnt do anything to my car including draining my oil. ( But they concluded I had sludge without checking ANYTHING) Steven Kia was more than glad to help. They got me in touch with the 3rd party extended warranty company... Actually took the time to break down my engine..concluded it was a spun bearing and Ordered the new engine.. My car was ready within a week!! Beware of this service department.

We needed a new car within a week after someone hit my old one. I wasnt expecting to buy a Kia, but I figured Id go in with an open mind, just to see what they had. Craig S. ended up showing me around, and pointed me in the direction of the Kia Soul when I told him the kind of thing we were looking for. Craig took me on a test drive, answering any questions I had, but otherwise avoiding the usual litany of reasons I should buy from his dealership. It was refreshing to be able to drive the car and chat pleasantly without the kind of high-pressure tactics of the other dealerships in town.After taking test drives all over town, doing some research on Kia at home, and and weighing our options, my wife and I went back for another test drive.
