Initially I chose Smart Start Charlottsville because it was the cheaper option. No one really tells you what kind of process II is going to be and I had heard some horror stories so I was a bit nervous about it. Dave was awesome! He explained the process and answered all of my questions. He was great about working with my crazy schedule (military spouse here, so Im basically a single mom when my hubbs deploys). He even came out to my home and uninstalled my unit when my vehicle was recalled and too dangerous to drive. His customer service and general knowledge of his product were outstanding! Id recommend him to anyone that finds themselves in that situation. Also, hes pretty funny too!

Great service David always got mi in early and out the door fast

Under the circumstances I hated having the machine in my car but David Dickerson at this location made it easy and answered any questions I had and worked with me every month for calibrations due to my work schedule he always made it work great tech quick installation very clean and he just uninstalled and it’s liked it was never in great place under the circumstances.

David was always helpful, and made this process as smooth as possible
