Fast, friendly service. Went above and beyond to get my corroded, stubborn battery out, clean the terminals, and install a new battery, all while keeping my vehicles electronics on backup power so no settings were lost. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put in.

Purchased a new battery and some new battery terminals for a reasonable price. Everyone was kind and helpful, especially with the installation and cleaning some corrosion - definitely recommend!

Folks there are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

We had the wrong break pads which we ended up having to go back the next day after we realized the back brakes didnt match the front. So just double check & make sure you have exactly what you need!

Shelley was amazing. I came in because I thought I had a faulty battery, which I did. Shelley not only sold me the battery, but she came outside, cleaned off A LOT of corrosion from my old battery, and put the new one in for me all while helping me entertain my toddler. Five stars for Shelley!

If you always want to get the right part ask the female employee she knows more than all the guys that work there

Just when ready to enter the store, four husky customers came out. No one wore masks !! Turned around and went to the AutoZone store where everyone wore masks and plastic shields installed at all counters!!

Helpful staff, found a part I needed, helped me install it. This is a nice courtesy Advance Auto parts offers. Batteries, wind shield wipers, small lights and such. Also check engine light code reader. Check them out. I reccomend.

Picked up an alternator that I ordered online ... in and out quick and returning the old one was no problem at all ... my only complaint is one of the guys was rude on the phone and then again in the store ... I tried to explain his rudeness to him more for his benefit ... as well as for the store ... than for mine and he became even more rude ... perhaps working with the public that pays his wages isnt the best job for him 🙄

This used to be my favorite one yesterday I had a bad experience I understand she was new but she didn’t know anything I ask for oil drain plug she Write it down didn’t get itAask spark plugs. Then she had the wrong car in They didn’t have anything or she couldn’t find them just messed my whole Sunday up

If you have a commercial account Gerald is the best in the company at the pantops location. Gets me anything I need or orders it and has it the next morning. If I need dealer part he helps put me in that direction as well.

I went in hoping to get some advice on how to install my front license plate bracket, and not only was the man who helped me (I think his name was Gary) very knowledgeable, but he installed the bracket for me and put on both of my license plates as well! Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful.

I would give 4 stars but I HATE their checkout system. You can stand in one of the 4 lines and not move while others come and go in other lines. They need to do what banks do, first in line, first helped.This is so obvious that they do not even recognize it as a problem. I have seen people leave the store due to standing in the wrong line for too long. For some reason all their stores operate in this odd manner. AA is NOT a supermarket!

While traveling with the family on memorial day weekend had what I thought was a failing alternator. Pulled in to Advanced Auto and talked to Jeremy. The walked out to look at the car with me and easily diagnosed the drive belt needed replacing. They let me borrow a tensioning tool and had a belt on stock. Then helped me with a jump since I had drained the battery. Then after the idling pulley broke off we determined the real source of the issue. They helped me locate a new pulley and I was back on the road. Thanks

Great folks who are very helpful. I was just in there today and they were super cool about helping me scan my battery and do an online order for a replacement battery in the store and pick up in store (I thought that would be a pain for them, but not at all!).

Always have what I need

A lady thats behind the counter is in a horrible mood all the time and wont try to help you unless you specifically ask her to. I needed to run the computer on my car because of the service engine light and the guy who helped me do it said I should take my car to the mechanic which i didnt need to. i just had to replace the fuel cap. I had to search the code on the internet myself. This same problem happened to my car before and in a different autopart they actually recommended me to try and fix it by just replacing the fuel cap. I have only had bad experiences with this one Advance Autoparts in the 2 visits I had.

Always order online for store pickup and look for coupon codes online. Youll save a lot that way.
