One of my favorite spots to go for ice cream. The flavors are so rich and the variety is great. They take covid precautions seriously so thats a huge plus in my book. Very friendly owners. Been several times and my kids love it here.

Every chance I get I bring home a pint of their ice cream. The smell of this shop is intoxicating as freshly baked waffle cones fill the air. You can literally smell it down the street. If thats not enticing, I dont know what is. The coffee flavors are my favorite but I have never been disappointed from the others. The cute older couple that I assume owns the shop, are wonderful people. Always prompt and kind. Service with a smile. Parking can be a little tricky sometimes but overall worth the stop!

Nice place. Good variety of ice cream flavours. My friends and I really enjoyed the ice cream we bought here. The staff is nice, but when we ask for some syrup for our ice cream cone, they didnt want to give us some 😔. Everything else was good. Clean place. And fast service.

Wonderful place run by a lovely couple. They have a great selection of flavors that are very creamy and fresh. They have the normal staples like vanilla, chocolate, cookie dough, mint chocolate chip, etc but our favorites are the more unique flavors like ginger and butterscotch, which are amazing.

I feel like this was Charlottes original Ive cream shop, so i had been meaning to give it a try. Im a sticker for the unique flavors at Two Scoops and Golden Cow though so it took me a while to make it here.We had lunch in the area and decided to stop by after. Its a small shop with a bar that has a few seats. You can park on the street right outside.They have a good selection of flavors. While not quite as creative as some of the newer shops in town, that still have a good variety that you dont find at your average ice cream shop.They only let you sample three flavors which is a little annoying when there are so many to choose from. I decided to go with the cake batter and the pralines and cream. Both were very good. Everyone else I was with also enjoyed the flavors they got.I got a regular with the two scoops which were a little small. I definitely wanted more when I was done!This is a good little ice cream shop that I definitely recommend checking out if youre in the area.

Best creamery in Charlotte! I love local ice cream businesses in Charlotte vs your average franchise. The consistency on their product is awesome and you can tell the owners love what they do. It’s a small store, but there’s outside seating along with some bar stools inside. The location is perfect to walk around with your ice cream as well. Anytime I’m around the area I always have to stop by.

I ate it too fast to take a picture... the ice cream is creamy and flavorful. I really enjoyed the coconut. The green tea tasted great, not bitter at all. The waffle cone was light and crispy. I appreciate that they put the cones in a cup so the ice cream cant melt on me.

I come all the way from Cincinnati Ohio for this Ice Cream. This is the best ice cream anywhere! The owners are lovely and I love visiting them also. The shop is very clean and charming. Come visit this creamery. You will never want to go anywhere else for ice cream!

One of our favorite ice cream shops when visiting Charlotte. Delicious home made ice cream in lots of flavors, prompt service, and very clean. There is some seating inside and a only a few seats outside. They offer regular and waffle cones or dishes in 3 sizes. We visited it on a hot summer night with a steady line of customers.

My family and I love this local creamery. A very nice LOCAL couple own and operate the shop. Ive never seen anyone else scooping ice cream but the owners. They now recognize when I come with my daughter and always make a point to say something nice to her. And the ice cream is better than anything else around. Im honestly not sure if they make it in house but I think they do, just dont hold me to it. Either way the ice cream is significantly better than the chains and the owners are very nice people. I have no qualms with going here and spending money on a treat.Also, they make their own waffle cones and they are really good.

Worth the wait in line!Fresh waffle cones with REAL chocolate on the rims! None of that waxy nonsense you get at large chains. I had their Green Tea ice cream (which is my all time favorite kind) and it was flawless. Creamy but not overly sweet with a perfect balance of flavor. Worth every single calorie.

Dont get me wrong but the ice cream here is amazing. The problem is it is a very tiny store that only a few people can fit into. Another thing is that the place isnt very welcome looking due to the fact the lights are off and the worker is sorta hidden. But the people who work there are super nice. I recommend stopping by.

A very nice little local ice cream shop. Plenty of excellent flavors and the best waffle cones I have ever tasted. But, the best part was the guy behind the counter, he gave my 2 y.o nephew a complementary cone of strawberry ice cream! We were trying to avoid giving him a sugar rush close to his bedtime, but that made his night and we didnt mind it at all! You dont see that type of above and beyond generosity anywhere else!

Amazing flavors some of them are not too sweet, which is exactly what I like. And do get the waffle cone. They are heavenly. We spent three days and went there twice. Only because one of those days was a Monday and theyre closed on Mondays.

Oh yum! We usually spend about $9 here on two single scoop waffle cone ice creams. The scoops are really generous; I could not justify eating two scoops without incurring a tummy ache. The ice cream itself is delicious, although I tend to get cookies n cream, while my husband goes for chocolate.

The owners are really nice. Ice cream is always fresh and they serve good size portions. They also do 10% discount for police officers.

Mr. and Mrs. Kim are amazing, and their ice cream is almost as great! Theyve been running this homemade ice cream shop for at least 20 years, and I swear its only getting better. The shop off Elizabeth Ave is small, so when its busy it is PACKED, but the atmosphere is great and the smell is wonderful!

It was a very cute place that had a good amount of ice cream choices. However, it was pretty small and it was one of those places where its better to grab your ice cream and go rather than sit and talk.

The prices are what youd expect for slightly more upscale ice cream, but it was very tasty!

Overall my boyfriend and I enjoyed Elizabeth’s Creamery. The only disappointments were the cost of one scoop and the flavorless Cookie Dough. First, the cost for one scoop of ice-cream was close to $5. Second, I tried a sample of Cookie Dough and was surprised at how little flavor it had. Cookie Dough is a classic but it not only had no chocolate chips but it also had very little cookie dough. I went with Butterfinger .The only reason I am giving this place a 4 star is because their cones are TO DIE FOR. I have never had such a delicious waffle cone! For this reason only its worth a visit

I live in the neighborhood and have stopped by 3 times now and each time I havent been that impressed. The ice cream isnt that great and every single time they over charge me! The ice cream is already expensive enough without them telling me things are included then charging me for them. I wont be back.

We took Vanilla & Black Raspberry flavor.The waffle cone tasted better.You can get better ice cream in grocery stores.We were in Delaware and after having ice cream in Woodside Farm Creamery there , the taste here was bad. Drove 15 miles after seeing 4.5 rating , but waste of time and money.

A short walk from one of the trolley line stops, makes this little mom and pop ice cream shop a must on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The kiddos loved the pink bubblegum flavor, while we enjoyed classic vanilla and a refreshing green tea flavor.

Had two flavors, Reeces peanut butter along with coconut for a good sized sundae. The ice cream is very smooth and flavorful.

I got two scoops of cookie dough on a waffle cone. I mean it when I say that the waffle cone was potentially the best one Ive ever tasted AND it was dipped in chocolate. I mean, come on! It was flaky and delicious. My boyfriend got Oreo on a waffle cone and devoured it almost instantly. Needless to say, yes to Elizabeth Creamery.
