Received great service from Ray Garrett there when purchasing a used car after my car was totaled. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the entire process and tried his absolute best to get the process done quickly since everyone knows it’s a long one. The only reason they get 2 stars is because I absolutely love the truck I purchased from this place, I otherwise would give 0. Ive purchased/leased 2 vehicle from them before with great service. I dont know what happened to this place recently. I will not be coming back because of my most recent experience. Once you drive off the lot with your new car, dont expect any more great service or assistance from them unless they want more money from you. It takes you around 3-4 hours to buy a car. Dont waste your time and do what everyone does now and buy online with free car delivery. They forgot to put the tag on the new truck, so I had to come back for it. Several month go by and I find out they also never transferred my tag. Contacted them via phone, chats, text you name it, I tried it. No one can help correcting the problem and no one ever calls back after talking to the receptionist. Everyone is in a Sales Meeting apparently from 8:30 AM to 10:30 Am so no one is able to help you during that time period apparently. I decided to take the matter into my own hands and spend a day driving to the County Tax Collection office and DMV because my tag was registered to the wrong car and about to expire. Dont go there! Do the online buying or drive a little extra to South Carolina GM dealer for much better service in Rock Hill SC.

Was given a quote of 4k out the door for a new transmission for my daughter’s 2011 cruze. When she went to pickup the car the bill was 4500.00!! I called and was told they would take a couple hundred dollars off, why wasn’t the quote honored??? Why wasn’t the price adjusted to begin with, this is not good business, don’t tell someone a quote and not honor it!! Don’t believe i will be back for anything else, can’t be trusted doing business like this.

So I had to bring my wife’s 2021 z71 tohoe in for some paint issues a little over two weeks ago. I also asked for some recalls to be fixed along with a oil change. I was told all was done. I picked it up and the oil changed had been missed. Dan reached out to me me after I expressed the disappointment I felt for missing this. He made arrangements to pick up the tohoe from our home and to return it. He did exactly that. Not only did he cover the cost but he also told me the next one was on the house too. It’s not a common practice for a company/individual to reach out to make things right. I was moved by the act of kindness. So was my wife. Thank you Dan for doing what you did. My wife took my car to get an oil change today. She walked in advised she wanted only an oil change, but ended up paying for oil change and tire rotation. 1st I have gone to this location for the past two years for oil changes so they should be able to confirm my previous services. 2nd I get FREE tire rotations at Discount tire for the life of my tires. Why would I pay someone else to do what I get free?When she advised that she did not request this services they still made her pay for it without adjusting due to their mistake. I will call everyday until Park Chevy makes this right!!!!! They were more concerned with trying to sell her a car while she waited for the oil service and no one helped when it was time to pay the bill. They did not want to take ownership of their mistake and were more concerned with the additional 20 bucks vs their customer service reputation. Hope it was worth it!!!!

I bought an extended warranty with this people when i bought my car with them it was supposed to cover all the mechanical and electrical parts with the “ platinum package” i just found out they lied to me and just gave me coverage for motor and transmission i am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! The service was great.The follow up is lacking. I brought my truck in for alignment, service on tire system and suspension system. It is a used truck o just purchased not too long ago.Since I don’t have much history on the vehicle I also asked for it to be looked over and recommend any service I might need to look at.When I picked up my truck, my service was off the lady who helped me did the best she could but not one left any comments on my request.I did not receive a report on how bad the alignment was nor did I get any report on the overall vehicle as it relates to what services might be recommended.

I have had my oil changes/tire rotations done here since i owned this vehicle. this is the only place that has worked on it. I am having a hard time understanding how i went from a 31 point inspection 3 months ago to needing brakes AND rotors without anyone on your team seeing any warning signs. i spent over $600.00 on a repair that could have been addressed earlier for significantly less money

This car was brought in 6/02/21 and picked up on 6/03/21. I was charged $19.95 for a tire patch that Tiffany and the technician should have known could not be repaired. ALL Chevrolet Bolt EVs come with self sealing tires. Also, Tiffany sounded surprised when I told her that the car did not have a spare tire. Please train your sales staff and technicians how to service these vehicles. Finally, the car only had about 24,500 miles. I dont know why the receipt says 142,726. Please correct this.

Van and Todd have always serviced our passenger vans. They are always ready for us and have fully explained every detail! Their customer service skills are superb!!! I wouldn’t take our vans anywhere else!!! They are also on top of all of our recall items before I am!!!
