Undoubtedly the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. Jeff Gemma is a true asset to this company. Not only did he provide us with transportation from the airport, he also found us a hotel for the night as we came from Michigan. He got us financed and on our way promptly. We had to drive the car all the way to Michigan so he printed out maps for our exact location so we had no troubles on the way along with even giving his own phone charger so we could charge our phones on the way. I still can not believe how above and beyond he went to make sure we were alright and made sure to call us to see if we made it home alright. I have a few family members that want to buy as well but they are all now going to be making the trip to the Lamborghini Charlotte even though we have multiple locations around us . Wanted to but a used Bentley they had for sale. Had to chase the salesman for more info for days . Finally when he got me the info 5 days later he said sales manager sold car to someone else. Poor follow up for such a so called high end place

Took my son by to see the lambo’s, we obviously where not purchasing customers. I asked a couple questions which where answered with good detail, i then asked about opening the door on one. Just as I was feeling like we might be a bother, Mr. Winslow popped open the door to the Huracan we where standing in front of, and said he can get in. Not only where they very kind to us, but they made our day by letting my eleven year old sit in his 1/4 Million dollar dream car. You can’t make a father more of a Hero. If I had it he’d have got the up sale to my Dream car the 1/2 Mill Aventador. Well worth the 140 mile drive.

I called the parts department for a part for our Lamborghini Gallardo and the man I spoke with was the rudest person I have ever delt with at any dealership, much less a Lamborghini dealership!! I will never contact this dealership again. I was able to get Excellent customer service and the part that we need from Kevin the West Palm Beach Lamborghini dealership.

I took my son here as part of his birthday celebration, and I would HIGHLY recommend it. My son is 16 and loves supercars, so I called the dealer and spoke with Jeff, I told him we wanted to visit and he said that would be great, they enjoy talking with young people about the vehicles. Jeff said that they only had a few vehicles in stock but we should come and see them up close.We arrived on a Saturday, there were no vehicles parked outside so we went on in and Jeff greeted us as soon as we did. He thanked us for coming and asked if we had any questions. There were 10 cars in the showroom, mostly Lambos (including a Diablo which my son has never seen in real life) plus a McClaren and one of Lamborghinis 2021 models. Although they couldnt open or let us sit in any of the vehicles, we were able to get as up close as one can get to all of the cars. Jeff answered our questions and encouraged us to spend as much time as we wanted looking at the vehicles.I was very impressed with the way we were treated here, especially since we had just left another exotic dealership in the same town where we were ignored the whole time we were there. We had to drive over two hours to get to Charlotte, and my son said that the visit to Lamborghini was one of the best parts of our trip. We plan to return when all of the concerns about Covid are over and we can hopefully sit in a Lambo. My son wants to own one of these cars one day, and we hope Jeff is around to help him with his purchase.

Mike Jaworski was amazing to work with on getting my Murcielago serviced. Mike was very good at keeping me updated on the status of each item being done on my car. The service and attention to detail are outstanding. This is definitely my go to Lamborghini dealer.

Chase Winslow and the Lamborghini Carolinas staff without a doubt provided the best buying experience Ive ever had. From the moment I walked in the door, to the day I took delivery of my BMW, it was an entirely stress free environment. Chase is extremely professional, his extensive knowledge on each car really makes the experience first class. It is obvious that the used inventory is hand selected for uniqueness and condition. Although my car was not CPO, Chase had documented research, inspection, and dealer maintenance done previous to my purchase. Chase took extra care in making sure the day I took delivery of my car was effortless, It was a scheduled appointment where I had his undivided attention with no distractions. You really owe it to yourself to visit this dealership and enjoy the comfort of of the Lamborghini Carolinas team.

Derick was the coolest sales person I ha e ever met. He said the owner has a motto “ treat everybody like they have 1,000,000 in the bank whether they do or not doesn’t make a difference at all” I was there for about an hour. In that time frame I saw 5 children 10 or under come in to look at the cars. Derick was polite and kind to every last one of them. I love Lamborghini’s but if I was to buy one it would definitely be from Derick without a doubt.

This is a very well-put-together establishment. The staff and sales people are very nice and helpful. The dealership itself has a fantastic selection of vehicles at reasonable prices. Lamborghini as a brand is very performance-oriented but also knows how to cater to luxury. Whether you are looking to just see the cars in person for yourself, or looking to buy, this dealership is for you.

If you like Lamborghini then this is the place to be in the Carolinas. Simple as that, if youve got the money and want a Lambo and live in North or South Carolina then you go here. If, for some reason, they dont have the one you want they will get it for you, fairly quick as well. Very customer oriented, its a good place to buy from.

I had a great buying experience with Lamborghini Charlotte. I just bought a pre-owned Ferrari that I found their website. They agreed to send the car to a local independent Ferrari shop that I selected. That shop did a pre purchase inspection and confirmed the car was in amazing condition, just like Lamborghini Charlotte told me. The inspector sent about 70 photos including paint meter shots of every body panel. We negotiated a price over the phone--low key, no pressure, no BS. We agreed on a price and did all the paperwork over the phone, email, and text. They arranged for shipping through one of their preferred carriers. I was hesitant to buy such an expensive car sight unseen but it showed up in Connecticut in a matter of days. Its really in fantastic condition. Everyone I spoke to at the dealership was responsive and professional; I would definitely buy from them again.

I had no idea that this place was even in North Carolina but once I found out they have some really nice Lamborghinis Ferraris Mercedes Porsche the cars all the nice cars are there. And when I get that money guess what Im going to own me a Lamborghini. Arrived at the dealership and was met with an informative, helpful, staff. No pressure, we went understated wishing to see how genuine they were to help, I will return to serious explore to purchase.

As an out of state buyer comes certain challenges with not being able to test drive, working with different DMV, etc. That being said, Christer (sales associate) went out of his way to accommodate these challenges. Christer and the Dealership made the process seamless and bent over backwords to make the transaction seamless. He assisted with Hotel arrangements to picking us up at the Hotel. The whole team is great and we enjoyed the experience. We definitely recommend purchasing from them and will do so in the future.

Someone gave bad review because they couldnt afford for it but cmon now, this is a dream car. I went there 1 years a go and man, love to see my dream car just sit there :). hopefully one day they would let me do ride a long :D. the guy who is in the office he was super cool. he was happy to see I was enjoying to see the car. I am changing my review from a one to a five pending response by Lamborghini. I had a very unfortunate event happen in the showroom but have since discussed it with Lamborghini corporate. I will leave this review as a five pending their final response. I do not want one bad apple to tarnish the new dealership’s reputation. I also do not want to hurt the owner or his family. Some employees are tough these days, emboldened perhaps. I am looking forward to a written apology from the employee and Lamborghini.

I called Lamborghini of Charlotte and spoke to Chris Tepper about my interest in the Urus Model. I currently own another performance SUV and had been researching the Urus over over a year. I informed Chris that I wanted to take the Urus for a test drive today and he stated that would be completely fine. The only things that would be needed included a license and insurance card. I informed him I was on my way to test drive today and he stated to get there by 5pm. I drive 20 minutes and arrive at 2:50 pm. No one greets me when I walk in and I am in business casual attire. Finally Chris walks up and gives me his card. He takes me out to the back garage repair area and states that I can sit in the car but there will be no test drive. I spoke with my boss and we only test drive to those are are going to buy. Im totally thrown off as he had just stated over the phone that I would be able to test drive the vehicle and there is no way Id purchase another 6 figure car without test driving it and comparing it to what I currently own. I remind him that he just stated I could test drive over the phone and I drove 20 minutes to be able to do that. He blew me off and stated they only allow people who are ready to buy a chance to test drive. I guess despite me running a multi million dollar business myself, Lamborghini Charlotte and Chris Tepper have a certain buyer that they will provide decent customer service to. Ive never been so disappointed by how someone just blew me off.

I have been visiting Lamborgini Charlotte ever since day one they opened. I have to say they have never treated me bad they always allow me to come in and look at the masterpieces from Italy. Derek Budd is probably one of the nicest if not the best person in the dealership realm in the area to work with. He is not the only all of the support staff is super friendly and treat everyone equally and with the up most respect weather someone has $1 Million or $1 you will be treated in the same way. Once the time comes Lamborgini of Charlotte will most certainly get my business cause of the lasting impression they represent not just as the dealer for for the brand Lamborgini. If you ever want to look at these cars go check them out and if your in the market for a Lamborgini... well what are you waiting for??? Use them and you will not regret it.

UPDATE 11/30/17: I just took delivery of my new 2018 Huracan Performante, and it was an absolutely superb experience (as always). Chase Winslow, General Manager, is a true professional, the team delivered a perfect car, and the experience was second to none.12/31/2015: New Years Eve I purchased a 2011 Ferrari 458 Italia. I dealt with Dale Koorzer on this transaction and he was very responsive and courteous and ensured my purchase was exciting, fun and easy. He described the car to me over the phone and he was dead accurate on it. Its rare for a dealer to describe a used car so thoroughly and accurately. While this was my first time buying a car from LC, I am very confident it wont be my last. Definitely recommend!
