Easiest car buying process I have ever had!

Mike Green made the car buying experience nice, he was funny, helpful, and got me in and out in time to get back home. However, lack of communication further down the line with my tag with the manager made my experience horrible. An issue that was not my fault but another company that I didn’t not find out about until I started wondering where my tag was due to my 30 day tags expiration date coming up resulted in poor customer service, rudeness on both parties, and the problem not solved. While I love my vehicle I am starting to second guess the entire experience from the warranties to the down payment.. hopefully my warranties will not balk on me like their customer service has.

We went to take a look around, found a vehicle that we really liked, traded in our old car, and went home happy. It was a no pressure experience. Michael Burgess was a great sales rep, he knew the inventory and never tried to upsell us. The paperwork was fairly painless. I will definitely go back when it comes time to replace our other car. The price was competitive and the trade in value was also pretty good. This Enterprise location is definitely worth a look.

Spoke with salesperson on Friday about looking at a car that needed to be transferred (free). Stated car would be in that afternoon if I could come by, I said I could not but would be there when they open on Monday. On Saturday saw car was not in my location but a 3rd location. Emailed salesperson who stated this was common (even though car was coming to my location on Friday) and guaranteed car would be here Monday. Drove 40 minutes one way Monday for scheduled appointment. Salesperson had me sit down and stepped out, and then came back to say car had not been transferred there yet but would be there today. Manager did not even come out to apologize so I left with no intent to buy from Enterprise as apparently my time is less valuable than the truth. Would not trust them to buy a hot wheels car from. Planned on looking at a second vehicle as well if this deal went well, so they lost 2 sales. And again nothing from the manager, and the salesperson knew the car was not there but still let me drive all the way over there without a courtesy call to say the car was not there.

AMAZING PEOPLE!!!! Michael B is a great salesperson. My car was a total loss in a hot and run and they took the stress out of getting a replacement vehicle. We went in and no hassle, haggle or pressure!

Everyone was very pleasant. We were greeted with a warm verbal welcome (hard to see smiles under the masks). When dealing with our personnel assistant, he was helpful and polite. The people in the office were very respectful of our social distance and they were always wearing a mask to protect us. Aside from the Covid, we had a very pleasant experience with Enterprise and if we need another vehicle, we will be back to visit them. Besides the people, we have now had two used vehicles from Enterprise and been satisfied with both of them.

My experience buying a Chevy Colorado went good. We found a vehicle we liked and called Enterprise and talked to Michael Green and he worked to get every thing moving. I purchased a vehicle, i put a down payment of $22,000, the vehicle had no floor mats. When i asked the manager for floor mats he gave me a pair of dirty mats that he removed from another. I said i just gave you $22,000 and this is the best you could do. the only reason i accepted them was i had a 5yr old to get back to and i had been there for at least three hours. i would never buy from ENTERPRISE AGAIN, SERVICE IS BIG IN MY BOOK AND SERVICE WAS BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Bought a vehicle and within 5 months it stop running. The dealership does not have a service department so I had to take my car to several places over a 3 week period in which I had no luck. When I did speak to one of the managers Tyrell he basically said there was nothing they could do and i would have to figure it out. Very displeased with the service and will not recommend to anyone. Was told by one of the managers thelemon law does not apply to a used vehicle and I was not doing them any favors paying a car note on something not running now.

This turned out to be a really unexpected pleasant event . Mike not only had the van on hand that met my needs, but was very helpful in answering all my questions relating to the features and purchase of this vehicle. I kind of stumbled across Enterprise Car sales while searching the internet for a new vehicle. When I stopped in to talk to them I was treated kindly and they helped me find a potential vehicle on their website. They told me the cost up front and gave me a quote for the Blue Book value of my trade-in. I was skeptical of buying a rental vehicle but the truck we bought didnt have a scratch on it! I recently bought a Nissan Altima here. Lola was extremely helpful and provided a seamless and enjoyable experience. Highly reccomend this location and Ms. Lola. I noticed a few flaws with the radio and the Manager Ian came and took a look. He provided excellent service and offered to switch it out if they could not remove the blemishes. They decided it needed to be switched out so I brought my car and they provided a rental free of charge and had it completed within two days. After this experience. I feel no need to ever go to any other dealership for future purchases. Highly recommended!!!

I made so many mistakes-- I scheduled the rental on the wrong dates, and became nervous and a little agitated when the car I wanted wasnt available. The agent worked with me and we were just about to finish the transaction when my husband asked for an upgrade. This location was so accommodating in every aspect. We got the upgrade and our trip was flawless. Great customer service! I will return to this location for future rentals!

The sales personnel and managers were great. They did all they were able to to satisfy my request but the late model used vehicle I purchased was pretty dirty. Since I bought the car at night I didnt notice this until the next day. The floor mats, which were in the trunk bad, the interior door panels were scraped and dusty, the windows were dirty, the car generally looked unkempt. They could have done a much better job on the cosmetics.

Going in I knew the car was priced about $10,000 less than what it sells for elsewhere. I thought okay whats wrong with this car? So I sent my son who works in a service department nearby to take a look. He has been in service for about 7 years so I trust his judgement.He texted me, dad I couldnt find a thing wrong with it. My car buying experience was extremely pleasant and stress less. I worked with Steven and he was very professional throughout the entire purchase. I was in the market for a small SUV that got good mileage. He showed me several options and I settled on the Nissan Rouge. I live in Columbia, SC, but purchased my vehicle in Charlotte, NC, as I have a son who lives in Charlotte and works with Enterprise. The vehicle had some chips on the windshield and Steven set me up with Safelite Auto Glass in Columbia to get it repaired. I gave my experience 5 stars as it was top notch all the way through. I would recommend others tp purchase through Enterprise and would buy through them again.

I recently bought a new Camry from Robert Collins with Enterprise and it was a great experience. I had my old Camry for 20 years so it had been a long time since I bought a car and I was actually dreading the whole process. Robert made me feel very comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted and went out of his way to help me. Long story short; my car was totaled and I was suggested to Enterprise Sales by one of their employees. I went online and looked, chatted with someone and asked them not to give my information because I’m still looking at other places. 5 minutes later I get a phone call, it was a missed call, so they called again, and again and guess what? They can called a ton of more times. I asked for no calls. The. They send me emails, okay I can do emails. I tell the young man what I’m dealing with and what I’m looking to put down, he assures me they can help. So, I waited a few days and put in my application. They have still yet to reply, I understand you are busy and can’t get back to me in two minutes, but if you have a ton of free time to stalk my phone and call every 20 minutes and send multiple emails daily, you have time to reply to my email or call me about my application. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I don’t even want a car from a place the can’t reach to someone that took the time to fill out their application. Rude ass people.

My experience at Enterprise has surpassed those Ive had at all the other dealerships.The team was warm and inviting. They made me feel more comfortable about the car buying experiencewhich I am not fond of. My representative Marc was knowledgeable and very helpful.I definitely recommend Enterprise Car Sales as a great alternative to those other places.

Words cannot describe how exceedingly satisfied I am with Enterprise Car Sales and more importantly with my brand new car! The staff at this location were truly incredible! They were so helpful and remarkably down to earth. In fact, during the entire process there was no pressure at all! I got a sense that they honestly wanted to help me find the best car that fit my budget and met my needs. So as I was waiting for the banks offer, I couldnt help but notice the comradery. Everyone working as a team. Like a family. In the end, since their job is to help customers find a car. They do their absolute best to do just that, and I couldn’t have asked for better! The customer service reps were excellent, but when I received the vehicle it hadnt been fully inspected. Although clean, the gas light came on immediately after I pulled out of the lot, the check oil light came on two hours into my drive out of town and by the second day a low tire light came on. I was just glad to get the vehicle back to enterprise without any major issues. The rental location is great, I rent from there whenever I need a car and recommend this location, but this experience wasnt the best.

When you walk in the door of Enterprise Car Sales in Charlotte NC, you are immediately greeted like a long lost family member. It is amazing how everyone smiles at you and most everyone stops to speak to you. Even though only one salesperson (THE AWESOME DARRIUS SELLERS) is working on your deal, everyone is invested in you. Most of the vehicles are 2015 to 2016 and have under 40k miles. Their prices are lower than any other prices I could find anywhere else. I would refer anyone to Enterprise Car Sales in Charlotte NC.

This was the most pleasurable experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle. My sales sales rep Corbin was very professional and patient, he provided the best customer service, he even followed up once the vehicle was purchased to make sure everything was ok.
