Great Idea and concept, beautiful facility, but poor business sales process- test drove a vehicle said we were interested, husband went a drove it said we would let them know, never got a phone call to ask if we were going to purchase and then 2 hours later we call to tell them we are going to purchase and they said they had to hold it, because someone was driving in from out of town? Really- if you have two people interested shouldnt it go to the first person. Oh well on to the next dealership there are a lot out there, thought this one was different, but they do have a great selection, just bad process, poor guy that they said was coming in Friday to look at it- did not have a chance.

Purchased a used 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T with a supercharger and upgraded engine through Yuri. He was very helpful and let me put a deposit on to hold the car until I was able to drive from West Virginia to pick up the car. Sales and finance staff was very nice and the car was worth every penny. Runs and drives awesome!

Beautiful cars and good prices. However, when I bought my car, i drove home not knowing that the inside wires were showing on the rear tire. The dealer let me drive off without bringing this to my attention. The tire could have blown and myself or any member of my family could have been severely impacted. The dealer called a few days with a tire to put on, not a new one but used one. Upon further inspection, there were visible mechanical issues that should have been fixed before the car was sold. They offered to fix them, however, my trust in their shop was gone as you put my life and others lives at risk with the initial tire incident. Yuri, My salesman was excellent to work with. Please do a full inspection before buying from here!

I had a bad bad bad time… it was only supposed to be a day process thing and get the car and come back home.. my flight was delayed and I had to stay overnight in Charlotte with no hotel booked, no ride, no food, no way of getting around.. Called Godspeedmotors for a car I saw online and VERY FIRST QUESTON I ASKED WAS IS CAR AVAILALE. Was told, YES so I approved them running a credit and signing an agreement that I will buy the car at the asking price with a non-refundable $1,000 deposit plus an extra $500 to cover taxes (see all forms below). After charging my CC to confirm my hold and purchase I later received a call that MY CAR was sold to someone else in the showroom. I said how is that possible. I already put a deposit on the car and was approved for credit and added the car to my insurance and paid the new premium (per their recommendation), etc. They just said sorry just pick another car. I didnt want another car, I wanted the Maserati I put the deposit on. If I would have walked and broke the contract they would have got my deposit, they broke the deal and nothing for me. They said, I ll give you a few hundred bucks of another car just pick one. This is the most dishonest treatment I have ever received from a car dealer. I said show me where this person put money on the car before me, the could not. This was not their car to sell, it was my car and my CC receipt attached proves I had a deposit. Very unfair and shady auto practice in my opinion. You decide on your own. My salesperson was Ash. I will be posting multiple times on various sites until they have the decency to give me a call and discuss.

Im actively looking for a second vehicle & they seem to have a very nice variety of inventory. So, Ive been viewing their website daily, in hopes of finding the one. Well, I saw it as a Coming Soon listing, so I made an inquiry via the website. I received the following automated response: Your message has been received. A salesperson from Godspeed Motors Inc will respond to you shortly. So far, so good. No one reached out to me.The next day, I called & asked to speak with someone in Sales. No one picked up the line & I was sent to a general voice-mailbox. My voice message contained my contact information & the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. No one returned my call. So far, not so good.The next day, a quick check of the online listing showed it as a Pending Sale. If they cant follow-up on an inquiry or return a simple phone call, I guess they do not care to have me as a customer. I liked the vehicle but I also want to have a good purchasing experience. With this place, Im not sure that would ever happen & its unfortunate. If you do happen to find a vehicle at this dealership, Godspeed to you, that you get the opportunity to make your purchase.For me, I guess its on to the next one... most definitely at another dealership.

The searching and purchasing processes were great. Customer service was excellent. We were pleased when we were told that any service issues could be addressed on site. However, just a few months later, not only were we steered away from bringing the vehicle to Godspeed’s service department for a problem, but apparently getting the extended warranty doesn’t keep you from being responsible for a $4000 repair bill just months after purchasing this luxury vehicle.

Late February I found what i was looking for at Godspeed. Yuri responded to my inquiry quickly and answered all my questions via phone, text, or email. At no time was i pressured. Being a buyer from out of state we handled everything online or through UPS overnight. I flew into Charlotte and took an Uber (about 20-25 minutes) to the dealership. Yuri welcomed me into the dealership and the car was as advertised. I think in better condition than i was expecting for a 7 year old car. Had a really great experience buying a car at Godspeed Motors. We were looking for a specific car in a specific color and trim (needle in. haystack). Godspeed had the car. They do work using a fixed price model, so there was no back and forth haggling. The price was fair considering the other cars on the market; it was not a screaming deal. We decided to go forward with buying the car and worked with Yuri throughout the sales process. He was polite, congenial, and very forthright with all of the information on the car. He was very responsive when we called, left messages, and texted him. We live across country, so it took some coordinating to see the car. Yuri stayed late one day so that we could see the car when we got there, and then we did all of the paperwork the next day. Yuri even told us and showed us there was another appointment for the car, that he had to cancel because we bought it. It is definitely refreshing to find a salesmen that is upfront and honest, no guessing or game playing. Also, Rob in finance was great to work with and talk to. He is a straight shooter, very organized with the paperwork, and has the process down pat.Although it was across the country, it was well worth the trip to buy a car at Godspeed. We would do business with them in the future if/when we are in the market for another vehicle.

I preface this by saying that I hate the usual practice of buying a car. I usually get very excited about the new purchase and then end up rueing the mere thought of engaging in the transaction.The whole process with Godspeed Motors and with Ash in particular was more than pleasant and so incredibly fun, the way these things are supposed to be. I never felt rushed or pressured quite the oposite. Ash even gave me some tips to insure my experience was awesome.I saw a myriad of vehicles under one roof and in various price ranges. They treated me with the professionalism that I wish other business had toward their customers. I will definitely purchase from them again when the need or desire presents itself.
