Quick and fast. HOWEVER Mecklenburg county has a masked mandate at the moment. When I walked in he was not wearing a mask and didnt put one on the whole time. My reason for giving one star is because of the mask issue. Other than that service was great.

Ron was Pleasant and he explained everything even a fifth grader could understand lol but the experience we had with smart start was better than what we expected even under these circumstances

Great. I went in sat down. Place is clean. Person working seems knowledgeable if I ask questions. For what we are there for it is a favorable experience.

Staff on site is awesome. But there customer service call center sucks. Always put you on hold and never respond. I would not recommend only because of call center. Staff at store hands down great.

I called Smartstart and explained to them that I had a hybrid. They assured me it would not be a problem and scheduled me on Tuesday July 26th at 830am with a technician that had experience working on hybrid cars.I arrive at 830, they are closed. I call Smartstart and they tell me that an employee is running late and will be there at 930, and my first month will be free. The technician finally arrives and after filling out paperwork he begins working on my car. He then tells me that he doesn’t know if he’ll be able to install the device on my hybrid but he can try. I was confused as I was told that a hybrid wouldn’t be a problem, but told him as long as my car wasn’t damaged that was fine.5 hours later he tells me it didn’t work and I’d have to sell my vehicle or find a different vehicle because they couldn’t install on a hybrid.I call Smartstart back and they apologize and assure me that they can install the device on a hybrid. They make me an appointment at a different office for Thursday the 28th.Thursday morning I arrive for my 830 appointment at the concord location and am told that I do not have an appointment, there was an error booking me, and that I’ll have to reschedule.I don’t know how much of my time you plan on wasting or why your technicians don’t seem to be able to perform the services you claim to offer, but your business is shameful. If anything you should have bumped someone else’s appointment and not wasted anymore of my time because it was your mistake.I’m going to give this one more shot and maybe update my review, but if there is anymore BS I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The guys there are super patient and so nice. They are super helpful. Ive had a lot of issues with my car which in turn have made problems for me with the blow n go machine. The people here are always accommodating and helpful. 5 star service.

The device in my vehicle malfunctioned. The technician was a jerk and no help to my situation. Just took my money and said he couldnt do anything for me. Device and car randomly shut off the next day in the middle of the road. Hating that I even have to go back to this idiot to have him fix whatever mistake he made. Id give them no stars if I could.

Its better since I first started. Everything I did would flag the device. I thought I would not be able to do it. 3 years. Now I have 1 month left. I have seen people come and go work there and repeat offenders have devices installed all over again.I have become so use to the process I cannot imagine not having it in my car anymore. I will be glad when I do.Smart Start was a good choice. I have enjoyed the service from them. Remember to have money when you have the device installed. I always see people go and dont realize they have to pay for the first month up front. You make people wait for calebration while you argue or contest you didnt know.Take it seriously or pay the consequences...

Passed the test to crank car but car still wouldnt crank. I called and the man had a attitude with me so now I have to wait until Monday for them to pick the car up and Im gonna miss work
