My first experience with 4 Wheel Parts was in Austin, TX. I had a 2013 Tundra and they did a fantastic job with the wheels, tires and leveling kit. When I moved back to North Carolina a year ago, I had plans to outfit my new 2020 Tundra with a similar setup, and started shopping around. I live two hours away from the Charlotte 4 Wheel Parts location, but after speaking with numerous local shops I decided to make the trip down to obtain a quote. I’m glad I did. Wes and Seth helped me numerous times, both in person and over the phone. They were flexible and attentive to my needs, even working with me on the price pretty significantly. To top it all off, my truck looks absolutely radical.These guys rock!

Mike and Wes are the ones you want to talk to. Been doing business w them for 2 years now and will continue bringing in my Tacoma as long as they are there. Hey 4WP corporate, your boys deserve a raise!

I Was hoping this could be a go to place since it’s here in Charlotte. Unfortunately my overall experience wasn’t positive. I asked how much the installation on the bumper would be, and was told $651.00. The actual cost was over $750.00. When it came to the installation I was told it would take 5-6 hours. I was also informed that there was an extended warranty that I might want to think about when my order was confirmed. When My bill was rung up at the register the warranty was already added to the bill. When I dropped my car off at 10am I was told it was going to be ready at 6pm. I received a call at 5:50 saying it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. From 6 hours to 32 hours for my truck to be ready. When I was checking out the person who rung me up “jokingly said my final bill was $100 more than it actually was. I do believe he was trying to be funny but still, At this point after my installation took 24 hours longer than it was supposed to, and after the estimate came in higher than originally quoted, I failed to see the humor. The installation also required a switch to be installed for the LED lights on the bumper. They charged me an extra $12 for the switch, (which isn’t a huge deal) but the switch can easily fall out of the slot where it has been installed (see pic).This overall experience was less than ideal and I’m hesitant to bring my vehicle back.

These guys are fantastic. I worked primarily with Seth – great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all of my many questions. I would highly recommend this place to a friend.

I would 100% recommend this store. After waiting on parts from Morris 4x4 for over 5 months and countless excuses as to why my parts werent getting shipped I called the guys at 4 wheel parts to see if they could get what I needed. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful he told me that they had everything I needed in stock at the warehouse and he could have it to me in a week. 7 days later I got a call telling me to come pick up my parts.

The employees here are so helpful- My husband is deployed and Seth was able to help me out with his truck! 4 Wheel Parts offered a great selection as well as great service! Thank you!

In addition Mike worked to rectify the issue in a timely manner.Thank you.I feel this may have been a one off misunderstanding. I consider 4WP for my next purchase as I continue to customize our Wrangler.I recently purchased a Wrangler and was eager to add my touches to it.I thought this was the place to do so....I was wrong. Based on my initial experience, they are more about getting your money and moving on.My purchase, $600, arrived late and damaged. I addressed with both the vendor a 4WP and I am still waiting on the replacemnt.When I call to get an update, there is none to be had other than its the carriers fault.I can accept that but the attitude, smuggness and lack professionalism it is deliverd with is unacceptable.Thank goodness there are other Jeep accessory stores in the Charlotte area. Enjoy the $600, it will be last you get from this NEW EAGER to spend money Jeep owner.

We recently had a winch, winch mount, and a lift kit installed on our 2021 Toyota Tundra. The price was reasonable for what was done, but the work is not so much. The cut outs they had to do for the winch mount is uneven. Parts of the bumper are now loose, and we have a button clip that is broken. You would think they would have replaced it. Also part of the bumper is not clipped back in and we cant get it to go back in. We read the reviews and thought it would be a good place to have the work done, we wont go back. Also called about having wheels and tires done, and received different answers about them each time. So we went somewhere else and we are glad we did.

Did not have mirrors in stock. But good crew.

I tried to order a tire from this company. They emailed me and said the billing address does not match the shipping address. Why they ask for two address, I have no idea. I often order items off the internet and get them shipped to where I want then to go. I explained this and their response was why do you have a mailing address in one place and a shipping address in another? Claiming they get a lot of fraud from that exact cause. I offered a picture of me holding my ID. Management refused to place my order, and asked if I want to change my billing address. I have a local credit union and Im not about to change it for this one intolerable company. They have also polluted my email, and I cannot unsubscribe from. I did not sign up for notification so Im still working on that. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you need to ship to an alternate address. Wasted my precious time.

I have gotten many accessories from 4 wheel parts. First time in the Charlotte store for new tires and rear shocks...Wes and Tim and the whole 4 wheel parts team really took care of me. Very knowledgeable and professional!!! Thanks to them my 2013 Taco drives GREAT and my new BF Gs 305 55/20 s were unbelievably quiet on the interstate! Thanks guys, I will be back !

The professionals at 4WP Charlotte really impressed me. Mike walked me around my truck was excited and had great enthusiasm. He helped me pick out the perfect parts tailored for my needs. The mechanics had my truck about 6 hours and I was impressed immediately by the stance and height of the truck. I am so pleased. I would highly recommend these guys instead of “joe blow” down the street. I also received a 3 year warranty. I’m glad I pulled in to 4WP.

Needing to get truck work done and checking reviews. Can’t help but to share my experience with this place that is so similar to others. Dropped my truck off for a level and tires was told it would take hours and it ended up taking an extra day. I was told my tires wouldn’t rub and they did. I then buy spacers from them and they put the wrong ones on and don’t tell me until I have been waiting in the shop for HOURS. Then try to convince me to buy rims while I’m there.

Bought a brand new 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat. I was a little uneasy turning over my brand new truck to these guys. I couldn’t be happier. These guys are awesome! Extremely professional and responsive. My lift was immaculate. Highly recommend PRO COMP with upgraded coil overs. Pro Comp wheels and Toyo Open Country Tires. Truck drives so much better than stock. Ride is AWESOME. These guys are awesome. Top notch service. All I had to do was give them the part numbers I wanted to order and they took care of the rest. Im still just blown away by how awesome my truck turned out. They took the grandpa right out of it. I will definitely be back for more stuff.

They did not correctly diagnose or fix the problem (after a month and a lot of $$$). Also, they over-torqued the suspension bolts and covered them completely in thread-locker, instead of just a bead. This made it difficult to get them out and several were damaged.

Ordered a part from their website. Stated it was In Stock and Ready to Ship. Waited 3 days and the status just said processing. I sent an email, turns out they did not have it In Stock. They were going to have it drop shipped from the manufacturer, but the product was discontinued. No one called to let me know anything. Very deceptive. I did give 2 stars, because they did provide a refund promptly.

I had to return a set of wheels I had ordered wrong . Wes welcomed me in and processed the return real quick . Also offered to help me find another set if I wanted to . I’ll keep coming here for out truck and Jeep parts . Long time customer here . Thanks

It has been 2 years since we got some awesome new wheels installed here on our Jeep Wrangler and we were not disappointed. Have been on the trail with them several times since and have not had any issues of any kind! Staff is courteous and helpful, very very pleased! :)

These guys are great. I worked primarily with Wes – great customer service and extremely knowledgeable. Wes was very helpful while I considered several options for my jeep - lift, wheels, tires, bumpers and lights. He was responsive to all my questions and provided solid advice and guidance.All parts met or exceeded committed delivery dates, and my installation date for the lift was actually moved earlier!I made the decision to install the bumpers myself. When I went to pick them up, there was no way they were going to fit in the jeep. I was going to have to rent a trailer and come back the next day to get the bumpers. The guys in the Service area watched my dilemma and one guy offered the use of his pick-up truck, and one of the 4WD suppliers who happened to be there offered to drive. They loaded the bumpers on the pick-up, followed me home, and helped me unload them. Above and Beyond – incredible. The Service guys rock.Thanks guys!!

Poor customer service by the associate, this was my first visit to the store and I am sure will not go back. I was brushed off.

Took my truck in for an over priced alignment due to it was pulling to the left. After they we’re finished the truck was still doing exactly what I took it in for. Absolutely no change in performance. When I took it back to them, they blamed uneven wear on the tires and said if I purchased new tires and it still pulled to the left, they would align it for free. Lucky for me, Im not a complete bleeping idiot and took the truck somewhere else. In and out in 1 hour at half the cost of what they charge and the truck drives perfect. Taking my business elsewhere.

I’ve done a good bit of business with them... but I was certain they made a mistake on my truck. I came in a little hot headed and they quickly pointed out that I was mistaken. They had done everything correctly. The issue I was having was from work I had done myself. They fixed the problem for free and handled a frustrated customer with grace and understanding.

If you buy from this company make sure you don’t install it if there is the slightest chance you’re going to return it! I purchased sidesteps and had them on for less than a week. When I found they didn’t work well for me or my family I was told I couldn’t return them as they had been mounted. I guess there aren’t any provisions when a product doesn’t work well for you. When I asked if I could return them to upgrade to another model I wasn’t called back, twice. The website touts an easy return process. Yeah, if it hasn’t touched your vehicle!

I called regarding a few various parts for my truck and was assisted by Wes on the phone. Excellent customer service, great energy and enthusiasm as soon as he picked up. I asked him numerous annoying questions and he gave explanations to every question or concern I had, not just simple Yes or No responses. I have an older truck and 1 of the items I was looking for they did have in stock. I appreciate the time Wes took to help me find what I was looking for. I hope he is commended for his customer service, it gained my business.

This guys did the lift on my jeep as well as installing bigger rims with 37 inch tires. Its been about a year and I dont have any issues. People complain about the waiting time but I havent seen anybody complain about the work they have done on their car, so they way I see it is you will receive good work on your car but you will have to wait a little longer than at the other places

I have placed two separate orders online at 4WP and have been nothing but frustrated. My first order took over a month to receive. More recently I ordered a winch on 5/26. The salesman said it wouldn’t be in until 6/15, even though the website said it was available for in store pickup. Well I called on 6/15 and was told it wasn’t in yet and they didn’t have an updated arrival date. The person I spoke to said he would make some calls and get me an updated arrival date and then never called me back. This will be the last purchase I make from them.6/29 Update: over a month since I ordered the winch and it still has not arrived.

Do not order from their website. They will not notify you if your parts are on back order, then when you chase them down to figure out where your stuff is they make it a nightmare to either get parts or a refund. Take you hard earned money elsewhere.

I wish I could give a review based upon the service I received, however I cannot because I received none. The store only had one customer and plenty of available employees to assist. I was looking to build a package for new wheels, tires, and a lift kit and ready to have it installed ASAP. They literally could have sold me anything. I just wanted the work done. Unfortunately, I walked in no one greeted me and I walked out. It’s November 24th approximately 5 PM and I’m sitting in front of the store to write this review because I have time.

Strike 2... I felt the exact same way 5years ago when walking in there....This TimeStood in line for 15 min and never was acknowledged... And was given a extremely high quote as if I could not afford it.. I am mechanically sound and noticed some of the labor quote was unnecessary. I only went there because I have a truck suspension rebuild Im getting done ...was only looking for a quality shop... And I can tell that I was not in a Welcomed Environment. The front desk Rep lack of acknowledgement and quick Extremely High Estimate was a turn off...When the white guy in front of me was given Unconditional Service.. he was feeling as if he had the store to himself.I was served like I did not qualify to be there.I will go to City Chevrolet before I ever get work done at a Place that doesnt Seem to Respect this Black Man (Family Man)(Just because you got good service.. doesnt mean that I did😔)

The knowledgeable staff at 4WP Store #54 facilitated the seemingly overwhelming process of leveling my truck and installing new wheels. I will definitely be back for help related to any other modifications.

Horrible service. I ordered rims and tires and it took two weeks for them to get here and when it did they didn’t even have my 4th rim and I didn’t discover it until I got home. Also when I went into the store no one was wearing their mask and they acted like they didn’t care at all that they had delayed my order for the second time. Never coming here again.

Very great place to get any kind of custom four wheel drive work done. I recently bought a Jeep someone had put a lot of parts and money into but lacked the instillation skill. I was able to sort most of it out myself but still had a mysterious noise from time to time. Mike, the front desk manager listened to my concerns and got me an appointment as soon as he could. They were able to identify the issue and solve it for me, also gave me a great alignment. The head mechanic Jim comes across as extremely knowledgeable and eager to help.

Wes is awesome. He is so nice and helpful. They have great prices. I totally recommend 4 wheel parts.

Called at 915 am spoke with Wes he said he would research and call me back. Called again at 1030 am, again he said he would get back to me. No call back spent $1500 at Macs customs for a lift kit instead. They had time for me. Heading there now to pick out wheels and tires. Not even looking at this place again.

I didn’t end up buying anything so take it with a grain of salt. The sales floor is excellent and the desk guys are very knowledgeable. The prices were astronomical in comparison to other quotes I got for the same parts/ work.

My experience with this company was not the best. I attempted to order some wheels for an old truck of mine and I found a good deal on the ones I wanted however after placing the order I was informed that they were out of stock. Online they were in stock, I was told that the inventory is not related to the website. After waiting for 2 months for them to be shipped I decided to call and cancel my order, suddenly they were in stock again and he could have them shipped today. I decided to cancel anyway and I was hung up on. My advice, pay a little more money somewhere else and get treated like you are an important customer, not just another sales number.

RUN AWAY! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! The customer service is pathetic.Id give zero stars if I could. Summit Racing is a MUCH better option.

Called for a part. They were helpful in locating an item I needed and could have it here tomorrow (half inch wheel spacer). Unfortunately, they were 300% higher than Amazon. I am all about supporting local, but seeing how this is not a local business. They can do better on pricing.

Great experience with these guys. I went into the store with questions and a bunch of ideas for my JK, and just a little bit of knowledge (which Jeep owners know can be a dangerous thing). Wes took the time to answer my questions, go over what could and could not be done with my Jeep and put together a few different options for me to choose from. In the end I went with the lift Wes recommended and I couldnt be happier with the results (thanks to mechanic Jim, for making my Jeep look great!) or the service! Thanks!

They back up their word with their work better than most. May have taken a few trips back to get my broke Jeep fixed, but at least they get it done, honestly and provide fair rates and discounts to vets! Staff has always been friendly and fun sharing offroad stories and recommendations.

Orderd some parts from their parent website and received the wrong ones. Rather than pay shipping to return them I drove an hour to the store. That was a good call. I talked to salesperson, Jeff Wright, and he found the parts I needed (in another state) and had them shipped to me, he even waived the shipping fee, thanks Jeff. He was able to get me a full refund on the parts I was returning and overall was super helpful. I HIGHLY recommend going to see these guys if you have any 4x4 needs or questions.

4WP turned my bad experience into a great one! I ordered an intake online and had it shipped to this location. The day it was supposed to arrive a different warehouse lost it. Tim took care of me. He found another one and got it in the next morning. I am grateful he went above and beyond to fix another locations mistake. Id recommend calling them to order vs doing it online. Great staff!

I recently bought an old Toyota truck to use as a hunting truck. I wanted brush guards, a winch, LED lighting and a rear bumper with a trailer hitch. I went to 4-Wheel Parts and was led through a series of options by the person behind the counter. I ordered the parts and paid my deposit. I received a call that my parts were in to make an appointment for installation. I made the appointment I had the truck there when the store opened and was assured that it would be done by closing time. I asked the salesperson to call me if the truck was not going to be ready for any reason because it was going to be difficult arranging for a ride to pick it up. I did hear from the salesman but only to tell me that the front bumper I ordered on his recommendation came in unprotected by paint or powder coat. “My bad” was what he told me and that he hadn’t read the specifications closely before ordering. I told him to just paint the bumper black I never heard from anyone again at 4-Wheel Parts so around 2 o’clock I called to confirm that my truck would be ready by 6 o’clock. I arrived around 5:15 and was told that the truck would be ready by 6:00. I went up the street for a drink while I waited. At 5:30 I received a call saying the truck would not be ready today because the lights were not wired and it would take 2 hours in the morning before it would be done. At this point I expressed my frustration at not being notified and having wasted half my afternoon finding and getting a ride to pick up a truck that wasn’t ready. The next morning I received a call around 11:30 that the truck was done and ready for pickup. I showed up around 1:30 and when I opened the door to the truck I found the wiring package for the trailer hitch which had not been installed. I didn’t have time to wait for it to be installed right then and had to bring it back and wait an hour the next day.I am satisfied with the work and the parts but am very disappointed at the poor customer service and lack of attention to detail regarding my purchase. I doubt I will be headed to 4-Wheel Parts again.

Beyond Excellent customer service. I am working in Charlotte from Dallas and had issues with my existing lift so had my lift kit upgraded while traveling between Dallas and Charlotte. I had a very important meeting the next day and desperately needed my truck. Wes and Tim went above and beyond and stayed 2 hours after close and waited for me to get in from the airport. I offered them both cash for their troubles and both refused. Hard to find service like that these days. I HIGHLY recommend.

Closed 3 days prior to a hurricane that hasn’t even hit the coast yet. You have got to be kidding. Flower shops and lingerie stores are open today but the big tough guys at this place can’t manage to open. It’s 75 and sunny today.I will take my thousands of dollars I used to spend there annually elsewhere from now on.

Indoor lobby is extremely nice with all the parts that you want scattered throughout the store making it look great and enticing. Their service was great. Originally tried to go to another 4x4 store and told them my issues and they kind of just brushed me off. This place took care of me and helped me with my issues. I will be coming here in the future. Customer service was great I had recently bought a winch and mounting plate wouldn’t bolt up using the bolts they had shipped with it called and talked to Ryan he gave me a couple of ideas and was willing to unpack the one in the store and give me the specs on that one to make sure it was not a factor defect after sometime messing with it I had used two bolts that came with it and the two factor bolts. I have bought several other items there and have had great service every time will continue to shop there.

Awful experience there I had a high expectations about this place after looking at some of the videos from a four wheel parts store at the Minnesota well the one in Charlotte is a total joke I drove 45 minutes down to this place for a part that I clearly called about the day before and they claimed they had it once I get there the guy tells me they never have the part they never will get the part he didn’t try to help me he was rude and very unprofessional I would not recommend anybody do business here I went five minutes down the road and got the part I needed and the guy was very professional and nice and even helped with some other issues. This place is a joke

Place is a joke or dont care what products they are selling to people. Bought a product from them that I was told worked for my trucked, a wheel adapter. The old studs have to be cut and modified which they did not explain. They allowed me to leave their store not knowing and tire shop informed me later that they were not correct or the old studs had to be cut. Called to ask them that and they knew with that product already they had to be cut. After learning no other tire shop around would do that type of modification, I then tried to schedule and appointment with them for installation and they told me it would be another 300$ for labor????

As always the guys at four wheel parts were very patient and helpful in tracking down the problem with my Jeep. Its the only place I go for mechanical and parts

Ordered a winch trying to support local .amazon coulda delivered it friday. They said they could also ,called sat to get a tracking # ..now Ill be waiting till monday a whole weekend lost.

We are 3 days away from a potential rain day from a Hurricane. They are closed. I had an appointment for work on my truck today, I went to drop it off. no call, email, nothing. They did call their staff though because me and the other guy who had an appointment were the only people there. They have been great up to this incident, But leaving out any notification and making me show up with a ride (That I had to talk into it picking me up) was uncool and unprofessional.Update: after they reopened they called and scheduled me for Wednesday, they took a bit longer than they estimated, but the job they did was wonderful.

Just had a brand new set of Toyo M/T’s installed on my Ford Raptor. These guys not only proved matched but did a great job owning up to a simple mistake and correcting it by ordering me new wheels. These guys did the right thing, were upfront and honest about the mistake and corrected it immediately. Can’t say enough good things about these guys and truly appreciate them going above and beyond to rectify the situation. Stop in and give them some business. Hard to find good ethical companies these days.

I purchased a FlashPac for my Jeep, but it was not the right one for a 2015. But needed a Flash cal insead. They took the PAC back and refunded the difference. No hassle. Thanks. I Would have a 5 star, but should not have been sold the wrong device, but they made it better without a problem.

Went by the shop because they advertise specials for military, police and firefighters, I was experiencing death wobble. When I explained that I only need someone to test drive my vehicle to let me know whether it was safe to drive, I was told the earliest I could be seen was 3 weeks from now??????? I also explained that I needed new tires (37s) and potentialy rims, the answer was still 3 weeks. Went down the road and not only was seen, but the problem was fixed in about 1 hour. Guess I know who is getting a tire and rim sale! WONT BE BACK! Thanks for supporting the Military.

Shoty wiring , terrible job mounting of hoses and frigen zip tied wires to parking brake cable. Unbelievable how bad everyrhing is installed. We need to discuss my install in person. The installer needs to be fired I already had to repair it twice on my own. I will be back but not to buy anything. I will tell everyone.

Ordered Smittybilt winch mount. Promised delivery today. Drove over to store across Charlotte traffic. Part was not ordered by store staff in time. Tried to get my deposit back. Rude manager Doug made process very difficult. I have not received money credited back in my account. Bank said store has not submitted refund. Im sure this is intentional because I wouldnt wait for part. No customer service skills. No reason to shop in this store. Buy direct online.

Went there for a quote and to order what I needed. The person who was assisting me didnt really seem to care or be informative when I asked questions. I received an incomplete rough estimate that was significantly higher than other places. I could have done that on my own and saved my time.

Poor customer service over several interactions. Only service certain brands they have existing contracts with so unwilling to help install outside parts. Very expensive for time and labor. So many other shops around Charlotte that can do the same work at the same quality with better customer experience.

This place sucks, the talked me into selling back my rough country lift because a pro comp lift would ride better, so I did and the lift rides horrible , every bump I hit my head almost goes through the roof. I also have taken it back twice for them to fix something and both times they say nothing is wrong and can’t fix the problem. Every corner I go around my traction control light comes on and shakes the wheel but they said they can fix it, and a noise coming back from my front right suspension when I turn left and go over a bump and they can’t fix that either which they should be able to since they put it on. DONT GO HERE PLACE SUCKS!

I can echo a lot of what people have said about wait times, for them to only tell you another week another week. Called multiple times to get tire and rims that were in stock only to get told that they were to busy to take my business. Well they lost my business and I will be sure to give my businesss to someone who can deliver such as amazon or another off road shop.

I had a 6 pro comp lift, tires and rims put on a 1 yo F150 looked good but steering wobbled after 5k miles. They said there was a manufacturer problem with a control arm, it was replaced same thing happened after another 5-8k miles. They did the right thing and helped out with a new set of BFGs. Three years ago I bought a Tundra put level kit and Pro Comp tires and rims, after 5k miles steering started to wobble. I have spent a lot of money at 4 WP and I am done. First yes I rotated the tires, almost all Hwy miles back and forth to Raliegh. Lesson is stay away from anything pro comp parts and tires they are crap. Cheap knock offs with a Pro Comp name on it. Last visit I was told I needed $1500. Of front end parts. When I left the wobble got worst I found out lugs were not tighten on front left tire. Was this done on purpose, I hope not. But I wont be back.

Im new to the Jeep world. This is the biggest offroad store around my area. Even though this place was over an hour from where I live, it was worth the drive. The sales person I talked to (Jeff Wright) was very patient as I asked him 100 questions WebKit everything Jeep.The prices arent HIGH, but they arent cheap either. I will say, everything they have is quality name brand stuff. They warranty everything they sell. For the items I need too rely on, I will be buying from them.

I needed help. With the huge number of available headlight and fog light upgrades available for my Jeep WranglerJK I could not make a well informed decision. Online sites and reviews all seemed to push the products they carry or profit most from as being the best in some way shape or form. Reaching out bnb to the Jeep forums I received many recommendations and opinions ranging from buy these off Ebay, they were only $80 and they are great, just as good as brand XYZ (that are $700) to the Only way to go is brand XYZ (at $600-$900), everything else is a waste of money.I went in to the store to talk to someone there who has the knowladge and first hand experience of installing, seeing, selling everything from the $80 lights to the $900 lights.Wes helped me, I had a lot of questions, he had answers for each, he was patient, courteous, friendly, offered a variety of options and gave 1st hand knowledge of how each option performed. Based on the requirements/my needs Wes guided me to the JW Speaker Evolution J2 headlights andJW Speaker 6145 J2 series fog lights.After having them installed I can say that Wes understood my needs, recommend the correct lights that met , even exceeded my expectations. On top of this the JW Speaker lights were all on Sale saving me hundreds which Wes pointed out that I could purchase the JW Speaker lighting at the same cost of lesser quality lighting.Thank you Wes and 4WHEELPARTS, I am an absolutely 100% satisfied customer from the service I received to the Sale price and finally with the product (JW Speakers) reccomend to meet my needs.

Never been there, been stuck in traffic in front of it several times the past year

I had a bumper, winch and grill insert installed. They broke the tabs on my grill that hold it on the hood and half way repaired it. I wasnt going to post anything until this morning while driving down the highway my truck shuts down. I get pulled over and find that when they hooked the winch up to the battery they crossed threaded the nut holding cable that links both batteries and it wasnt tight and the cables had started melting because of the loose connection. I would double check anything they do since they dont seem to check anything leaving their shop.

Staff here is awesome. They worked with me so that I got exactly what I wanted.
