I had the worst experience in my life at this store, I went there for a death battery. Alex ( assistant at the store) told me that we can charge the battery first then test it out, i accept it and left the battery to charge for around 3 hours, when I came back to the store, as soon as i got close the battery you can smell the burning smell and he tested and he said it is a good battery, even tho it was hot. He refused to change it because i still have warranty. He did not help me out at all; the worst part is when i lifted it the acid start coming out and Alex said “ That’s fine bro, don’t worry it is normal” and the dude that is working with him confirmed it. The acid got all over my hands and on my jacket. Now i have some holes in the jacket because if that. He didn’t gave me a plastic bag, he didn’t help me putting it in the car. Now my hands feels like burning and kinda sensitive and I don’t know what could happened next... i never thought that advance has that bad costumer service and careless staff. I am calling tomorrow the company to file a complaint, because that is not accept it and if something happened to my hands skin i will take further actions.

This is the greatest Advance Auto Parts store there is. The staff Dee, Alex and everybody that works there goes out of their way to help you no matter what the situation!! A very well ran store!!

This store is temporarily closed due to an employee that came up with covid

I went in to buy an air freshener but needed to use the restroom the most. After the gentleman says the bathroom was not working I ask for the aisle for air freshener Did not find what I use so I turned and walked out the door. A few minutes later this bald headed guy with glasses (Im assuming the guy in charge) comes out asking for his air freshener. At first I thought he was joking but he was serious he ask a second time. Im thinking omg he thinks I stole a 2.99 item this is crazy! He then ask me to empty my pockets I told him take the jacket nothing is in it. At this point Im pissed. I did not yell nor make a scene because this man had it all wrong...about the situation the air freshener about his thought process and most importantly his views. Its sad when a woman looking to use the restroom is accused of stealing product. ....not all people are thieves. I see why this place had bad reviews it stems from the service.

Horrible customer service both in store and over the phone. waited over 10min on hold to be hung up on. called back put on hold hung up on after almost another 10 minutes.
