I couldn’t ask for or expect better service! My sales guy, Brian, is ALWAYS happy to assist and offers any help that he can. If, by chance, I have a question he is unable to answer or is unsure of the accuracy of his information he does not hesitate to advise me to ask someone who has a bit more expertise in the area rather than try to “up sell” me on inaccurate or unneeded parts. Every time I call, he makes me feel like an extension of the WIT family, asking how my husband and I have been and about the progress on our build. The fact that my parts are always delivered next day - even when I’ve ordered a few minutes before 5 - is just a sweet bonus (they’re in NC, I’m in SC at the GA border). WIT’s prices are also very competitive and usually lower than anywhere else I’ve shopped, but with their excellent customer service I’d happily pay a little extra.

I know these guys dont make parts. But be very careful with hyper blue pistons in 4l60s. These flare 2-3 and burn 3/4 clutch. Please use OEM black. Save yourself the trouble and money

I ordered a part here last Mon to be delivered and on Wed it still hadnt come. After contacting the business they informed me they didnt have my credit card on file even though I had used them numerous times before. I assumed the part would be delivered on Wed but when no part I called on Thurs and had to leave a message for the same woman that I had been dealing with all along. I received no call back nor no part on Fri. On Mon I contacted them again and spoke to the same woman who advised me she didnt know where my order was or why it hadnt been delivered. I asked to speak to the manager and explained the situation to him. The only response he could give was What do you want me to do about it? Apparently they dont value their repeat business or need any additional business. They might also want to consider additional training in customer service.
