Cant say enough about Christian at this location. Every time I go in he is so polite, helpful and knowledgeable. His customer service is outstanding!

Great to have a neighborhood paint store. The builder had left a small container of paint without a color name or number, but the sales associate was able to come up with a perfect match. She was also very knowledgeable and informative.

I like Sherwin-Williams Paints. The store is always clean and neat. The employees are polite but on my last visit, one employee, a tall Caucasian person with a mustache did not wear his protective mask over his nose. This blatant disregard for customer safety, CDC Guidelines, Charleston City Mask Ordinance, infection prevention is inexcusable. The store has a big sign on the front requiring mask wearing. I am a senior and wounded warrior, who is combat 100% disabled, with a compromised immune system and if I caught the Coronavirus it would be a quick death sentence. The employee should be reprimanded and ordered to follow his companys mask wearing policy!

Sherwin-Williams has been our go-to paint store over three states and 50 years of marriage! Our local store here in West Ashley continues the tradition of great service, knowledge, and quality products. We learned long ago that buying cheap paint only saves you money to start with; but you pay more and do twice the work when you have to redo the job in a short time.

Great customer service and overall experience. They were able to identify the exact color paint I was looking for, provide recommendations, and were cheaper than their competition.

Great location, excellent staff. It was a bit busy when I went in, but the young lady took time with me, helped allay my one concern and was tremendous. Great attitude, and she provided a very good experience. My first time there (and not at Lowes), but not my last! :)

After sending a request for options I was responded to quickly with multiple options for the smallest of projects. There are so many options! I arrived to see Justin helping a customer with a dolly full of paint. The cashier was very friendly.I used to get my paints at Home Depot... not anymore!

I thought Saturdays were a bad day to visit, but (evidently) Thursdays arent much better. The sales person, admittedly, told me she wasnt trained in wall paper. So I took my sample book home, called the 800 number and ordered my paper. Only to be told 3 days later, that the pattern had been discontinued. UGH! Wasted trip. Will get the rest of my paint from Lowes and will find my discontinued paper in an online store. Dont bother going here for help. They arent trained!

Only place I will buy paint and other painting needs from. Justin runs a great ship and is always willing to help. Great staff and always has what I need. Highly recommend coming to this location.

We own a painting company and have used Sherwin Williams for years. We are locally black owned with high ratings on Home Advisor and spend a great deal of money with Sherwin Williams. Our home store is on Ashley Phosphate but one of our customers is in the West Ashley area. 4/28/2019 at 4:50pm we were helped by a very nice lady named Maria who tended to our needs. Unfortunately the manager Justin refused to address us when we entered and never said a word to us but when a Caucasian couple entered he jumped to their needs and they arrived after us. Maria who was working under the manager then helped us. We thank Maria for her help but due to the way we felt unwelcome in this store location because of Justin, we will not return to this location.

Worst service ever !!!! Im a painting contractor and have a business account with Sherwin Williams I walked into the store located at Ader ave west ashley Sunday morning looking to buy paint they only had one girl in the store who was serving a customer a lady who obliviously was not a painting contractor after waiting she finally asked me what I needed I asked what the deal was with the 35% discount offer she said not to worry about it contractors get a better price then that well thats NOT TRUE the lady who bought 1 can of paint bought it cheaper then me the painting contractor can buy it WOW !!! thanks Sherwin Williams for looking after me lets see how much business the lady brings back to you I only wanted 50 gallons went to HOME DEPOT they were more than happy to look after me my advice to all you painting contractors out there is to viod using Sherwin Williams for a month and let them survive on the ladies who buy a gallon of paint every 10 years
