A really big selection of hardware. I was surprised to see such a big variety of several things I needed. And very friendly staff. Very helpful. Good customer service.

The store is always clean and organized, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The items I purchased, I was not knowledgeable about, but the employee who help me was. In fact I was more than impressed with her friendliness and knowledge of law and garden. Renee, I believe was her name.

I was impressed by how many things I could get here; I always thought that they would have a limited selection since they are half the size if Menards, HomeDepot, and Rural King. Their store brand of tools looked decent and was offered at a great price. We did stop in because their website showed that they had vacuums when they did not.The staff was very friendly. I was briefly annoyed when the very kind sales associate began incorrectly explaining the ramifications of the stimulus checks to patrons... Ive taken Marco economics and he clearly has not... As soon as he stopped giving people false information, he was back to being the nicest guy. If 4.5 stars were an option, I would have gone with it.

Absolutely the BEST customer service! To say that they go above & beyond is an understatement. The friendliness & helpfulness of the staff is a long-lost treasure in todays big box stores. This Ace Hardware does it right!

A little pricier than the big box stores in the area, but the cost is made up for with a convenient location, quick checkouts and friendly, knowledgeable service. You dont have to spend 20 minutes trying to get the attention of a staff member because they are right there for you. Finding somone to help you locate something is easy. And if you need some questions answered, then there is staff on hand who can get them answered.

My friend and I went there with our kids today to buy some bolts and the kids had to use the restroom. As his daughter was headed to the restroom she got sick and puked on the floor. We saw a mop and cleaned it up so the staff didnt have to. We were very polite and apologised. An older man that work there with a white beard was unhelpful and extremely rude to us if we werent trying to get her out of there and home because she was sick I would have talked to the manager and ripped that guy in white beard and new one I believe he should be reprimanded and Im going to wait till I come down and then contact the management. We did not know she was sick and that man had no right to be that rude to us. Ive lived in this town for over 40 years and I can honestly say I am done shopping at this overpriced rude store. I dont care what my needs are in the future. No customer should ever be treated that way ever. Ace hardware goodbye. I will never speak well of this store ever again.

I took my mower blade there to get it sharpened, twice! They ask me for my phone number, and say they will call when its ready. One week later, both times, no call. I stop in and its ready, but why take the phone number if youre not going to call?Also, their staff (certain ones) can be very rude. Im not a fan of the over-priced Ace Hardwares, but once in awhile I have to go there for certain things. Its a shame that the staff can be so rude.

The staff doesnt wait for you to ask for help. They come to you. Even if you arent spending a lot they still treat you like you are. Very good store!

Fair selection but a little pricey

Weve been going here for years. They give great advice that has helped me save money on repair projects.

Most of the employees are helpful and know the store products well. One or two are grumpy.

Isles are a bit random and nobody around to help.. Got what I needed and found a grill I could buy or make a down payment on a car.

They have everything here and wonderful customer service.
