The store is clean and neat. Well stock. Employees are pleasant.

Employees on the floor were courteous but the lady with the face shield at the first register is very rude Everytime Im in there. She will stare me up and down till I say hello how are you then she says hi with a mean tone, when you get to register to check out she does not greet you she doesnt even tell you your total only time she spoke was when I got cash back and she said, ugh oh my God!! 50 dollars!! Argh!! Shes a very rude, African American woman and I will not come back bc of how she treats me, this was second time of her rudeness. I figured the manager would straighten that lady out bc manager is on top of everything in that store and I find it strange she tolerates that ladies rudeness.

Largest Dollar tree I have ever been in! My roommate and I were both shocked and pleased at the size of it. And for a dollar store or eat actually pretty clean and bright. Im used to dark and dingy. Didnt even have time to go through everything as we were short on time. We will definitely be coming back here for all the small essentials and needs one has when moving into a new place.

Ladies this is where they take the pictures for dollar tree catalogs. Thought I had died and gone to Dollar tree heaven. Stocked to the ceiling, everything in order and a huge store. Spent over $100, totally worth it.

I get all my organizing bins and they have great cleaning tools. My kids love the selection of school supplies

Dollar Tree on Folly Road on James Island is a fun place to shop for a wide selection of items for a good value and price. They have a lot of essential items, but also fun items that can work as gift ideas. This store t well managed and organized and I have enjoyed shopping here every time I have been here.

I went into the dollar tree store on James island like I always do. It’s this older lady with glasses that is a cashier n she is very rude. I spoke to her manager before n he stated that other customers has complained about her too. So I went yesterday n she was rude again. First with a lady in front of me when she asked the cashier for 2 fives for a ten. The cashier rolled her eyes n her tone was very rude when she told the lady she didn’t have it. So when he ranged me up I gave her a 20 n she rolled her eyes n rudely stated she had to wait for change. This lady needs to be fired n I told her yesterday that her attitude is very nasty. She still had her attitude n was like what did I do n what are you talking about. I told her not to worry about it n asked for the manager.

Came in to get a few things today and as I moved my items closer to her as the elderly woman walked away from the station, Rhett very rudely said “You didn’t have to do that, you can wait.” I was appalled. Coming from someone who is a very kind person and sincere, especially to the elderly... she replied “she is 94 years old.” I said “and I was very respectful of that, you on the other hand are being super rude and insane. “ I asked to speak to her manager and she said “sure he’s right over there, I don’t care. Frank... she Wants to talk with you.” I spoke with Frank and without EVEN LOOKING IN MY EYES he just nodded. I will NOT BE BACK.

I loved this Dollar Tree because it had a wide variety of things that I was looking for awhile during the pandemic. The store was clean and well organized.

I would rate this dollar tree six out of five stars if that were an option. I drive 69 miles out of my way each day just to go to this specific dollar tree.

Went to the folly rd dollar tree ,to exchange some items. the manager Rhett was very rude. has no class when explaining how things are returned. not to mention she cant count. brought in 20 items and she assured us there was only 16 items .said there were no cash returns. we could only exchange , no food items. the wife counted there was 20. Rhett is rude and not friendly.

Dollar Tree is a good store with lots of things that can be obtained for a low price.

I was just in this dollar tree and the store manager Jeff needs to be fired asap. He tried to kick out and trespass an African American woman for no reason. I will not be returning until I know he is FIRED!

Good place for Seniors or singles to get small portion

This particular location is going through a redo on their current floor plan, so its a little harder than usual to find your items. They should be complete with the new layout by the end of the month and we are looking forward to seeing it.

Excellent place to pick up some basic products at a dollar each! Careful you dont spend a bunch of stuff that will up your cart, cuz its just a dollar and the cart is packed and you end up spending 3 Times on everything you ended up with. Over all its a nice clean store with a variety of everything youre looking for. Luv that store! And the employees are awesome as well. You can get sunglasses and even batterys!

I really enjoyed shopping there tonight everything was in perspective they just had a few things that I didnt have a few things that I wanted but and through it all the store was clean and nice and everything never been poised were very friendly I will always go back
