Absolutely the WORST!!!!!!! My wife bought a new phone, had them transfer data and the next day there are problems. She spent 3 hours on the phone for technical service and they couldnt fix the issues. They suggested to go back to the store for a new phone. We went there and they closed 30 minutes EARLY!!!! There were 2 employees still there. My wife is a nurse and is on call for emergency surgeries. SHE NEEDS HER PHONE TO WORK PROPERLY!!!! The employees DID NOT CARE!!!!! Looks like we will change our phone services to Verizon!!!!!!

I went to T-Mobole store on July 4. So surprised it was open. There were two sales reps & 2 customers, incl. myself. What? No wait? Was waited on right away. I just needed a couple of things shown to me about my phone that werent working correctly. The guy I worked with showed me what to do. And bam! Five minutes later I was out the door. Worthwhile & pleasant visit (better than calling 611). Bottom line is dont be lazy by calling into 611. The ride to the store is no biggie & you get farther (with your phone)in person!

Came in today for a new phone and Jay was excellent! I couldn’t remember any passwords or access my Apple ID to start the new phone and he was knowledgeable with solutions and so patient through it all! Definitely ask for Jay for any of your T-Mobile needs!

Sold me a non functioning WiFi hotspot. Hopefully they choose to make it right when I visit tomorrow. If so I will amend the rating. However I’m not happy about being lied to about it working when it clearly doesn’tUpdate: it ended up being a dud SIM card which that they replaced. I’m still not upgrading to 5 stars because the first salesperson lied and said he checked it to see if it was good when in obviously wasn’t. The lady that helped me on the second day was excellent however

Dont go to this place. They told me my bill would be $130 then changed it to $224. Their service sucks too. Verizon quoted me $120 just go there instead of wasting your time with Tmobile.

Every time I come to this location, everyone is always so helpful and professional. But one rep in particular, Edwin has superb customer service skills. I work in customer service myself, so to come in contact with someone who is not only helpful and professional but also personal was awesome. He made sure my boyfriend and I understood everything he stated. As well as keeping us updated on what he was doing and making small talk with us. I will make sure to recommend Edwin to everyone.Thank you so much for your help!! 5 stars from me.

I love T Mobile. Recieved my new phone Wednesday...went to the store for them to set it up. Everything transferred perfectly also purchased some things, 1 being a phone case that I decided I didnt like so went back 2 days later and no questions asked they promptly did a return and I purchased another one that works much better for me and it was a lot cheaper. Both times the staff did everything above and beyond my expectations. Actually all my store visits have been awesome...THANK YOU T MOBILE STAFF...from A 10+yrs customer.

This location is fantastic! I cannot say enough about Suni Mckelvey. She listened and was super sympathetic to an issue I was having and she truly went above and beyond to help me, even coming in on her day off to assist me. Talk about outstanding customer service! If I could give 0 stars I would!! Horrible service provided by one of the sales associates Ryan C. towards my mother. He failed to listen to her needs for a new phone and profiled and assumed what he thought she should have. As she is a senior citizen this store treated her with the most disrespect and disregarded her needs. The manager was also no help at all. Save your money and your time with dealing with people from this store!!!!!

I’ve never been to this location without having some sort of issue and although the staff is friendly service is extremely slow. Typically it’s to come in and upgrade my phone, some issue occurs that they can’t seem to figure out, I jump online and am able to do it myself. Disappointing and a waste of time to come in store

My husband went in today to get a copy of his phone records. He was told by Edwin that it was the stores policy that they couldnt print it out and to call customer care.Well we knew it was a bunch of bs because, we called and spoke to customer care.He said that the person there can do it and there is no policy.He even told us that he was just being lazy and probably only said that because he did not want to waste paper,but he could of emailed them to us instead.I called the t mobile store and spoke with Edwin .He still tried to insist that it was the stores policy not knowing that we just got off the phone with another tmobile rep.I have purchasd a phone from here in the past and they lied about when the phone would come out just to make sale. They will say anything to get you out the door,and to keep money in their pockets.Yall are a bunch of liars .I will be calling corporate!

Well I have been a long time customer of T-Mobile. I have been frequenting this store since they were known as Suncom mobile. The store always had A+ Customer Service. Anytime I came in with a problem I left happy and content with my services until recently. The customer service is not the same to the point where Ive had enough and after 17 years I am now a Verizon Wireless customer. Leaving T-Mobile has been bitter sweet. I know Im not alone when I say Jimmy, Hope and Jeanine kept all customers at this location satisfied and now that they are gone the store is not the same. Thanks for allowing me to vent. CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?

Its a shame they are the only T-Mobile open till 8. Theyre slow as death and if you come in to buy anything other than a phone, plan to wait until theyre done talking and fiddling with the customer theyll have been fiddling with when you first came in, standing on hold with customer support ...with the customer lol. Theyre not a reflection of the other stores. This one is unprofessional and poorly organized. One register should deal with customers waiting to just leave. Smh. Its not even very busy there. This crew just doesnt care and seem to hope youll leave.

Go to another T-Mobile. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. We first dealt with Stephanie to get set up with another line and a new phone. We thought she was helpful until we figured out the next day that she added a feature to both lines that we had to pay for without our consent or knowledge. That was the first mess up. I got the new LG K20 Plus on Thursday. Friday I was back in the store because my wi-fi calling wouldnt stay connected so I went in and spoke with a rep who never gave me her name. She informed me that I had apps installed that I didnt need, which had absolutely nothing to do with my wi-fi issue. She took the phone and played around with it but never diagnosed it. So she went and got the store manager Norman who decided it was the 911 address. I had already updated it earlier that same day and informed him of such but he ignored me and decided that was the issue and washed his hands of me and my phone. He did offer a $25 credit to help with the restocking fee but this was all he offered and Im not paying a restocking fee for a phone that doesnt work. That is T-Mobiles problem, not mine. I walked out with nothing resolved. So I waited the weekend and into the week to see if my problem would resolve on its own. Still not working a week later so I went back into the store Weds night and spoke with Derek. I told him my issue, told him weve already been in the store once and talked to technical support and I just wanted to trade in for a new phone (buyers remorse is 14 days) but he informed me that if he could get the phone working he would have to charge a $50 restocking fee, regardless of what I said because at this store the customer is wrong and T-Mobile is right. I once again brought up buyers remorse but he ignored me as well and continued trying to get the phone to connect. Then he decided that it was an issue of a feature not being added. When I asked why my prepaid phone didnt need this feature added he completely ignored me and went right back to talking with my boyfriend. I left again without the issue resolved. So I called corporate and for the record buyers remorse is an OBLIGATION for T-Mobile. They have to replace your phone in that 14 days if it isnt working and they dont have to see if its working to avoid the restocking fee. So dont let any store rep ever tell you this. From Corporate (because I had to go through them in order to get a new phone which is outrageous) you are within your right in that 14 day period after purchasing a new phone to have it replaced free of charge if it isnt working. Corporate told me I had done more than I should have and that they would take care of my problem and ended up fixing my issue by sending me a new phone (which is all I wanted). Its a shame I had to go through corporate because the store associates were too lazy to actually listen to me. Oh and a store manager was supposed to call me back regarding my first trip to the store but I never heard back from her. Terrible customer service from this store. Dont come here for anything.

Brand new customer. Rep lost USB-C adapter that came with brand new Samsung Galaxy S8. Daniel, who claimed to be the Assistant Manager initially but later insisted that he was the Store Manager was very defensive and rude right off the bat. He refused to take any responsibility for the lost adapter.
