Recently reached out to Tri County Mobile Marine to have a outboard motor serviced since it was not starting. Tyler was quick to call me back after reaching out to them via their online contact form. Unfortunately he was not able to service the motor as he no longer works on those makes anymore. However I was impressed with his level of professionalism and taking the time to call back. Tyler did advise of another mechanic that specialized in these outboard motors and that was relatively close to the boats location. It was very much appreciated the advice and I would most certainly reach back out them if it is another outboard motor. Thanks.

Honest, based on my brief experience. I called Tyler and described a problem my outboard was having. He listened to my issue and told me it sounded like it might be an easy fix that I could do myself. He gave me a couple steps to try and said if they didnt work to call him back for an appointment. Said something a long the lines of I dont want to come over there and take your money if its not necessary.Well, his instructions worked, and my boat is back on the water. I will not hesitate to call for future repairs.

Excellent communication, fast service and willing to go the extra mile! Tyler absolutely saved the day with amazing customer service by getting my boat up and running just in time for my annual fishing trip with my Dad who lives 900+ miles away. People like Tyler owner of Tri County Mobile Marine are hard to find in this industry so look no further!

Tyler provided some suggestions over the phone to see if the issue could be resolved without a service call. He arrived on schedule and quickly dentified the issue. He had the part in his van and performed some additional preventative maintenance. Pricing was competitive, actually less than a trip to the dealer. Highly reccomended!

I was stressing about who to use for my 175 Suzuki engine that would not start. Found Tri-County Mobile Marine online and spoke with Tyler. He was knowledgeable and gave me confidence that he could diagnose the issue effectively. He even tried to instruct me as to what he expected the problem was. He was right. He and his assistant Adam got to my house and had the issue resolved in 30 mins. Best $150 I have ever spent and will not hesitate to call if I have another problem.

We recently had the cylinder head on our Suzuki four-stroke outboard get clogged up with salt, and corrosion lead to a water breach. The boat started misfiring at low RPM, and I checked the spark plugs, and we had a spark plug full of water on the middle cylinder and milky oil. I called Tyler at Tri County Mobile Marine and explained the above issue, and based on the make/model and prior experience, he immediately diagnosed the problem over the phone. He put a new cylinder head on for us, and the boat now runs perfectly. From the time we dropped it off, Tyler communicated his progress to us via text and call (communication you don’t see with dealerships), and he finished the project honestly, quickly and at a reasonable cost. He did several oil changes on the boat to ensure all water was out of the engine; he didn’t mention this at pick-up, but I noticed later that he changed all anodes at no extra cost, which is key in saltwater. I feel he went above and beyond, and I’m confident we chose the right marine mechanic. Use Tri County Marine with confidence.
