I have to come here for work in the apartments building. Honestly this rating is for the parking. The fact that the no parking in front of the Publix isnt enforced whatsoever makes this place a nightmare! The cars just park in the middle of the road or stick out making it impossible to move around!The garage turns are too tight. They say the first 2 hours are free but they still charge you for the entire time. The people here are also pretty uppity.Whoever designed this whole building and area did it very cheaply and illogically.

Very clean, located in the first floor area of the Westedge apartment building. Awesome sushi.

First off, Timm in the deli area is amazing. He’s always so helpful and personable. Every time i go over there I hope he’s working ! Secondly this is my favorite place to grocery shop for many reasons. Every one is so pleasant & the store is so clean and always put together. My only complaint is that the cherries on sale sold out before I could get some (;

I do enjoy a short drive from my work and pick up a few item during lunch. It is in a new area where not alot of people moving in yet. Friendly staff, nice selections and not crowded.

I spoke to several employees (looking for a couple of uncommon ingredients which they didnt end up having) and they were very friendly and helpful, especially a woman decorating a cake near the floral section, didnt catch her name but she was great. They helped me to my car and I felt like a celeb lol I love Publix. Then I got stuck in the parking garage because the gate was broken but the people I spoke to on the call button were not as friendly and the lady in the car behind me was rude to me for the gate not opening as I was dealing with them. So watch out for other customers and customer service reps for the garage, otherwise its a great store!

Nothing wrong with the staff or store, just access. The location is convenient, another produce store on the peninsula was much needed but I dont find myself adventuring to this Publix because of its complications. You have to drive around the building up to the 2nd floor to park in a parking deck, then take a trip down the elevator to actually get to store. It is all a little too much for a gallon of milk.

Publix Super Market at Westedge in Charleston is a great new place to shop for quality groceries at a low price on the Peninsula. It is great to have another grocery option on this side of town and especially a Publix. I have enjoyed every shopping visit here so far and I am happy this place exists after waiting so long and seeing construction complete. I like that there is plenty of free parking and a dedicated elevator to get to the store. The store is big and has plenty of room and items from Publix that I am familiar with. I had an easy time getting in and out with everything I needed. The store was very clean and well run and the staff working here was friendly and helpful and made sure I had a pleasurable shopping experience.

Its a great store. A bit pricey , but all puublix are. Clean and well stocked. Friendly staff. Once again to be expected. Parking is a nightmare. Thats the only bad thing I have to say , however I walk there so its not a problem for me

I love Publix this was okay put the chick making my sub really was not trained properly and she was super slow took over 10 minutes to make one sandwich but she was very professional just took super long especially when someones in a rush but Publix has the best fruit hands down your fruit bowls keep me alive

Really large variety of foods. I usually spend about an hour & a half in the store just enjoying the selection & reading new labels. Especially like the international foods being all together & the frozen food section the best. Discovered a new product a couple weeks ago...veggie pizza bites, in cheese or pepperoni. They’re great in my air fryer. Thank you.

Hidden gem inside this building housing a parking garage and restaurant, grocery and possibly more.Great grocery store location for downtown dwellers. Get 1 or two free hours parking to go to Publix when we went in the evening.They sell souviners too. We bought (4) Charleston T-shirts. Check it out!

Excellent Boar’s Head Subs in deli. Reasonable prices throughout with an extensive variety. Conveniently located near hospitals and far exceeds hospital cafeteria food! Clean an free of clutter with spacious isles.

I always love coming into this particular Publix. The employees are very nice and always helpful.

The staff is always nice and helpful and the deli and bakery and the other, I think its the fresh coffee bar section, are great, just be prepared to wait a while for a sub. You can be assured that your subs meat is fresh from the cooler in the back.

Appeared to be a full-service grocery store with bakery, grab and go, pretty good selection and choices. Kind of tricky to get to - reminds of NYC grocery stores. Part of a mixed retail building with apartments on higher floors.

Clean and nice supermarket with a great selection of balloons! Was not expecting to leave with a bundle of balloons for a birthday surprise but it made the day much better.

Beautiful store and well stocked. Today’s cashier Lashanda D needs to be retrained in serving customers. She was too busy checking her personal cell phone to give me my change in a timely matter or take the time to bag my groceries. There was one small bag at the check out stand and my friend had to get a larger one for us to use from the next stand. The time of day was 1:07 PM. No one in line behind us. Not a very good first impression. Just guessing , but I do not think her call was very important.

It’s 7:45pm and the sub bar is closed. Not a good look.

Never have been to Publix before. My wife and I went to this store is awesome being that it is on the second floor of a high rise building. Store was really nice and plethora of items in the store. I was very pleased to see it. The only reason I will never shop at a Publix again is the extreme cost of basically everything. It cost me $34.33 for 1 average size bag of average items. This was unbelievable. I can not believe it. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The employees here are some of the friendliest employees Ive encountered at literally any store Ive ever been too. Ive never felt the urge to write a review for a grocery store, but I thought the people who work here deserve to know how they make their shoppers feel. A+ across the board.

The deli is pretty slack at lunch. If you arent here at 11 am your chances of lunch are pretty slim. Usually a long wait for anything to be refilled.

This location is never that busy and thats alright with me. In fact, thats why I like to shop here. Parking is indoors and surprisingly easy, not to mention FREE! Compared to the other downtown grocery stores, this Publix really is the best option when staying on the peninsula. Harris Teeter down on East Bay is okay but more expensive. Food Lion up on King is less expensive but typically a nightmarishly brutal, horrific experience every time Ive ever shopped there (it never fails). Thus, Publix @ Ten Westedge is the best choice!

I have never been so impressed with a grocery store. First of all, a person can park in an area so that you dont need to be concerned about the weather. Next, there is a store representative waiting to provide a sanitized cart and who very pleasantly asks you to mind the arrows. Inside the facility, you can feel the cleanliness. Each of the Publix employees has shown me to be very professional and courteous. Mind you, even before the recent unpleasantness, many of these observations were applicable.

Its a clean, upscale store. This was our first visit to this location and figuring out where to find items was all the more frustrating with social distancing. Not many employees around to ask for assistance. But we will be back. There is an electric car charging port in the parking deck... that is a plus.

This place is great but employees are mistreated mainly the minors. Supervisors act like there higher than other people and put the minors down at the job. This is not a friendly environment & the seafood wasn’t fresh.
