I would not recommend this Publix pickup service. Multiple times I have had things missing and produce that was poorly picked. The other day I went when I got the notification that my pickup was ready, turns out that they miscommunicated and none of my groceries were ever prepared. This was late at night and a real inconvenience for me. I just got an Im sorry and thats it. Ive been using this service for months. I have now changed to use Harris Teeter pickup and am loving it.

This is the best Publix Ive ever been too. Why are they all not done like this store? They have a butcher and a real floral dept. Wow what a concept! NONE of the stores in Wellington fl. come close to this store. Thats why I never like to go to them. The staff was great too!!!! Corporate needs to get busy and start making all their stores like this one!!! It reminded of my favorite store Pavillions!

The workers who work here are very nice and respectful people. Very helpful workers. Has many choices and a lot of different things to choose from. The sandwiches are really good too. Definitely recommend shopping at Publix

Quick trip on return trip home, had items I needed without doubt, easy in and out, several registers open so no wait at checkout

Publix on Folly Road in James Island is one of my favorite grocery stores in the Charleston area. This store is very convenient from all of James Island and very easy to get in to and out of and there is plenty of parking in the parking lot and I am usually able to get a really good spot right in front. This store is very well run and organized and I have always been able to find exactly what I was looking for or items I had on my list as everything is well stocked. The staff here is very friendly and very willing to assist you in your shopping when you need it. Shopping really is a pleasure here and I have always had a really good experience here and will be back when I need some good groceries.

Seems like ALL the Publics have the GREATEST SUB sandwiches as I grew up with in Jersey. Jersey Mikes is No competition for them.

Very close and convenient from where we were staying: spring hill suites by Marriott. Prices were okay (not high, not low), but lots of items.

My wife and I enjoyed the experience. All of the employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. That was even a greater at the door! The store was exceptionally clean and well laid out. Well stopped too. Just as we expect with a Publix.

They have absolutely wonderful customer service. I was looking for tortilla shells the other night. I figured they would be in the bread aisle but they werent. I asked a employee and instead of just telling me the aisle they literally walked me over to the exact spot.

Placed an online order for pick up @ 7:35. Arrived @ 7:55, from Johns Island, order was not ready. Employees walking around cleaning. Finally I asked about my order and got attitude. Ordered dbl meat they took out one serving I said I ordered dbl meat I was told I can read the ticket. Needless to say Im not going back there.

Appreciated getting called out of a long line to be rang at the service desk. Guy was very friendly. Store is consistently clean but sometimes understaffed at the front in the evenings.

Recently stopped by to grab lunch from the deli, and had such a nice experience. DJ in the deli was so nice and obviously goes the extra mile and cares about his job. I truly appreciate someone being so kind and making sure I got a quality lunch.

I had the best experience at this Publix this evening. I am 34 weeks pregnant at this point. Three sweet Women saw me struggling at the end of my grocery shopping trip. The lady on the register insisted on having me sit while they unloaded everything onto the belt, back into my cart and to my car. One of them went out of their way to go get me a chair out of the breakroom. Asked how I was feeling and I said horrible. I was experiencing the worst acid relax and I was starving. Asked me if I needed a cold rag or a water bottle. My heart was so thankful. They truly cared about me and my well being. Being pregnant is not easy at all. Its one of the most challenging straining beautiful things I have ever experienced in my life. And these Women made all the difference to me. Good people are still here in this crazy world. So gratefull for my fellow Women. We can change the world! Thank you for making this journey alittle bit easier on me.❤🤰🙏🙏

It is not a pleasant place to shop when the cashier and a customer were speaking about every race there is and look at you like you are invisible. I have been working since 14 years old and still contributing taxes to this country perhaps I have paid more for them.

Glad to have another good option close by. This brand new Publix was laid out just like most others are so it’s easy to navigate. Everything was well stocked and the meat section had tons of fresh product. Like most Publix they had multiple lanes open and hardly no wait.

Publix is such a great supermarket. Which is why I’m so confused about why the deli is such a living nightmare. Some of the rudest most uncooperative people you will ever encounter. They speak to you anyhow they feel. They will never do anything more than what they feel is in their job description to help you. Deli section here is just awful!! Absolutely terrible!!!

Fast in and out

Great staff got my flu shoot. Made an appt. Got in and got out. And a 10 dollat gift card. Pub subs for everyone.

It was ok except for our deli longjohns were placed in the bottom of the grocery bag and all the canned foods were placed on top of the longjohns which flattened all 4 of them.The customer service manager I called and spoke with was super nice and said we will make it right next time you come in.

I’m a flight attendant. I have always traveled with disinfectant wipes for things on the plane and hotel rooms. My airline started putting wipes on the plane for us during the C-19 virus but unfortunately the passengers kept taking them when we were out working in the aisle.I always keep them in my suitcase but I ran out. I’ve been looking for some for weeks. John the store manager had some in his office and was kind enough to give them to me because they were having a truck come in sometime this week. I can’t believe how nice he was to help me out in this crazy situation. Thank you John!

The nastiest Publix I have ever been too. The deli was and is the worst! Flys flying in the bread container and all. Rude employees have you standing there for minutes before you have to clear your throat to be noticed! And once she comes over to us....she states it’s not her job! I wanted to tell her that if you have on a Publix shirts it’s your damn job!

Ordinarily I would give this store 5+ but I ordered sub for supper last night, big mistake. I got a half Italian on white bread. The meat was dry with edges that you could see through. Too much provolone for its size. The thing that really ruined it was the bread. The crust was hard and extremely tough and the center was almost rubbery. Why is the meat precut? Fresh would have been so much better. Is the bread fresh baked or shipped in? Again, fresh would have been better.

Five Stars to Publix for staying open during the storms and hurricanes. Also, excellent job on supplying my wife and I with two amazing, delicious wedding cakes earlier this year. Publix has done an excellent job helping my family and the greater community. Please keep up the great work!

Great is the top of the line grocery chain. Clean store and friendly knowledgeable employees. It is a little more pricey but it is worth it if you can afford it.

As always amazing. The staff and managers in this store are always friendly and go out of their way to assist with whatever is needed. Also runs really good specials, has an awesome deli, and the best 5 grain Italian bread ever!

Pass a grocery store that is close to me to shop here. They have excellent customer service and a great selection. I was thankful that I received my flu shot here because I earned a $10 gift card for doing so. I would recommend this place to those looking for a new grocery store.

Ridiculous wait on 8 piece fried chicken EVERY time we attempt to purchase. I call and ask, yes plenty, ten minutes later-none, ten minute wait just dropped in fryer per nice lady working there, thirty minutes later Im handed a box. Just say 20-30 minutes so I can make other choices if i dont have that kind of time. I would NEVER write this review if it happened once, it Always happens!

This grocery store has the nicest employees I’ve ever met. Everyone was so friendly. This is also the cleanest store i’ve ever been to with all of the products face forward. I will definitely be returning and recommending this store to everyone I know. WAY friendlier than any other store in the area.

They have a great variety of fresh fruits and vegetables to choose from. They also have plenty of fresh prepacked foods from the deli and bakery. Nice friendly helpful staff with very reasonable prices.

Usually I enjoy shopping at Publix but today was disappointing. I arrived before noon to order an Italian Sub sandwich. I prefer the Publix meats and ordered that. I was told that they would have to cut the meat but there was Boars Head ready. It is also more expensive so I ordered that. Then extra time was taken because there was not any Provolone ready. It seems that this should be done before your lunch crowd arrives. Very disappointing visit.
