Mattress Firm Charleston on Folly Road on James Island is a great source for all things mattresses and bed related items. They have an excellent choice of quality mattresses at a good value and I have always been able to find a good deal coming here. The staff here is very welcoming and takes time to make sure that you are helped.

Everything was clean and well organized. The assistant store manager was easy to work with. We actually went back a few days later and bought a second mattress. In and out in no time!

Mattress sank in a year, called for warranty, filled out forms, they found a stain in the picture and denied warranty. Stain is at the end of the bed from a small cup of tea spill. Absolute joke. $2000 mattress gone in a year and no warranty to speak of. You should be ashamed.

My credit card was charged twice for buying an expensive Tempur Pedic mattress. It has not been easy to get the matter fixed with the company.

We purchased a mattress and box springs about a year ago. Over the past few months the box springs developed a very loud squeak all around the sides. When you got in or out of bed it would wake up the other person. It became absolutely impossible to get a good nights sleep! I filed a warranty claim with the company and the company stood behind its product and issued a store credit in the amount of the original price of the box springs. I visited the store to set up the replacement today and am expecting delivery of the new box springs tomorrow. I appreciate the fact that the local area manager, who was at the store I visited, took the time to understand my complaint and make it right.
