I was disappointed that they used the bait and switch technique. The salesperson waited until the end of the sale to let us know the mattress he was offering was “slightly used”. When we ready to walk away from it all he was able to offer a better deal on the original mattress I wanted when I entered the store. Last time I will ever by from a mattress store!

A few years ago I had an unpleasant experience with mattress firm. Partly due to my ignorance, but mostly due to ordering online, I received a mattress through the mail which turned out to be not at all similar to what I was shown or told. From that, I had restless nights, woke up feeling even more tired that when I went to bed, yawning and achy. But that was then...Today, I visited the mattress firm store in West Ashley of Charleston South Carolina. Wanted to give the company another chance, however, I wanted to do it in person. Ben, an employee of your store, and from what I observed a type of manager on duty. He was hospitable, professional, reasonable, and made things extremely pleasant. We were able to try out a few mattresses, and his patience and choice of selection, put us in a very practical model, where I felt confident in my purchase. What is more, he took steps to let us know where to pick the mattress up, a warehouse which is not too far off, and made the experience without question, efficient and affordable.I want to extend all of my gratitude and appreciation to him and your company. I walk away having a new sense of respect, for myself, as a proud mattress owner and consumer. Thank you very much.

We were scheduled to have our adjustable base disconnected and unassembled today 6/12 from 6-8pm so it would be ready for our wood floors to be installed on Monday. Not only did the driver show up at 9pm, he was alone and without the tools needed to unassembled the bed. Our order was looked up when scheduled with full details of the base we have and what was needed to be done. This is unacceptable. The driver was unable to do what we paid for. This needs to be corrected on Sunday 6/13 without question. It cannot be delayed otherwise a installation cancellation fee from our floor installers will be passed along to you. I will be expecting a call with a time for Sunday 6/13 someone will be here to disconnect and unassemble our bed. This cannot be done another time as it was suppose to be done today.

Very happy with Greg for helping us choose new mattresses. I am certain when they come in we will be happy with our decisions. He helped us pick mattresses for each of us based on our likes and comfort levels. Thank you Greg for all your help.

West Ashley store is great and has all the COVID protocols in place. Sales and Customer service is great. I was able to purchase my mattress and adjustable base on a Tuesday and delivered the next day.

Sales person was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I was interested in what was technically different between two grades of mattresses and the answer was somewhat non-technical and more sales speak oriented. We decided to go have lunch and talk about our intent and the sales guy encouraged us to “go have lunch but don’t wait until dinner” since he only had two in stock. While the stock numbers may have been accurate I was a little offended by him imposing an implied time limit.

I had a very good experience when I came in looking for a Beauty rest mattress and boxspring. The sales associate I had Jamal Fikes was very knowledgeable and polite. He helped me pick out the better mattress then what I was going to buy which wasn’t much more but a better mattress. He got my order done quickly. David Abel is not a sales person, he is an Ambassador for your business. Experience with Mattress Firm was excellent. We first looked into the nearest store which is in Town Center in Mt Pleasant SC. The manager in that store named Tyler was very helpful and accommodating. He didn’t have the product we were looking for but he looked in the warehouse for any product in stock as well as search other stores for anyone who has it. The salesman was very friendly. He did a good job as a salesman. We told him we wanted to spend $300 for a cheap, second home mattress. He showed us all of the different mattresses starting at $1000. He finally went down to the one we originally wanted which was $300. He then said that they did not have that mattress in stock but it was at another store 18 miles away. We paid for our mattress and drove to Summerville to pick it up. However once we arrived The salesman there said I’m so sorry that the mattress we bought had a big stain on it so they had to throw it away. However he had several mattresses in stock that only for a few hundred dollars more would have been a better purchase than the one we bought.We politely refused and asked for our original purchase or a substitute which he substituted and gave us $50 off. When we got back in the car we found that we had a voice message from the original salesman saying that the mattress we purchased had a rip in it and had to be thrown away. So we’re not quite sure if the original mattress had a rip or a stain but we do know we spent an off a lot of time driving around to purchase a $300 mattress. The salesman were really nice but they might be better off in timeshare sales than mattress sales.

Mattress Firm West Ashley SuperCenter on Sam Rittenburg Boulevard in West Ashley is a great source for all things mattresses. I really like the selection and quality of mattresses that they have available. The staff here is very helpful and available to help you find the right matress. I have been happy with the purchases that I have made from here.

Was a great experience. Walked in not expecting to buy a mattress from them, but was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the great selection at the store. They encouraged me to try each mattress in store so I could make an informed decision, as well as gave me time to research online reviews when I asked for them. I was more than happy with my experience and left with a delivery of a new mattress scheduled!

I visited the Mattress Store located on Orleans Road this past Saturday. I received excellent and professional help from David. He was great and so was the assistant manager there in the store. I found the store to be very large and had many beds and types that I could look at. I liked the spaciousness of the store and i thought it created a comfortable environment so I could take my time and check out each mattress.
