Big Country was great at the sale. My issue is with management. We purchased a vehicle 8/21/21 yes true indeed used. The day we left the vehicle had issues. We called they told us to bring it back Monday. We live in SOUTH CAROLINA. We called today and was told there isn’t anything they could do for us because it was sold as is no warranty. The truck needed an oil change same week of getting it, I replaced the spark plugs and wires, camshaft sensors and now it’s stating it needs a catalytic converter. As far as a customer service stand point this is horrible. I’ve had the car TEN WHOLE DAYS, and I’ve put hundreds of dollars in it already. We researched and found this Jeep drive hours and we are stuck with this.

Excellent experience at Todd Judy Ford East from ordering to driving off the lot, every department was top notch. They continue to be reliable and very efficient, treating the customer with courtesy and respect. This will remain my go-to dealership for future vehicles.

I do not recommend this place they say that they will give you good deals and that they will work with you no they won’t cause me and my husband has tryed to buy 2 vehicles from there and all we got is the run around so for now on We will go else where and get our vehicles and the advertised says that they will make your payment lower and everything else it’s a lie and need to work on the attitude s so me and my husband will no longer be going there and the advertisement is false ..

I visited Todd Judy Ford Monday 5/10/2021. I had a scheduled appointment. I had already looked at the vehicle. When I pulled into the lot, I gave my keys to them and asked them to look at my vehicle while I test drive 2 of theirs. An hour and a half later, as I was still waiting to hear their offer for my trade-in, I approached the managers desk to ask where we were. Again, 90 minutes later, the manager told me he had not even looked at my vehicle yet. He told me I would have to come back later tonight or tomorrow. Mind you, looking around the showroom, there were several salesman talking amongst each other and on their phones. I stopped to count potential customers and there didn’t seem to be any. The car lot has VERY minimal inventory, just like every other lot at this time. He grinned/chuckled as he told me to come back later, as if he didn’t even need my business. Now, I’m not saying it’s because I was a woman there on my own, but I have never been disregarded this way before when doing business with my husband present. I was calm and polite as I walked away. Not once did they apologize or attempt to make this right as I was leaving. With many years of experience in buying, my husband has taught me the importance of having our end of the deal ready to finalize. So, mind you, that I had the title and cash difference in hand. I should hope that Todd Judy, or his wife (that I see in commercials), aren’t treated the way that their manager treated me when they venture out into the buying world. This is a honest, but fair assessment. ** The ONLY reason that I gave this one star is because my salesman was very kind and as helpful as he could be.

Went here last week for an inspection without incident. Brought my other vehicle today for an inspection and they tried to scam me saying my wheel bearing was bad and my vehicle would fail if I didnt pay $567 to have them fix it. They dont know Im a former mechanic and know that they made up the fault, to make money off of me. Theres nothing wrong with my wheel bearing. I told them if it was bad, I could replace it way cheaper myself, than what they quoted me; like over $380 cheaper!

I went to test drive a vehicle after calling and confirming the vehicle was available with no issues. The car would not start and he could not get it jumped so he came to the conclusion it would need an alternator but if I bought the car they would fix it. Then they showed me another vehicle and I asked them to appraise my trade and if the price was negotioable. The salesman said he would need to pull my credit app to let me know. I repeatedly told them not to run my credit until we came to an agreement on trade in and total price. Not only did they run my credit mulriple times, but they also ran my credit for another vehicle on their other lot that I had not seen or expressed intrest in. Very shady salesman trying to sale even shadier vehicles.

So I finally was able to come in to look at a few cars this past Friday. The only salesperson available was a 15 year old high school kid who knew absolutely nothing about any car on the lot. I asked about a hybrid that had been on the lot since September. He didnt know anything about the car or where it was....and it was parked right in front of him. It drove like a piece of junk. I drove 1.5 hrs to be taken care of someone who knows nothing about cars......and by lazy salespeople who didnt want to bother selling a car. I just gave up and left.. Pitiful.

We went on MLK day when it was windy and cold midJanuary. Our salesperson, Brandon was fantastic, he met us outside and we got down to shopping. He rounded up four cars we wanted to test and was patient the whole time despite the wind and cold. We settled on a Ford Escape and truly, this was the best dealership sales experience I have had and I have bought cars from NY to GA to TX and even CA when in the military. Brandon was efficient, took time to answer questions, offered assistance in learning the buttons and such on the new car. The whole experience was great. The parts team and the service shop helped get a second key set up for us and Samantha in the cashiers office was great as well. The company was well represented that day, by Sales Manager, Donny, Brandon our salesman, the finance office and on. Great experience. I will easily and happily refer others to Todd Judy East

Arrived for my 10am appt. The Works and a factory recall repair on door latches. A 3 hour job was still not done 6 hours later! Not even a sorry you had to wait so long!

My brother-in-law experienced an unfortunate even that flattened his tire, he was able to bring his car in the next day and have it replaced within a hours time. Also, he was able to use points to pay for the tire instead of using money out of his own pocket. Service is great.

Wish I could rate a 0. Worst place ever to purchase a car I have had no luck with them. We purchased a Ford Escape from them and after having it 3 months the electrical system went crazy and they would not fix it, told us it had a clean car fax and it did not come to find out, they traded me for a new Ford Focus and told me that was the only car they could get me into and after I got it home in 6 months as soon as summer hit the car started loosing power and not accelerating, we took it back 4 times and was in loaners more than we could count. They said nothing was wrong. 2 months later engine light came on and I took it to the South Charleston location and they said they would figure it out, called me that evening and said it was ready. I went down myself to pick it up since my husband works out of state and the manager there told me the whole cluster of wires behind the driver side head light and airbag was unplugged and blamed it on us told me we did it and must have had it to another garage when we had not other than the other Todd Judy location. Told me we had to pay for it to be fixed because this wasn’t there fault. After I threw a fit and told them I was going to call the better business they decided to fix it. We still could not drive are car in the heat and run the air because it would just stop running and Todd judy’s service still said nothing was wrong. 1 year and a half in and my car is setting at mark larose Ford with the ECM module and timing out of it. This place will rip you off faster than anything. I owe 24000 dollars for a car that won’t run and they won’t fix it. I hope Todd sees this and other people do not buy from here they do something to there vehicles.

No help at all with trying to trade. Even after they denied the trade the battery on the car died. They didnt help myself being a female not knowing of what to do. The battery to the car is in the trunk I didnt know that Ive never opened the hood. I walked in the rain and had to leave my car. They didnt recommend anything.

I had bought from one dealership over the past 20 years, they sold to Todd Judy. I gave them a chance and they exceeded ALL my expectations. We did not haggle over a price. They were fair for both parties right off the bat. They offer amazing promotions, such as oil change/ tire rotation/ inspection sticker/ and power train warranty for life of the vehicle. There service department is user friendly and quick to give appointments. They have won me over and will get all my personal and business purchases.

Servicing - in summary: the whole team were superb; knowledgeable, honest and totally fair - highly recommended. On a road trip back from OH on route to VA with wife, 2 boys and the dog I had a vibration that progressively got worse. We hobbled in to Todd Judys just off the interstate and they got the VW up on the ramp to find a new prop shaft was needed. Great team of mechanics who take pride in their skills. unfortunately OEM parts for VW aint cheap so we found a replacement part which was shipped over to Marmet and the guys fitted it - the costs were excellent especially considering the amount of work it takes and the pre-inspection and road tests. We were lucky to find a totally trustworthy dealership with a fantastic servicing department - a big thank you to all in Mikes service team (James, Trina, Erik to name but a few of the team).

I’ve been there twice first time was really rushed and I know why I was in the market for a manual transmission focus they had a 2015 or so focus sedan 5 speed with 80,000 miles and wanted almost 17,000 for it horrible deal they wanted it gone and just wanted someone in that car quickly we all know they don’t like cars sitting for too long. went recently to trade down into something older found a 6.4 diesel manual trans 2008, 4x4 notoriously bad engine first of all cab corners are going out oil that was freshly leaking down the exhaust pipes upon inspection rips in the seat apparently new motor obviously not new from the looks used or reman for sure I brought my 2017 focus st with 56,000 somehow a car that 9 years newer obviously excellent condition no rust no issues except tires are all about 4/32 coming due only issue. the deal is not even in the ball park of happening a truck of that year in that condition is not worth 19,000 on its best day but with due credit to how the system works whatever, but all in all people are friendly but used prices through the roof, and feels really schetchy and I wouldn’t be writing this if I didn’t feel that it was. not bashing at all usually have my service done there excellent service dept best out of local dealerships imo but just look around first I found way cheaper used elsewhere.

I had a problem with the fuel line of my 2013 F-150 and it would not start. I called Todd Judy the next day and they fit me right in with a comprehensive repair: I was in that morning and out the door before 5pm. I appreciated their courtesy and explanation of my repair
