Great store, wonderful fresh produce. Helpful and friendly staff. The wellness department is outstanding with knowledgeable people, Joy and Kelley! Nicely organized and arranged store so you can find products youre looking for as well as a very good selection. Love the fruits and vegetables and the local fresh meats. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Such a lovely place! I felt so welcome coming here with my two boys. We were greeted and offered assistance right away. I really loved the selection of local organic produce, and everything else! We drive from Siler City. You guys really made my day and appreciate you! We checked out with Justin and he was so friendly and personable especially with my kids. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Pretty decent store, my wife and I have been going there usually once a week. Nice produce.friendly staff, I, would have given it 5 stars if it werent for them being kind of pricey on some of theyre products.. especially the bagels, I cant believe they charge $8.99 for a package of 6 bagels..I, could get that elsewhere for $6 with Wegmans just opening up down the road from them, I would be a little more competitive and start lowering some of my prices if I want to keep my customers.

Great place for a quick stop and clean and well organized for a small grocery store. They still have prepared foods as well as a salad bar. Also still has many of the same organic products as the original Weaver Street, but just not as extensive. Also has a small cafe area. I truly dislike the parking situation in Southern Village though as I ran into some truly rude driving while there last.

Reasonable prices.

The best Weaver Street out of all of them. The staff is friendly and so kind and always willing to help. During Covid they have really stepped it up and done a great job keeping customers safe and only opening when it was safe to so so. We now do all of our shopping here and the curb side pickup and online ordering has been huge, I hope it sticks around.

Great local market with a low turnover and good options for those with wheat allergies (Imagine That out of Durham). I hope their inventory will return to what they offered pre-pandemic.

I love both Weaver St locations! Great selection of healthy , local, and organic foods. Also lots of gluten free options. Weaver is my go-to for lazy dinner options, and delicious and healthy snacks.

I wont shop anywhere else.

We have been owners since the store opened . We have shopped at all three stores in the chapel hill area. Of course each one has its own personality but we love them all. We do 90% of our grocery shopping here which takes a bit of effort as we live 30 minutes away but it is well worth it. Great selection of organic produce and products. The bulk bin selection is extensive. Lots of local products.

Its like a locally owned whole food. But better than whole foods in my opinion. Great for organic produce and ethically sources meat. I am also particularly fond of their bulk food section where they have grains, nuts, and much more. The hot food bar is also delicious and reasonably priced. Get a meal or grab a beer and enjoy their spacious outdoor seating area.

Cost organic market in Southern Village. A bit small in my opinion, with some limited choices. Quality is good. Produce can be hit or miss, prefer buying mine elsewhere

I love this market and am a member but today was given a bag that could be a Walmart clone. Who came up with that idea and colors, gray and blue with a yellow flower? You can hardly read Weaver Street. In their defense I was carrying two cups and requested a bag instead of bringing my own but please lose the look.

What can I say. I love WSM. Of course it helps I can walk to it from home. Love that many of the veggies and such are local - especially the cheese section. And if I don’t feel like cooking there is always the fresh food that is already cooked or prepped. I love that I can round up my total payment & donate to whichever local cause they are supporting at the moment. It’s a great place to meetup with neighbors or friends.

High quality goods. Nice people. Produce is top notch. If you are a kale fan go out of your way to get it here. Great cheese selection. New addition in the side is fabulous for meeting with folks. My only personal critique us with the hot bar. It gets a bit starchy and repetitive with a lot of Indian and sweet potatoes. Not as much variety as Hillsboro but this is a smaller store. Otherwise 5 stars.

Go to for hard to find things (certain beer, sunflower bread). They have a buffet that smells amazing and the strawberry rhubarb pie is absolutely fantastic! A great easy pickup for a potluck you may have forgotten about! Prices can be a little high, but I understand that before shopping. Im not a co-op member. I do love the expansion with outdoor seating in 2 areas; pretty much for those with dogs and those without...

Love having this grocery store close to my house. Great wine and beer selections, great hot bar, really enjoy all the gluten free options available. The one thing I need to use more often is the coffee bar, I honestly like it more than any coffee bar in chapel hill and I sometimes forget its there! One thing to note is the staff are awesome, not many grocery stores where you have such friendly employees.

Great healthy grocery store. I just wish there prices werent so high. Dont expect to walk out of there without at least spending 50.00. Which doesnt sound like much.. until you realize you got a six pack and a pack of crackers 😁

A great place to get hard to find vegan products, and healthy non GMO food. They even have CBD oil, and other health products. I love that they dont use plastic bags, so if you dont bring your own reusable bag, youll have to buy one of theirs. It is a bit overpriced if youre not a member though. This place is definitely worth checking out. If you are vegan, I recommend you try the vegan chicken salad. Its amazing!

Great selection and lots of freshly made items. New indoor seating area is nice and the employees are always super helpful. The big draw back for me personally is the fact that none of their in house stuff has serving size with a calorie estimate. Im trying to make smarter choices as are a lot of folks when eating out and everyone is posting calories for this reason. They have an extensive hot foods bar,cold foods bar, bakery case, dessert case and to go case, but NOTHING has nutritional info. I ended up at Subway across the street where I could better judge what I was consuming. Bummer because the stuff looked really tasty.

I come here to eat or get coffee all the time. They have a great hot bar and salad bar, and their cakes and pastries are delicious. Groceries are a little pricey but on par with places like Whole Foods.

Great store! Weve been members for several years. Its a coop, so you get a nice rebate at the end of year, a small percentage of your expenditures. Great way to support the Carrboro community.

I have been shopping at Weaver Street for over 7 years. I have absolutely no complaints. The staff is very friendly and the food is well sourced. They take the guess work out of eating local and sustainable food. If you are unhappy for any reason they easily will return items.

Nice shop with a good variety of local and organic items. Prices are in line with whole foods / whole paycheck. The prepared food and hot bar are meh, but that is my personal preference. They make lots of ethnic food that is way dialed down for the masses.

Needs more parking close but great store! Hey it’s CH there’s no where to park! Haha

Always a delight. Enjoyed seeing the nearly complete renovations to the outdoor space and indoor eating area. I also enjoy seeing that compost, recyclables and trash are still separated. Other stores in the area have stopped including compost which is disappointing.

Lots of organic choices. Grab and go lunch plates with hot food. Some things on the pricy side but also hars to find items. Good store all together

I found this place to be much better than Whole Foods. They have an absolutely awesome salad and hot food bar. Not very pricey for the quality of the products sold.

The original organic grocery store. Weaver street had been around for decades and still going strong. Locally owned and sourced. A true gem in the Chapel Hill / Carrboro area.

This is a great little neighborhood market. Its much smaller than the main location in Carrboro, but it still has an outdoor seating area, a hot and cold food bar, the good selection of local Brews, and a really solid selection of cheeses.

This place is so convenient to slip in and out of compared to the Carrboro location. They have a good variety for the size of the store. The only drawback is the hot bar. It can be very hit or miss. The breakfast biscuit sandwiches also leave much to be desired. That said, the employees are friendly and helpful.

If buying fresh and organic is your thing, you need to visit here. A little pricey and maybe not as large selection as places like Whole Foods, but you have to consider ita a local shop. All and all they are doing a great job. It perfectly fits the soul and environment of Carrboro.

Love this store! The produce is always exceptional and its small enough to be in and out in 15 minutes for a normal shopping trip.

I love the people at we were straight theyre very nice and no a lot. But I dont shop too often very expensive and Im not a member cuz its too expensive. I go there to get the eggs I love the exam and theyre way cheaper for the exact same ones at Whole Foods I used to get the water but dont like the way it tastes anymore. My mom get some more healthy protein stuff there and other healthy products cuz you are cheaper than Whole Foods

This is a true co-op the produce is superb and the staff is friendly and helpful. The parking in front is full alot so you might have to park further in the center of Southern Village but still an excellent place.

Love their bakery. If nothing else, stop in for some bread. Havent tried the deli but next time I got to try some meats and cheeses.Anyway. This place has a nice selection of overpriced products. (Im still shaking my head at $4 boxed Just Water

I really enjoy the food bar and coffee here. There is some nice outdoor seating. Not quite as nice as its sister in Carrboro, but a nice asset to Southern Village.

This is a fine alternative to the Weaver Street Market in Carrboro. (Better, in one way: They had Westsoy, Unsweetened Vanilla. That was one, rare item that I had to purchase at Whole Foods). Also, Southern Village is a friendly, picturesque neighborhood, in Chapel Hill!)

A smaller version of the Carrboro store with the same laid-back vibe and friendly customer service. They have slightly less hot/prepared foods but still a great variety for such a small store. Love it. Just like Carrboro, prices are better than Whole Foods most of the time.

Best bakery in Chapel Hill—even our French relatives agreed it is very good. Although many prices in the store seem a bit high, most are fair and you’re supporting a local Co-op.

$$$ This market is a smaller version of Whole Foods in terms of selection of quality clean foods, some organic/natural products, wines, produce, personal care, etc. They also have a salad bar with cold and hot prepared foods.
