There are long delays because they ignore you and sometimes you still get no product or service . Going there in person does not help. I placed an order for cabinets and was assured they were ready. When I arrived they were not ready and no one was able to help. The only alternative was to get different cabinets that I was not satisfied with.

They may be able to sell the best cabinets to you if they answer their phones and dont disconnect the calls.

We are working with a contractor that purchased Forevermark cabinets from Next Day Cabinets. The quality of the cabinets is sub standard, much like discounted flaws. We have spent a lot of money on these cabinets. We are so disappointed. Consumers beware of this company and Forevermark cabinets.

Our builder got our cabinets from here. There has been so many hiccups along the way. Mind you we have been living in our new home for 6mo, and we still have some cabinet doors missing. It has been incredibly frustrating trying to get our home to look complete.

I order cabinets from this company and regret to do it , they sent me two doors crack and for asking to replace it take more and 3 months the not serious with then workThe first think the designer she didnt did good her job she doesnt now how treat the costumer ! I usually dont write a review but I do this time because we were so disappointed with the customer service. We worked with sale person “ DINAH GALLAHAN” and the only reason I write a review is because I want to complain about the service. She is very unprofessional at this job and she is the worst in customer service. We were very disappointed during the process of working with her. She never replied to our emails and she had the worst attitude.We spent lot of money and we were expecting the process goes smoothly but was completely opposite.We are happy with the cabinets but not with the customer service, anyone need to order cabinets from them, please avoid her if you dont want to get frustrated.I would give her a zero If I could.

I would give zero stars if I could. We waited so long to be served and the sales person spoke to us in such a rush. No regard for service. Never even bothered to design our cabinets. Just kept trying to force us to make quick decisions. Will never go there again.

As a dealer of mostly kitchen cabinets and but also a lot of bathroom supplies, I have been working with Next Day Cabinets for almost two years now. I am mostly buying Forevermark ice shaker white and my customers are loving it! Despite few hiccups here and there (who is perfect?), they were usually very quick in processing my orders and assembling them on time. Either during a pick up or delivery, we didnt have a major issue and we are most of the time pleased they way they handled our orders. We keep working with Next Day Cabinets because of their pricing, obviously, but also the turnover as well as their unmatched customer service.

Place is a joke. Claim to have all made in the USA yet they all come from China. No one speaks English but maybe two people. Unorganized and from what the warehouse manager says, it’s the ownership. What a joke.
