Kitchen design experience:At first I was excited to have FineLine Kitchens come take a look at my outdated kitchen. Sarah had designed my friends kitchen, and I could tell that she has good (but expensive) taste.Working with Sarah just to get an honest quote on my kitchen remodel was a waste of everyones time. Her arrogance and lack of professionalism was even worse than her price tag. She insisted on blindly charging $2500-$3000 before even sitting down with her to do a design saying many times my work speaks for itself and that its a boutique experience. No formal quote or anything on paper. I have gotten a few other companies and designers come in and they have given me step-by-step quotes as well as a peek of what they had been planning for a design. With a big smile, too! She says that sometimes she wont even take a project thats not worth her time, but she said she was exited to come up with a design for my kitchen after she returned from a month long vacation.1+ months later, even more unprofessional and disorganized, she canceled my appointment without notice, despite our correspondence over email. She did not take the time to answer what few questions I had when I walked into the studio, which is when she looked at me like I was trespassing.Bottom line: FineLine kitchen designs may speak for itself but it does nothing to convey Sarahs arrogance and extreme lack of self awareness. Good luck to all her future clients!

Sarah did a fantastic job on our kitchen! She designed and led us through a complete renovation of our kitchen. We couldn’t be happier with the look and features of our kitchen. Sarah is the definition of professionalism. She is focused, organized and talented. She makes logical and efficient design decisions and was an asset to our project!

Fineline Kitchens did an excellent job on our kitchen remodel.The project was completed in four weeks and that included a week the floors were installed.They did beautiful work and really had a great attention to detail. They were friendly and respectful and very easy to approach with changes and questions. It has been a year and we have not had any problems with our remodel.

Fineline Kitchens recently finished our Master bathroom remodeling. Adam did an awesome job!!! Lots of creative ideas, great help with selection of tiles, vanity, countertop, hardware. The project was finished within the timeline they had mentioned in our contract. He kept us informed every step of the way, gave us good suggestions and helped us make better decisions. He answered our every question or concern very patiently. They made the entire process delightful.

Fineline was wonderful to work with. Very responsive, organized and helpful. The creative ideas and color coordination with the selections of tile were outstanding. Love the accent tile Dwain helped us to find and it all turned out fantastic. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I could not be happier with the work Fineline Kitchens did on turning my old kitchen and separate laundry room into one big beautiful eat-in kitchen. From the design phase to selection of materials to the actual construction, everything was top-notch. They stayed on schedule throughout - made friends with my dog - and made sure things were tidied up at the end of every day (might seem like a small thing but it was a nice touch). They respected my opinions - and my budget, which were also important. The project manager and the crew were very professional, looping me in when necessary. Everyone who has seen my new kitchen has been blown away, But most important, I love it love it love it. Thank you Fineline Kitchens!

Fineline Kitchens did a complete renovation of our kitchen and dining room which involved removing a load-bearing wall and repairing pre-existing structural damage to our home. They were great to work with throughout the project. I had a clear understanding of the process and schedule and Fineline was very responsive to any questions that came up. The project finished on budget and ahead of time and the results are amazing.
