Paul at Ko-Am was the lower bid and seemed more knowledgeable than the competition. These floors are 70 years old and had never been restored. The job was *mostly* dust free - but I did find some dust. The floors look brand new. They did more than they promised and I couldnt be happier.

They installed my hardwoods with four guys in a day; quick, efficient, and a good value. I would recommend using Mikes crew to anyone!

Flooring was of very good quality and installation was excellent. They do nice work and fixed our squeaky floors. Price was very fair for the quality of the flooring and well done installation. Will use them in the future when we do our upper floor.

Mike came out to do an estimate for repairs to my condo flooring and was very professional and sent over the estimate very quickly. He was also very responsive and knowledgeable and was readily available whenever I had any questions.

I reached out to this company December of 2020 and received and estimated to sand and re-stain my floors. The contractor told me that the estimate was good through April 2021. Called the end of April and they scheduled me for the second weekend in May. The work men were prompt, professional and patient with me. Every time i reached out to the owner with questions he answered and never got annoyed with my millions of questions. I am really happy with the work. My son stepped on the floor before it was completely dried and they assured me that it was not an issue to fix. They kept their word and fixed the floor. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use them for other renovations that I need to get done in the future.

They completed the majority of the hardwood flooring installation on three levels and two stairwells in just two days. We were very happy with the final product. Recommend ensuring that the proposal provides enough level of detail for your job. We had a miscommunication on the amount of flooring necessary but luckily they were able to make it right in the end, it just added some time and money. Overall, they were accommodating and did a good job.

Ko-Am Enterprise did a phenomenal job. We were looking for a carpet replacement company to renew our carpet in the entire house. When we called to get a quote, they were very friendly and accommodating. Their pricing was very reasonable and they made the entire process seem effortless. The carpet technicians were prompt, polite and highly professional, and when they finished the job they left the house spotless, and our flooring looked amazing. I would highly recommend their services.

Ko-Am did a great job and our engineered hardwood floor still looks great. The only negative in our entire experience was two boards that were flexing after installation. We called several times and never got a response. That was very disappointing after our previous great experience. The boards finally settled and now the floor is perfect.
