Great service advisor and my appointment was on time. But my front camera is broken and they are trying to say it was from a rock but im pretty sure it wasnt. My car was in perfect condition before visiting this dealership. I reached out to the service manager and he said he will try to figure out what happened but i havent heard from him and i called today and they are saying he wasnt there and nobody knew of my situation. I have never had any issues with Infiniti dealerships in the past but this one doesnt seem right..The technician should have better attention to detail. I pulled off and noticed my wheel locking tool was not in my car good thing I caught it because I would have been all the way back in SC and wouldnt have noticed until it was time to rotate my tires. Also he didnt even reset my engine oil service due counter. I think these things are really basic and I hope the right oil was used in my car. Has me alittle worried now. I have emailed corporate to try to get this resolved.

I always get the best service when I take my car in for maintenance and repair. My service advisor Bob always greets me with a smile and even lets me ask questions to the technician! I would highly recommend the service department at Infiniti of Chantilly.

Went in to have vehicle serviced. My airbag light was on. Because I have warranty it was covered. I in addition to that had wiper blades and brake fluid service. The part had to be ordered for servicing. With that I had a loaner car so that was convenient while they completed my vehicle. When I first arrived in service area and upon returning vehicle service attendant appeared to be new. They didnt appear to know what they were to do. So with that overall I would give a 3.5 for adequacy of service and contact I had my with service advisor.

BEWARE!!!!!! I purchased a used car from here based on the Carfax report. I looked thoroughly through the Carfax, it stated that there were no accidents and one owner. Two weeks later it is pouring down really bad and the parking sensors kept going off. But I was driving not parking. I take it to get looked at in another state because I was on travel and was told that the car had been in an accident and the front bumper was replaced. This was not listed on the report and the dealer never disclosed that information to me. TheN to make matters worse, the passenger rear door actuator went out and had to be replaced. I had to pay $1800 to get the car fixed and had just purchased the car. I would NEVER buy from here again!

Sheehy Infiniti service department is fantastic! Their service advisors are friendly and professional. Their shop foreman is top notch and the service director is second to none. I would highly recommend bringing your Infiniti here for parts and service. You dont find the kind of personal service and attention to detail in most dealerships that they can provide.

I leased a car from this dealer few years ago. I made every payment, never late or delinquent. After paying off and receiving all payoff notice, years later I find out this dealer sent my property tax to collections. They confirmed I had made all payments and competed my obligations and that all payment was made in full. I have reported this to BBB for wrongful and unfair practice. I disputed this and they never followed up. Terrible.

I had a very bad experience here. I used the TrueCar app and found a price on a QX50 which was a lot cheaper than what was listed in the lot. The folks there eventually honored the price after a lot of back and forth, and handing me keys to the lower model like I wouldn’t notice. Then, I got sold on a Infiniti VIP deal for an extra $150 per month - What they failed to tell me is that I could not use the VIP deal at any other location. So of course I relocated to another state and found out that I could not use the VIP services. When I called to inquire, I was told that I had to keep paying the $150 per month for the VIP and could not opt - I feel like this is extremely unprofessional and was duped into paying for a service I can’t use. I will never go back to this dealership and recommend that others stay away also. Obviously with the extremely poor ratings others have been taken too. Go somewhere else where they are more professional and not looking to trick customers into purchasing services that they not only cannot use, but cannot opt out of!

Really really upset right now. At first the service was great for this was my first car. After 4 hours of sitting and waiting for an “approval” my salesman joe came in saying “good news we got an approval this is what we can give you” proceeds to give me numbers and because I was iffy at first he offers to try and get an extension for me on the payments but that it would need another approval and that should be done by Monday morning and all I would have to do is pick up the car and go.Monday morning came. I called off work that morning so I’d be available to pick up the car. No phone call from Joe. Called at 12:30 asking for an update on the approval. And he says “his finance guy doesn’t come in till 1” and once he’s in and calls the bank he promised to call me back. 3 hours later... I get a call from david their “finance guy” saying that the bank needs MORE pay stubs and that I would “possibly” need my next pay stub to show more proof of income, but that he’ll “try” to work through it and give me a call back.. waited all day, called joe and David over 10 times from 3-6 no answer. Left voicemails, left emails. No answer. Finally just decided to call the main phone and was told that DAVID & JOE both left at 3. So basically they left the store right after they called meTuesday.Called joe and David’s line all throughout the day for an update. No answer from bothWednesday.Called joe again. No answerCalled the store and spoke to another salesman explained to him my situation and was told that a “Used Car Manager” would give me a call RIGHT back.3 hours pass. No phone call.Called the store again, and this time I asked to speak to a manager. Was put on hold and then HUNG UP on.At this point I’m completely fed up. So I had to drive all the way to the office. So that they had NO CHOICE but to talk to me.Got there and spoke to someone explaining my situation And that I didn’t even want the extension anymore I just wanted to pick up the car and get on with my life. Guy goes back to talk to another finance manager. And NOW I’m told that I was never approved to begin with. And that the bank needs another paystub to even get approved to take the car! Now I’m confused because joe my salesman said I was already approved. When I asked for joe they said they weren’t sure where he was.... ok.. I signed the papers AND put a down payment on the car because I thought I was already approved. So does that mean joe LIED to me? I have my co-signer from Saturday as a witness of him saying my approval. But they tried to give me an excuse saying “not all banks are open on Saturday” when I specifically remember joe saying that I couldn’t take the car on Saturday because there was one person at the bank that wasn’t in to approve of the extension. So they were open..At this point I don’t even want the car OR their service. The fact that I had been calling them since Monday and no ones been answering me OR giving me a call back is ridiculous. The fact that I had to come in myself and force them to talk to me is ridiculous. The fact that I was LIED to about my approval in the first place is by far the most ridiculous. I’m now a week without a vehicle when I could’ve just taken my money and gone to somewhere else. Completely fed up. Very disappointed in the service, especially since this is my first car.Going in first thing tomorrow to get my money back and taking my business elsewhere

Jerks sold my friend a used car that they stated went through their rigorous quality service inspection process. Took the vehicle over to my mechanic at Whiteys Automotive and they found problems that should have been addressed and corrected by Sheehy Infinity during their initial quality inspection service the 1st time. My friends time was wasted going back to Sheehy more than she cared for to get the problems resolved to her satisfaction. I wish I could give them ZERO stars.

I almost bought a vehicle from these people until their lies and deceit started becoming too obvious and their true colors came out.Mac their sales manager started being overly aggressive and walked up to me as if I owed him money or something.Ive bought over 20 cars and visited dealerships way too many times.By far this was the worst experience ever.The SHEEHY management should watch the video of Macs behavior and how this guy tried to get in my face.June 17th 7:35pm main lobby.

This was my go to infiniti service place, i was in the club 500 membership and got free maintenance when I bought my infiniti. I no longer own one so no need to go anymore. Peope there are tooserious, not very friendly IMO.

Worst customer service. Sold a car to my friend that was not ready to be sold. He made the drive from Baltimore to find out that it’s not ready to be picked up.Wasted two days and tried to act like gangsters when confronted about their lies.
