I took my 2012 Nissan maxima in for a wheel alignment and front tire repair.. The staff and crew there were very professional polite and courteous. The facility was very clean. They did an excellent job on performing my alignment and tire repair. Five stars you guys.

The worst experience in dealing with NTB.Cris was the customer service rep.Called this 9 am morning to get 2 rear tires replaced.Assured it would arrive @3 pm and bring it in for replacement.Called again at noon assures still on track for 3 pm.Called at 230 on my way was told to leave it for couple of hours. Arrived was told something happened and its not coming in.Never going back!!Virginia Auto Tire. Reliable and tell the truth.

This place is very nice for a tire shop. The lobby is as clean as could be, the staff are super friendly and helpful. Mohamed fixed up my car in record time while Chris couldnt have been funnier. She was able to accommodate me coming in at a late hour for most auto businesses. Overall Id highly recommend this place.

Ive been going to this store for general maintenance on my car for about 6 months now. Usually I schedule an appointment ahead of time, but this morning was a last minute emergency situation. The team there was able to attend to my vehicle in good time regardless of the fact that I abruptly walked in. Marlin Phillips is a particularly pleasant mechanic and always makes me feel welcome when I show up. Plus they never quote you ridiculous prices for items that you dont particularly needs. Ive been recommending them to most people I interact with because the service is just that stellar. Good job and keep it up.

The synergy of the staff, their friendliness, the genuine interest in helping customers, it all comes together when a routine job has a small setback or glitch.Murphys Law struck and it happened to be my car.Mind you, I will typically do my own maintenance and modification but I trust professionals with tires, alignments, and the like.Instead of a phone call, excuses, or even worse - trying to hide it, they showed me what had happened and explained it thoroughly. Stuff happens, and they had me set up in two days and compensated me for my trouble.Through the whole experience, it was mutual understanding, relaxed, and trustworthy. Marlin took care of the situation every step of the way and had follow-through on updates that I havent seen from many businesses, let alone bustling repair and service centers.Marlin and the staff at NTB Centerville were the best Ive worked with, hands down! You feel like youre dealing with people and not some wall of protocol and prepared responses. Will definitely be going here again.

Got my tires and front brakes changed, afterwards I get the traffic control signal on my dash and they said it was a computer issue record that had to be erased but I went to my dealer they told me all it needed was an alignment on the computer they fixed it under 30 seconds and I had to pay extra $150 at my dealer to program the alignment on the computer. I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here and get there tires changed .Wont be coming back! Also contacted their headquarters about the issue and they dont even respond, quite a frustrating experience to be honest.

I scheduled an appointment for an Oil Change and tire rotation at 0800. when I arrived I was told it could not be done in the usual less than one hour but I would have to leave the car and it might be done by the end of the day.Why make an appointment? Customer service used to be great as I have be going here for more than 6 years. Wont be back.

I go there for a long time, Most of the team is fantastic, Jawad is ana amazing knowledgeable guy and my favorite alignment guys is Dwight, he is perfect all over master mechanic, I can say he is the best when it comes to align your car, i tried a lot other in different locations, and i end up coming back here to him so he can correct what other didn’t do right, i recommend this shop to everyone body.

I had my car in for repair at another NTB and they didnt have the machine to repair my car so they called Girad at this location and he stated that they had the machine to find out what was wrong with my car. While NTB was not my first choice, it will definitely be the goto for any of my future vehicle needs. The service from the staff and the quality of work was fantastic. Right after I had them replaced they started squeaking, I have yet been able to make an appointment to bring my car back in because of my work schedule. it’s been a full month. Since I have gotten my brakes done there has been break dust on my front tires which makes no sense to me since I just got my brakes replaced, I am at this point annoyed because the manager on duty said he was going to call me back to get me in when the guy who originally did my brakes was back at work and I haven’t heard anything

I had an appointment scheduled for 3pm, and they had me waiting until 4.25pm, and then the repair just took 3 minutes....what I wonder is why they give app., if then theres no way for them to be on time, as they also work with walk in customers??? Besides, the people working there is quite rude. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I got a hole in my tire this morning on the way to work and I called Ntb and they immediately called answered and got me set up for an appointment the same day and a new tire for my exact car. Marlin and Jawad got my tire replaced in less than an hour while I was on my work break. As well as accommodating me with payment methods. Marlin Phillips was so kind and professional. I needed to have a tire on my husbands car checked because he felt it was going flat. He has early signs of Alzheimer’s and is becoming increasingly difficult fo me to manage. But Marlin took my anxieties away and I really needed that. I come to ntb whenever I need any fix with my car. And I am always greeted by the manager of the store Jawad. He always is great at customer service and gets my car running great again. This is the place to come if you really want great customer satisfaction and a great car repair experience. And it all starts from the manager of the store and works it way down to the other employees.

They have no regard for other persons time. I had an appointment, and still waited over an hour, before they pulled up my car?? The appointment was for alignment. Avoid this business.

Completely different experience over a nearby competitor. NTB had a special on oil changes. I made an appointment with this location closest to my home. When I arrived their computer was wrong showing my appt at 10am when I signed up for 9am, but they took my car in quickly and I was out by 10am.Here is what I loved:The price they showed on the internet is the price I paid. They didnt bait and switch with a low price lure and a tell me my car needed more expensive oil.They didnt try and upsell any extra service.They didnt tell me 8 other things were wrong with my car and needed to be fixed.They did what I asked them to do for the price they agreed to do it for.I dont trust mechanics, but this location has earned some trust. Amazing what a simple oil change can do for customer satisfaction. Thank you for the experience I was looking for.

Whats the point of having an appointment if you are told it is going to take 1.5 hours to do an oil change because there are other vehicles being worked on now?

I finally found a mechanic I trust!I always take my vehicle here! I have a favorite mechanic, Dwight, hes been with the company for a long time, and he takes excellent care of me! Hes always very honest about what my vehicle needs, and when it needs to be done. Thats really helpful for me, because I can work the maintenance on my car into my budget. I prefer to take care of my car this way. Dwight makes sure shes purring like a kitten, and because NTB does the maintenance work piece-by-piece on a regular basis, I dont have any surprise big ticket expenses. Im really grateful that such a skilled mechanic is taking care of my car! Thank you Dwight!

Best of all the ntb/merchants that i have been to in the area. Dropped my car off over night and they had it ready the next afternoon. Just a simple flat fix, but they made it quick and painless. Highly recommend this location.

I called NTB about an inspection and brake job and they took in the vehicle fifteen minutes after the call with no appointment. I had a picture of a coupon on my phone because I forgot to bring it with me and they honored the coupon just the same - saving us $80. Their regular inspection person wasnt there so they had someone else take care of it for us. Very fast and courteous service.
