What a lovely shopping experience. We had previously gone to a different store and basically disregarded and met with little enthusiasm and assistance. Stark contrast in here. Ayla helped us and offered excellent and knowledgable advice and was very friendly. She also gave us a good deal for two pairs of glasses. Amazing shopping experience. Will be back for my own glasses. Cannot recommend highly enough. Good work guys.

Todays appt, Nov 6thThis is my 3rd time to this location (Chandler Mall) and theyve done it again! From the moment you walk into the clinic to check in, pre-screen, see Dr Patel and then on to the eye glass fitting & pick up.... everyone was so accommodating! They make you feel very comfortable & the fitting lady was so knowledgeable in her area! Its very convenient that they open on the Saturday. Very excellent customer service!

LensCrafters in Chandler Mall is my go to for all eyewear needs. Great Eye Doctors that get you in and out with an exam and a perfectly accurate prescription for your new glasses. On the glasses side, in the LensCrafters store…Leonard “Lenny” and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to get you into the right frame and lens combo that is best suited for your needs. I have shopped this location many times, they provide a perfect result every time!A huge thanks to Lenny and crew from the LensCrafters in Chandler Mall. Quality eyewear and customer service that is second to none. Very nicely done!

We had such a great experience with the staff at Lens Crafters in the Chandler Mall. They went above and beyond when I went in to get my glasses and my daughters glasses adjusted. Best customer service experience in recent memory.

This LensCrafters location is a model of how to run a service business. Customers are immediately greeted when they enter the store, and are quickly assisted by knowledgeable personnel. The store manager (Brainard) is especially personable and professional. My order was processed within a week, ahead of the schedule I was given.

Stopped by yesterday to get an eye exam done with DNA Eye Care which was very easy.I was then set up to work with Fatemeh in the Lenscrafter section to help me pick out glasses. She was very kind, polite, and informative. I was very happy she was able to assist me!

Absolutely Amazing! Great and well informed eyewear specialist! Fatemeh, Melvin, and Brainard helped me (I went twice for different pairs of glasses) and everyone is so polite, took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses! The wait time is up to 14 days but my glasses came in a week exactly, which was a great surprise! I would definitely recommend you go see them to shop for you new glasses. They take insurance and have great in store deals to take advantage of as well! 10/10

This was my first visit to any LensCrafters Store. I visited the Chandler Fashion Square location in AZ. Although apprehensive because this was also my initial use of vision benefits under my Medicare Advantage policy, I knew I needed the eye exam and glasses desperately. The completion of my exam and final purchase required two visits, however this was due to my need for further financial research.Dillon was the associate who helped me throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and available to answer all of my questions. At the end of the first visit, one pair of glasses became unavailable but rather than leaving me uncertain about options, Dillon took ownership of the issue, made his recommendations, and I didnt have a minute of doubt. All of the specialists and staff offered exceptional customer service. I would recommend this store!!

I had the worst experience at Lens Crafters. I ordered two pairs of glasses while on spring break - pair of sunglasses and regular eye glasses. I told them I needed them before I went back home and the store said it shouldnt be a problem and they would put a rush order.I follwed up one week later and found out they didnt put in a rush request. Firday before I left, I called to see if my oder arrived at the store. To my surprise, my sunglassed were ready for pick-up - they never called or texted when they said they would.I went back home to California. Lens Crafters sugggested they would ship my eye glasses to the closest store to my house. I follwed up again with my closest Lens Crafter but their phone line wasnt working! I got so frustrated I drove to the store to ask the clerk about my order. They told me that they knew their phone line was down for the past 3 days (what?!? - how do they not fix that!). They checked on my order and found out they had to remake my eye glasses becaue it broke!Im almost weeks into my original order and still dont have my eye glasses. I wrote a complain to customer service and they said we will let you know when the order is shipped. Unbelieveable.If you need glasses, please avoid Lens Crafters at all costs. Go anywhere except here.

Be prepared to shell out more. My insurance plan includes free eye exam ($0 Copay) and $150 frame free. These guys will ask you to get additional things done apart from regular eye exam and make it as mandatory ones. Like in my daughters case, they did her retinal imaging and a few other things and made me pay $43 + some additional charges+ taxes. Same thing happened for my wife. THey made her pay extra money for eye exam and added the contact lens fitting cost and other misc.Please be aware!!!!

Ive been seeing Dr. Patel for 20 years, hes the BEST!! Lens Crafters employees are very nice and knowledgeable!!

I asked if the ophthalmologist could provide one or two days of contacts before I commit to buying a particular brand, and he said no and accused me of trying to get free contacts at every provider throughout AZ so I would never have to pay for them. This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever heard (and in the day of Trump no less).

Provided me with great customer service had my glasses ready within an hour and a half. Unfortunately I still can’t see why kids love Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Otherwise 5 stars!

Walked into The Chandler Mall Lenscrafters asking to pay for new lences that are Scratched and banged up, i told the Lady my Perscription was probably old but due to the Fact im a laid off oil field worker i could not afford to Replace all my glasses by getting a new Perscription, She proceded to find that indeed my perscription was over a year old and She said In a very amatter of Fact way they could do nothing for me ! Ive spent Thousends of $ at that location over the years due to needing safety glasses , No explanation just cant help you ! Guess im finding a new vendor, My $ speaks !

Both my sons have gotten their eyeglasses at the store. One of them has severe ataxia and is very rough with his glasses. I feel that I am there all the time asking for them to repair pads, loose lenses, crooked frame, you name it. I have been helped twice by Fatima and she has always been very helpful and willing to work with whatever issue I have without ever charging me a dime. I will definitely keep this store as my preferred provider!

Experienced similar insurance issues as other 1 star reciews with the on-site optometrists staff. We tried unsuccessfully to navigate insurance for an hour. There was very little concern for the time wasted and no sense of urgency to help figure out the issue. After multiple calls I had to return to my job without an exam to replace my broken glasses. My husband reached out Aetna and they called the doctors office to walk the staff through how to locate my information, turns out I am 100% covered and dont even have a copay to have an exam. I felt so undervalued and embarrassed, even though my insurance is now sorted out I will not be returning and will find a different place to have my eyes checked and select frames from.

I am leaving this review on my own initiative. Although we have purchased couple of prescriptions and one sunglasses. The finest moment that I experienced with the management of Lenscrafters was the need to use of my warranty to replace my sunglasses. They did order the replacement for a minimum deducible. So, as the new replacement was arrived and they called me to pick it up, I was vacationing in Irvine and swimming with the my old one in the ocean. As you guessed the ocean wave hit me hard and swept away my sunglasses. Of course, you need the old piece to be provided the new replacement. I called in and told them what happened. Mr. Brainard was very understanding and surprised me with his superior customer service. He is a real proof that community customer service is still alive and well! Thanks.

You will not be able to find a better eye doctor than Dr. Farr located in Lenscrafters! He is an absolute professional, and thorough in his exams and/or diagnoses. You can tell he loves his work and has your best interest in mind. I wish ALL my doctors were this good! I NEVER take time to write reviews like this but Dr. Farr has earned this over the 10+ years Ive been his patient! Thank you Dr. Farr!

They lost one of the screws from my frame when they were installing the new lenses. I had to go back to where I bought the frame from (Eyemasters) to get a new screw. Then the employee at Eyemasters noticed the bottom of my lenses still had blue squares with dots used for alignment. I brought them back to Lenscrafters where they ordered a new set of lenses and it took them about 15 minutes to fix it on the day the lenses came in. They were professional and pleasant to deal with, but those two issues in particular scream inattention to detail. The lenses are fine now (sunglasses were without issue) and the pricing was competitive. Maybe just double check that absolutely everything is in order before you leave.

I stood here for 5 minutes waiting for someone to aknowledge my existence 3 employees sitting around just messing around. One employee walked right passed me and point to a sheet that said sign in i turned to ask her if i had too because i was just picking up prepaid glasses she straight ignored me i know they fit them for you but nobody was there i at least expected hello or welcome in but got nothing maybe they should hire people with a better attitude

Honestly, I wish i could give zero stars for how shady this lens crafters is. I was charged $35 for a one year protection plan that i did not agree to, nor was it ever discussed with me as an option. My friend noticed the plan added onto my purchase right before we left, and when i questioned the associate she told me to my face that no she did not add on the plan. I walked around the mall waiting for my email receipt just in case. The receipt never showed. Long story short i went back to lens crafters, asked for my receipt, and there it was a $35 charge for a one year protection plan on my new glasses. The manager gave the saddest excuse of an apology Ive ever seen, and by the look on his face it seems like they do this to just about everyone. They tried to play it off like it was an accident but little do they know i used to work at lens crafters, and you have to manually select the protection plan for every purchase. If youve gotten glasses here recently, check your receipts. If youre looking at buying a new pair, id suggest a different location that isnt going to try and steal your money. Ive now had two horrible experiences here... and Ive only been here twice. The first time I ordered glasses and waited the hour. When I got home the lenses were the wrong prescription by a lot. So I had to wait two weeks for that to be sorted out. Today, a year later, I returned some lenses I bought for my glasses as I found them for less than 1/2 the price at Costco. So I asked to cancel my order and I was put in a line for thirty minutes. When i finally got to talk to someone she said that my glasses were already shipped and i would have to wait to do a return. I asked her to simply cancel the order and after ten minutes of back and forth talking she went into the back and came back and said my glasses were never shipped to be fitted with lenses. She finally gave them back and my money back. Awful customer service, must be commission based as they upsale and hate returns.

Dr. Patel is very good. I like him a lot.The support staff are incompetent and cost me $66. When I showed up for my appointment they told me to fill out every section EXCEPT Insurance (this is important later), they would look it up for me. OK, great. After my exam I paid my $10 copay and went to get new glasses. My information could not be found because SURPRISE my insurance decided LensCrafters is Out of Network now after Ive been using them for years. Of course, this would have been figured out sooner if the staff had tried to run my insurance before my appointment OH WAIT THEY TRIED RUNNING IT 3 TIMES BEFORE MY EXAM AND IT FAILED AND THEY NEVER TOLD ME. So now I couldnt get glasses and I had to pay an additional $66 because they didnt think it was important to tell me that they ran my insurance 2 days before and it didnt go through.I guess this is all my fault for trusting that someone could do their freaking job correctly.

Husband and I came in to get his prescription checked. His apt was at 2:20pm, didnt go back until 3:10pm. The front desk staff also had zero customer service. Target optical in Gilbert is so much friendlier, only reason we came here was because it was closer to us. Id rather drive further to Target now because I know Id be treated with kindness. Very disappointed. They should hire better front desk receptionists.

Today is 6/13/19. Made an appointment on 5/19/19 for eye exam. Office called me yesterday 3rd time for insurance info. I get here today and they still dont know my insurance (after they have been told 4x). Sat in the waiting area for 10 mins and they couldnt figure it out only to tell me they dont take my insurance. I got this address from my insurances website for providers. I just called them, and they said it should be covered. What a waste of time!!!! They had 3 weeks to get it right and they didnt! Amateurs.

Quality eyecare and caring Dr. who really takes the time to understand your needs. You are more than a number you are a patient at this location. Dr. Muscolino is a wonderful Doctor and I feel very heard and appriciated as a patient. I recieved my prescription and my glasses are perfect. I have to say, it didnt take us very long to get helped...and helped right away. I love how well LENSCRAFTERS works with our insurance (VSP). WAYYYYY better than with Visionworks! Theyre so nice, working with us about our prescription. Taking their time. Once or twice understaffed and our girl helped another customer temporarily while we were waiting (which was fine for us)...overall great experience and will be returning tonight to redeem my birthday coupon!! :)
