I made an appointment. I received a reminder. I was seen by the doctor at the time of my scheduled appointment. Very friendly, personable and professional. The staff helped me pick out glasses that I really like. This was the perfect visit and a great transaction.

Dr Retaino has the latest diagnostic equipment and the best explanation of ones eye health status. He is kind and patient, especially when determining lens correction. Dr Retaino answers all my questions, plus he has an in-house glasses frame inventory and staff to complete the appointment.

I have been coming to Eye Care Professionals for many years now and I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Their office staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional and courteous. They always try to meet any and all eye care needs and always willing to answer any questions.

Had a great experience at Eye care professionals. Went to several other stories to have my eyes checked. Dr. Reitano is the best! I tried other places but no one can get my prescription just right. Struggling with Cataracs Dr. Reitano really knows his stuff! Thank you for being so professional!

I had an eye appointment this morning at Eye Care Professionals for my yearly exam with Dr. Joe Reitano. After a very thorough examDr. Joe asked me if the glasses I were wearing if I purchased them from him and I said no that I bought them online. Then he proceeded to go on about the Covid situation and how he was able to keep his staff working during that time but if all his patients bought their glasses online he would have to fire his staff.At that point he proceeds to tell me that he was going to release me as his patient because I buy my glasses online. Needless to say I was at a loss for words couldnt believe he actually said that to me. Now mind you then he makes the comment dont get me wrong I am all for shopping online. Well I guess he meant all except for glasses.Sorry I wont pay his ridiculous prices when I can get mine online and buy several pairs and still not spend what I would pay for one pair at his office.So if you are a patient of either Dr Joe or Dr. Heidi at Eye Care professionals you may be released as a patient if you purchase your glasses online.Sure wont be referring any of my friends to their office!!!JJ

The staff was great all around, optometrist was very patient and thorough. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. They were also very generous with providing samples for helping me find the best contact lenses. I will definitely be back.

Doctors Heidi and Joseph are great but the staffs are from another planet. Ordered rx eyeglasses end of March but til now no glasses! What is so upsetting, NOBODY from that office gave us updates of what the problem. I have to call every week just to get the response NOT here yet. No WHYS or reason for the hold up. Definitely looking for another eye professional s who could be more on taking responsibility of informing patients and say hey, sorry, you wont be able to see or dive for a while because of whatever!

I went and had my eye exam and picked out basic frames. A week later later I called back to check on the status of my glasses and I was told it could take up to four weeks to get them in. Very poor communication! I was never told it would take four weeks to get a simple pair of glasses in! Staff acted like they could care less when I called back and explained I couldn’t wait that long for my glasses. I was expecting them to offer a different frame or something to help me out. Nothing!I would never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone.My eye exam and the doctor was a very nice experience though.It’s has been almost 2 full years since I’ve posted this review. I’m absolutely dumbfounded that I received a bill last week on 10/30/20 for $55.00 for this visit. This is the first bill that I’ve ever received 2 years later! POOR service! Never would I recommend to anybody to use this business.

The staff and Dr Joe Reitano were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Reitano took the time to explain the entire exam plus he knew insurance benefits so I could make the best decision for me. I would definitely recommend their office to anyone!

Worst place ever! Every time I make an appointment not only are they NEVER on time but take FOREVER. Last time took almost three hours! Slowest place and I will never return again. I highly do not recommend to anybody

Our kindergartners received notes from school suggesting they get eye exams. Dr. Joe was very thorough in the exam and we learned both girls need glasses and they have rather complicated prescriptions. The staff was patient and very helpful in selecting glasses.Thank you Joe & Heidi!

After many years of good service at Eye Care Professionals - I just experienced an awful unprofessional experience with this office. On Dec, 2 , I left my frames with a new script and they were sent to the lab. A month later in early January I was called and told to come in and pick out new glasses (which I paid for) because the lab lost my frames!! I did so and ten days later I picked up the new glasses. Then in early March I was called and told that my original glasses were miraculously found and I could pick them up (unrepaired)!! I did so and was told they had to talk to Shanna the office manager about any compensation. Duh - end of story - so I went elsewhere to get a new pair of glasses at my expense. I have decided the hand does not know what the foot is doing at Eye Care Unprofessionals!!

Very bad experience, I had an appointment and they suppose to hold the frame for me from last week visit they lost the frame I choose and asked me to redo my search, staff left me wait for the doctor for 40 minutes and no single comment about why I am waiting so long. Overall visit was waste of time, their name is far from the reality.
