If you need a somewhat timely order, dont go to this Starbucks. It is quicker to drive to whatever Starbucks is sort of nearby than go to this poorly run place.

Understaffed but makes no effort to hire anyone this isn’t the only Starbucks that’s inconveniencing their customers.

This Starbucks bugs me so much. Probably the worst one on the block on Arizona ave. They don’t use the lids for whip cream they fill my coffee up to the top black line and then rest whip cream. But if they just used the correct lid it wouldn’t be an issue. They keep doing it and I get half the amount of coffee vs the other Starbucks that use the correct lid.***I should of taken the photo before mixing it all together**

Worse of the worse. Mobile orders is never ready when I pick up. Thats after waiting 15 minutes in drive thru line. This is not just one time, but happens regularly. Drive thru line is consistently slow even when there are only few cars in line. Something is seriously wrong with this particular location. Im driving a few extra miles to a different location to stay away from this one. I hope management will take notice and get this fixed.

I Love Starbucks even tho I dont usually drink their Coffee but it is So Good, everything they sell Ive tasted cause My Baby Jaz loves this place n she Allways comes here !It was kind of Loud this Morning but everyones gone now n its Sooo Cold but Jaz loves this place n Im happy with that , shes in College so she likes relaxing n doing her homework here so Thank You for such a Special place for My Baby ❣️

Slow drive thru. Over priced , 22$ and gave me wrong drink

This Starbucks is my favorite location. The drinks are always perfectly made. Store is always clean (even though quite busy) and staff is happy and friendly. Oftentimes I take my laptop and get some work done, while drinking my coffee. They always come check and make sure I dont need anything. Wonderful place!

I always enjoy going to this Starbucks. I usually go to the Queen Creek location since it’s right by my work, but when I did my usual mobile order at that location yesterday, I discovered that it was closed for maintenance. However, my order still went through, I was charged, and I never got my drink. I came to this location this morning to see if they would honor the purchase with my receipt, and the young lady that helped me was very sweet and understanding about the situation. She fulfilled my order and I walked out a happy customer!

Almost drank this little plastic inside my drink. Had to throw my whole drink away because I no longer felt safe drinking it 🤢

My wife and I go twice a week and the last 3 times our iced coffee has been burnt and barely drinkable, our most recent experience was this morning. For how much we spend there its disappointing this is becoming a regular experience*** Update 3 stars - to 5Although this was a reality, this has completely not been my experience for the year following this review. I have been completely satisfied with my experiences, and the staff is absolutely amazing here. Lucky to have such a nice place so close to home.

The staff is always lovely and kind. Ben is generous and always says hello whenever I visit. Honestly, enjoy coming here because the drinks are delicious! Already recommended to people that want a wonderful experience.

Consistently the slowest Starbucks drive through. Not sure why. Every time, it seems like. The staff are friendly and the drinks are consistent... but this is not the quickest coffee drive through I’ve ever seen.UPDATE (months later): Still the slowest Starbucks on the planet, and they just handed me a drink that was lukewarm (room temp) when it should have been hot. A drip. This place sucks. lolWeird, too, as Starbucks normally has pretty high standards!

Came here at 4:50 am and it says that they open at 4:30 as usual because I come here almost every day. There were cars in the parking lot but I said in the drive-through for about 10 minutes and then went to the window and all was dark inside Have no idea What was going on But very bad experience and I probably will stop coming to this Starbucks

This Starbucks has really quick service as it is near Hamilton high school and they have to deal with a bunch of teenagers at about 7:30 am on weekdays. The trick is to work around that limitation. They mostly know me by first name here and really try to make right. So dont come when the kids flood this place and you will get a nice experience.

Love this location! Our barista Shelby was SO SWEET and so much fun! She got our orders in quick and made time to have a quick conversation with my husband and I!

This is a favorite stop for us. No matter when we stop by, the service is always excellent and friendly. When our dog sees that we’re passing by this place, he knows he’s got a great pup cup in store and they always stop and say “Hello” to him. Even when there’s a line in the drive-thru, it moves pretty quickly and they’re always nice when you get to the window.

This Starbucks is awesome!!! All the employees are so nice and there is a very welcoming atmosphere. All the employees are nice and I particularly like one employee named Alison. She is so sweet and will help yu with anything. If you can get her to help you, definitely do it. But all the employees are great and this is my favorite Starbucks !!

Nice kids working here, but they are still learning how to interact with each other in a professional environment. Looks like this location has a very high turn over rate, and as a result, lots of fresh hires, confused orders, and drinks improperly made. Management seems particularly challenged in this location, and you will rarely ever see an actual manager on the floor, greeting customers, taking orders, or supervising staff. When drinks are made properly, theyre great. Atmosphere is fine, location is quite busy often. Definitely had worse experiences.

Just now, i ordered a mango dragon fruit and they did not even tell me that they ran out of dragon fruit coloring. When my drink came out, it looked like water. I was confused and asked them why my refresher was clear. They said that they ran out of the dragon fruit coloring but it should taste like one. I was so disappointed at their service because i paid the drink at full price without knowing the truth. Please be honest with your customers!

I really like this place because you get through fast. Even when its super busy they get through the line in always good amount of time. The barista are skilled and the drinks taste good. They are also super friendly and offer suggestions on what you might also like based on what you just ordered. If you dont know much about coffee this location is a good bet for you.

Stacey the store manager is rude. Bridgette is alsorude. Both have no clue how to treat her regular customers such as myself. Bridgette constantly seems unhappy and makes drinks wrong all the time.Both really needs to learn customer service skills and be more personable. Both need to be more friendly and aware of her interactions. Also the drive thru times are horrible. Everyone needs to learn efficiency and quality.

Used drive-thru this morning, ordering 4 drinks and three pastries. Both girls, the one taking the order was helpful and patient in me making sure I got the order right and the cashier even helped use the Starbucks app I had recently downloaded. They made it both smooth and quick. Will make it my go to Starbucks when I am in Chandler area.

I’m sure you must know that your dome lids don’t fit the cups. The first time I didn’t realize and spilled1/2 my drink in my car, and again I get a drink and it’s spilling down the sides onto my dress. Get new lids that fit!!!!

Starbucks! We are from Seattle. Been to the Mother Ship. Really disappointed in pastries, but understand they have to be consistent everywhere. One on Ocotillo and Alma School my fav. You might be able to score a table inside, or depending on weather, you could sit outside. Or in your car with the windows down. Smart, nice people, clean shop, you know the product. No drive up. But then you get to say hi to more people!

Great place to do work atI come 3 to 4 times a month on Saturdaysfor over a few years.....the last 2 months the store run out of plain bagels or cream cheese etc.... there been something they run out on Saturday morning unacceptable i been holding back from writing a review but today no cream cheese and wasnt toasted my bagel Management is lacking on the weekends for the last few months something needs to be done.....unhappy faithful customers will leave and tell others

Curt time at this location,actually a ways from my area. I love the setup inside, the way the tables are put you fit much more people inside, tables and chairs outside also, and your couple comfy seats in the middle of shop, ALOT of kids! , crowd wise it was 100% different age group then the starbucks locations near myself in Chandler, but rather have them there then out on the streets causing trouble right. Service was great and quick! Well done.

I come to this location almost everyday, there are times when my order is wrong or missing something. For the most part I don’t really complain for two reasons. one, I’m busy and don’t have the time to stand around and wait. Two, it doesn’t happen that often, I own small home improvement & remodeling company, so I have an idea of what it’s like to run a business and deal with customers. But today I had to stop and say something! After paying for my order at the drive through window, the cashier handed me my change. I took the $1.60 and placed it in the tip cup sitting at the drive-through window. At that moment I made eye contact with someone who appeared to be the supervisor or a manager. She stepped over to the window and told the young lady to go do something, she then grabbed the tip cup took all the money out and put the empty cup back. Had I just been profiled? Buying coffee while black!

This locationhas has very nicely designed interior, good patio, and the drive-through is very convenient and efficient. Staff is always friendly. Even though there are quite a few customers at any one time the orders are filled quicker than other locations in the area.

Dolly is awesome! Shes rightfully the showcased employee for the month! The other lady is probably also great when shes not flirting with people in the drive through! I get it, you got to do you, or maybe thats how she gets return customers. But I didnt appreciate being glanced at and then ignored when I was obviously waiting for something. Also not to get her in trouble but even if its your boyfriend (which Im about 90% sure it was) I think its gross to sip other peoples drinks while at work.Other then that lady its exactly the same as any other Starbucks! Nice staff, nice interior, decent coffee and food!

Ive had fantastic customer service at every other Starbucks in the valley, but this one is heinous. The quality of drinks are good here but they really need to work on their professionalism. The first time I went there, I was the only customer in the store and waited patiently at the register while the three young men baristas MEOWED at each other. I must have stood there a solid couple minutes waiting for it to end. Then the second time I went, a very grumpy old man was at the register and didnt acknowledge the fact that I was standing there and said hi to him. He just walked away and luckily a lovely young gal (who was intelligent enough to see what happened) helped me. Im an incredibly nice person and dont usually complain about customer service, but this place needs help.

We placed a $25 order. Took forever. They got the sizes wrong. I returned the sandwich cause it was wrong, they forgot my coffee, my other sandwich was also wrong. Took them 3 times to get it right. I was actually thinking I was on a prank show. After 20 minutes we got the rest of our stuff and left. The manager gave me a $4 card for the troubles....lol a $4 card!?!? Ill give it away to someone else. I dont want it. That card was honestly an insult. Im never returning to that location again. EVER!

Manager likes to up charge people and is very rude! I get the same drink every day after the gym and every one that rings me up charges me $3.62, when I have to deal with the manager she charges me $4.73, and she is the only one I have ever had to deal with that charges me that much every other Starbucks I go to charges me the $3.62. Very disappointed in the guest service. After talking to upper management, the manager of this store will be leaving the company.

Great seating for studying but the baristas make terrible coffe . Everytime I have bought a drink from this location it has not been good and these works drinks I order all the time.

It is irritating when I put in a mobile order for ices coffee and the sugar is not added. I find it happens at almost all Starbucks in my neighborhood. Perhaps Starbucks needs to rethink their app.

This location had had the best run so far in getting my drinks correct.

First time I went early this week I had awesome service, and the second time through the drive thru.

Service is horrible and the drinks made by them are also very horrible. I order my chai latte at other Starbucks stores and it tastes delicious and the same... but for some reason this Starbucks does not know how to make a decent drink. It tasted too watered down. And once I found a piece of hair in my chai latte. I do not recommend this Starbucks. Go to the one in Target if you want a drink that is edible and worth your money.
