I love Bosa Donuts. I was sad to see that this location did not have a drive through. You need to park and then walk in There is still a good selection of extra big donuts to chooe from and those boba shakes are worth the extra walk. I saw a sign that puzzled me and I had to ask for the eplaination. Apparently they sell their used buckets to the public. So if you need a bucket. This is a good place to come for one. You can buy a lid to match the bucket too.The seating here looks very classy in dark leather looking booths. I love the extra LARGE community board. This business loves supporting their community neighbors. When the weather is nice, there is outdoor seating available.

So its the little things... My little one has been having a really hard week... I wanted to treat him tonight to some ball donuts for dessert and after 2 dunkin runs that failed he was in tears in the backseat explaining that he was sad and just wanted to cry.... The light bulb lit up in my head and I remembered this Bosa was close to our home! We walked in to friendly smiles behind masks and a whole mountain of ball donuts ready to be eaten. It made me so happy to see my son smile.... So really, it is the little things. Thank you for making our night and really our week. You have no idea what it means. ❤️

I love the food here but honestly, if they are going to have a sign on the door to say social distance and wear a mask, please enforce it. There was at least 30 people in this small place, not distancing and at least half were not wearing a mask. This is the most hypocritical thing ever. You would get 5 stars had you even cared one ounce about the lives of your customers. Thanks for being part of the problem. I hope this review shows people that it matters that you do this.

Bought a Thai Tea and a good inch from the top was empty. Have been to 6 other Bosas that dont do this, Its always filled up to the top. Rep claimed thats how she was taught. No regular chocolate glazed donuts so I bought a regular glazed and it is stale. Will not be coming back

Lobby was dirty I had to clean my own table and seats because none of them were clean, no customersOrdered meals only got sandwichs and had to buy drinks separate so it cost more. Sat down to eat and my sandwich had dead nats in it ( only took 2 bites spit out the second). I took it up to the counter and showed the girl she really asked do you want a different sandwich? I said yes. She got irritated that I didnt want to eat a sandwich with bugs in it. There were lots of nats in the dining area as well. Then when she was done making it she walked up to the counter told me my sandwich was ready without looking at me or saying sorry slapped it on the counter and walked off. She was highly irritated and my second sandwich had next to nothing on it as well. Took photo to share.

Freshest best tasting reliable donuts

I love to write reviews about great experiences at places I visit. If I dont like any of the places, I simply dont return. But today I witness the most unsanitary act ever, especially insight of a pandemic the world is currently trying recover from! What I watched would not be acceptable in 2017 pre-pandemic. I walked into the donut shop today 4/3/21 @approx 5:18pm. There was a young lady in the lobby sweeping with a blue shirt on. The young lady in the back with a red shirt on was busy prepping a pick up order, she said. When the young lady sweeping saw a line forming she quickly put the broom down, but without washing her hands she picked up a previously used glove sitting on the half empty glaze donut tray and wiggled her dirty hands back into the glove. It was probably the nastiest thing anyone would want to see. She asked me with a huge smile, how she could help me? With UTTER disgust she could not witness under my mask, I walked out! We really trust that employees at restaurants follow the CDC and state sanitation guidelines to protect our food against becoming contaminated and prevent us all from becoming sick. The sad part for me is.. I have over 200 pts at this location, which meant I have brought quite a few Donuts from this place. Unfortunately Im abandoning those points will no longer visit this business. I really hope that the owners have the opportunity to read this review as well as everyone else. This young lady was way to comfortable in her movements from using the broom to using a previously used glove.

Service very nice! Didnt like the donuts though one was over cooked and other undercooked. Tried a different location a week prior and didnt like it there either. Will share, had Bosa in the west valley and everytime was fresh and delish!

I love coming here for theyre sandwiches and donuts and the manager is really nice and timely but when shes not there the customer service quality drops a few stars. I said thank you to the girl that made my sandwich and all I got was a dirty look with no acknowledgement. Id get it if it was busy but I was the only customer so thats why I gave it 3 stars. We just spent $23 all in for 2 breakfast sandwiches that were absolutely disgusting!!! They never follow instructions. Absolutely no flavor at all! Management needs to do something at the AZ Ave location or they will lose business. I called and the kid that answered the phone, didn’t have a care in the world at all!!! This happened last week but we decided to give them a second try. Waste of money and they wouldn’t even refund! Disappointing to say the least!!!

Fresh every morning, had a breakfast sandwich...was a little plain without sauce. We were in a hurry, so next time I will take time to add it or ask the options to add to the sausage, egg croissant.

I’ve never had such an issue with Bosa. I normally love their food. Just got home and open my breakfast sandwich to see a large sandwich bun with a half a slice of ham and a slice of cheese, for $5 and not close to my ham and egg on a bagel. I called just to make make them aware and I was hung up on twice. I will not be going back to this this specific Bosa again.

Great donuts and lightning fast service. They are setup very well for social distance with lines makes on the floor and barriers and the cashier wiping down pens and in a mask. Only improvement would be to have the rest of the staff in masks too.

Freshest donuts around. Made in house daily!! That chain from Massachusetts dont do that! Anyhoot, I like the buttermilk bars and the donut holes. As the sign says, please dont tap on the glass. Donuts are fragile and scare easily.

I walked 6.41 miles today for a Bosa donut, because theyre that good. This morning, I purchased a diverse array of the sweet deep-fried treats to go. When I arrived home, I portioned each donut into several bite sized segments, so everyone could get a sampling.The apple fritter was crispy on the outside with a fluffy interior. Probably the best Ive had. The bear-claw was off the chain, with an apple filling. The cinnamon rolls were large, and were pretty good, but the tractor wheel ones were unbelievable.After completing my tasting course, I estimated the consumed calories to be approx 800, so I set off of a journey to burn it off. A 6.41 mile jog/walk took care of my little indiscretion, plus a a smidge more. I dont get sweet treats often, and Bosa was well worth it.

They have amazing breakfast food and coffee! Got the iced coffee with vanilla and it was just perfect. I highly recommend the croissant with ham and cheese. Staff is very friendly.

My personal favorite is the coffee. Donuts are great but the donut holes will have you addicted. Great tasting donuts and a lot of flavors too. They have a larger location and cleaner than our local Dunkin Donuts and they have better variety. Service is pretty fast.

Donuts are great but the donut holes will have you addicted. I try to buy them every Monday for my employees and they cant stop eating them. My personal favorite is the coffee. There are some bad reviews on it but if you like a good black coffee, cant go wrong. Even late at night Ill stop for one. Im a Starbucks fan but sometimes I want an old fashioned regular brewed coffee.

The donuts are great, as long as you dont like filled donuts.Im not sure why I keep going back. Most of the time, the vanilla creme filled donuts barely have creme in them.I have posted photos of two of the three creme filled donuts that I purchased yesterday.Im tired of businesses being cheap and diminishing quality to cut costs.

Best donuts is the entire Phoenix area. Made fresh through out the day, and open 24/7!? How can you beat that!? They also have pretty good snow cones and smoothies. Get the taro drink!

If you are ever in Arizona and you want the best glazed buttermilk doughnut in the u.s. you get it here. Havent found a better buttermilk doughnut anywhere. A close second is Lehi bakery in Utah.
